After a terrible experience at a different location, we decided to make the extra drive to another location to get my rings fixed correctly. They both helped me correctly size my ring to its correct size, fixed another issue we were having with one of my rings not showing up in the system (a struggle that we had for three years!!), and were very attentive to our concerns. Nicole Kalista Falon was amazing. I had been searching for a wedding bad with no luck. I had a design in mind but couldn’t find anyone that made anything close. I reached out to Falon with a design request and she was excited to work on something new. She explained the process in detail. She made sure to understand what I wanted and brought up different ring options and asked questions I hadn’t even thought about. She was also able to get them done in time for our ceremony, as we were cutting it close. My husband and I are in love with our wedding bands and I would absolutely work with her again.
