Christina K This bank is absolutely amazing and has always accommodated whenever possible. I have not been disappointed at all. I have my auto loan through them, which the process entirely was a breeze from beginning to end. The staff at this location are so friendly, they are just the sweetest ladies! I feel like I am truly cared about when I go in, not like they are obligated to ask me how my day is. This location (Marysville Washington) is one that you do not have to have military i.d to get onto the base, to go to the bank. You do however, have to have it to shop at the thrift shop on base, the co-op stores or gas station. But you do not need your military i.d to get on base unless they have a threat, are doing a security check for some reason or something like that.. but I have only had that happen a couple times in the 10 years I have been banking with them. I highly recommend Navy Federal Credit Union for all of your banking needs! They are incredible in every single way!

Chelsea Douglas Love this branch! There are several banks closer to me but heritage is perfect for my small local business needs so I made the drive. No extra fees and the tellers are always kind and fast

Breauna Ray I was hesitant about going in here after seeing the reviews but I worked with Alyssa and my experience was excellent. She was very happy and polite. Her customer service is beyond friendly and helpful. Also she had beautiful nails. I will definitely be back again to cash a check or use other services.

Wesley Kalitovic Kim was an invaluable part of my wifes and my home buying and loan process. Shes both pragmatic and optimistic, she didnt pull punches or make lofty promises, instead she did everything in her power to get us qualified for the loan we needed to get a home that is everything we could have asked for. Kim was incredibly informative and helped us with the tools we needed, she went way above and beyond what I ever thought a Loan Originator would do. She was always available for questions and new situations that came up, she truly took care of us. Im both impressed and oh so grateful by and for everything. Ill be referring everyone I know to her when they and looking to buy a home.
