We had not noticed that our auto-pay card for the boat insurance had timed out. We received no notice until the letter of cancelation. And when I called (one day later) they insisted we apply again from square one. For a significantly higher cost. Krista Patten (Sea-Mountain) came highly recommended by some good boating friends. She has been wonderful. We moved and had to update our billing address. Then we moved the boat. Had to update the boats location, to a different Harbor. Krista has been easy to work with and made these changes pretty much effortless. She has also contacted us 6-8 weeks in advance to be sure we are golden to renew our policy when it is time. All the stars. No hesitation.
