Taylor Gaspardo Mari and Mason were awesome today! Extremely helpful and knowledgeable. After a terrible experience at a different location, we decided to make the extra drive to another location to get my rings fixed correctly. They both helped me correctly size my ring to its correct size, fixed another issue we were having with one of my rings not showing up in the system (a struggle that we had for three years!!), and were very attentive to our concerns. Thank you so much!

Ryan Cole Olivia and her team worked so hard to craft our wedding rings and they were perfect. We custom-designed a Bella Ponte engagement ring and a Bella Ponte wedding band to fit perfectly together for my wife, and Olivia and her team custom-engraved text into my wedding band. They communicated so well with us and gave us a fair price despite the federal tariffs drama. We are so thankful to Olivia and her team. They made my wife’s creative visions come to life.

Anastasia was the one who did the piercings, and she was absolutely fantastic—so patient, gentle, and reassuring. She took the time to make sure we were completely comfortable with the placement and walked us through everything step by step. Thanks to her, it all went smoothly and we left feeling really confident and happy. Now I’m seriously considering going back to get my own ears pierce.

I showed Jennifer S my dream ring inspired by a movie and she jumped on helping find the yellow diamond to ship into the store and view. Jennifer T called me a few days later to bring me into the diamond room to see the diamond. She answered so many questions, listened rocky design wishes and took many notes. Great experience! I later met with Jennifer S to finalize the design, purchase and get this made. Buying my ring from the Helzberg Diamond store in Tacoma has been a great experience. Looking forward to a continued relationship while getting my ring cleaned and serviced. Would highly recommend meeting with these fine ladies for custom designs of any other jewelry purchases. 10/10 experience!

Gabriel Tam Such amazing staff and options. Love every time we go! My late grandmother left me with some jewelry, and one piece was an old styled diamond ring. Michelle worked with my wife to get the diamond back to amazing shape and set it in a new, timeless ring that will be passed down to my daughter. Edit: we’ve now shopped from Kantor multiple times. Michelle is the best. She knows everything my wife and I like. She helps with gifts we give each other. The quality of diamonds are unmatched. We appreciate her dearly.
