First off I would like to say they took care of my issue. of getting a POS squatter /renter off my premises, The frustration I had with this company is i paid couple thousand dollars to them, I need a little bit More communication. I called several times with several times being told I would get a call back and never did.. Eventually my questions were answered but a lot of flustration in the meantime.. The last part of my ranting here is... After the case was over and closed , I was getting bills from third parties such as people who serve the squatter.. The sheriff that goes out there..ect.. Not one time, did anyone ever say to me that money That I was giving them for my case. Did not go for any of this ...meanwhile, I got people knocking down my door wanting money and is just frustrating thinking few months later. That things are said and done And im still paying for it on top of the money I already paid them. My personal opinion is consolidate all the money into a payment. And you guys pay these other people directly and not your customer. You want repeat business in the future this is not how to get it..$80 here $100 there $80 over here... After its been over with for months , not cool please try to correct this for future people leaving bad and negative reviews... Tell them the money they are paying you directly does not cover any of the serving fees or Sheriff fees. So theyre not under the impression If nothing is changed at least.
