Senna Casey I can’t even explain the ease of transition from a not-so-great insurance experience to Peyton & Carsen’s team. They have been absolutely amazing from dealing with some crazy claims, issues with prior insurance companies, and being available whenever I’ve needed them. If they aren’t available, you can expect them to get back to you ASAP. I’ve never once encountered an issue working with anyone on this team. If I could give more than five stars, I absolutely would. I really cannot recommend this team enough. It’d be an absolute mistake to not speak with them about your insurance needs. Having a Kia, I didn’t expect them to tell me anything different than any other agency, yet they went above and beyond and I ended up switching that day - and they took care of everything else from there. Steven Melikean I would like to take this opportunity to thank Matthew Wu for everything he did in providing me home insurance . . . In fact, I was so impressed with his knowledge and sales skills, that I ended up adding car insurance, along with an "umbrella" policy too. This would not have happened, except for the fact that Matthew is a very personable gentleman, whom explained insurance technical terms and "jargon" in laymans terms that I could easily understand. Equally important, his policy estimates (I had 3 other quotes from other insurers) were not beatable. Lastly, all of this was done, while I was selling a home in California and buying a home in Nine Mile Falls, Washington, i.e., I was under considerable stress "juggling" numerous other issues besides insurance for my new WA home. Matthew was a pro every step of the way. Moreover, he was a friend during this trying time. In conclusion, I want to say thank you Matthew for everything you did!

Asher Ernst We’ve worked with Mike on a lot of different types of policies and he’s been incredibly helpful. He has done everything from our personal policies to helping get us builders risk insurance and even licensed and bonded as a general contractor. One of the things that Mike brings to the table that’s been such an added benefit for me is that he is able to walk us through processes that I didn’t know anything about, but because he has such experience he made it much less stressful. Doc Tom Very frustrated with my "current" insurance policy with poor service and toooooo many exclusions. We went to Delia for assistance and were VERY impressed with her professional response.
