5 /5 Kellie Rust: Honestly the best service around. Im a Realtor and I send all my clients there and if Kim and Chad cant get them the best deal they will be upfront and let them know. I personally have 3 vehicles, a boat and my house insured through South Sound and have for 16 years! I love being able to pick up the phone or drop them an email to ask questions about my coverage or anything else and they are always quick to respond. Zero complaints!!

It’s so great to have a local insurance agent thank you review like you are family much better than dealing with a company that you call and have no idea where they are. A few years ago our Jeep was parked on the side road and a drunk driver hit it so hard that it flipped upside down and backwards! Thank God nobody was in it at the time. I called Kim immediately and she took over everything. We got our payment very quickly. More than a year later the Jeep was finally released from impound and even though we were not the owners anymore we got a $700 bill from the impound year. Kim called and dealt with that for me too. I recommend South Sound Insurance to everyone I know in fact just Friday I recommended my 16 year old nephew sign up with them.
