I did my research by asking one of the larges construction companies and auto body shops in Yakima which insurance companies took care of their clients when they experienced home and auto tragedy. Both sad State Farm. My thought process was who wants to fight with insurance when you are already going through a tough situation. Well, a few months ago, that was me. I totaled my motorcycle riding through the canyon. I ended up in the hospital for about a week and then home for several weeks recovering. The bike was totaled. Shawnie was on top of it and made sure everything was taken care of. The bike was considered totaled. Shawnie and her staff made sure everything went through and they paid me what the bike was worth, no hassle. I was able to quickly get back in the market and shop for another bike.
