1 /5 Amanda: Not helpful when issues arise and will just direct you to the main company - you might as well buy direct. Spoiler, buying direct is cheaper. This agency did some weird things with my plan which resulted in my being on a non-standard plan for the first year. When I went to update it, I had to pay an extra fee for 2 YEARS for having come from a non-standard plan. I finally recently cancelled after many years of complacency and found WAY BETTER rates elsewhere. Only then were they interested in being helpful and understanding why I was leaving. When I looked at a quote from Allstate to just purchase my insurance directly as part of my shopping, their quote was half what I was paying through this office, despite them claiming I was at the best price. Definitely avoid - Im now having a billing issue on the cancellation and crickets....

2 /5 Princess Kahlua: They are great when you dont have a problem or questions. When a problem or question arises they refer you to the main company, all they provide is the phone number, which can be obtained online. They dont answer the phone during business hours, it just rings. After 30 years of doing business with this agency it might be time to change. Prices go up, service level goes down. Poor service would at least be something better than what this agency is providing.

1 /5 Drew Wikstrom: Had Allstate for several years and never filed a single claim or got a single ticket. Spotless driving record. Yet every 6 months they raised rates by ten percent or more. I finally ditched them and switched carriers. Listened to their agent discuss a counter offer with the promise of a gift card, never received it. And then for an overdue balance of $30 for some random final fees, they send it to collections rather than ever contact me. Good riddance to bad service, steer clear!!!

5 /5 chris wilson: I had a question about my new home policy and my previous agent had sold his business so this was my first interaction with my new agent. They conducted a review of our home, auto and umbrella policies and helped me to understand where I could save money on the premiums by adjusting coverages/deductions that still provided ample protection for us. They noticed that we werent receiving a discount on our auto insurance since we had retired and made that adjustment to our policy as well. I feel like I better understand our coverages and we are now paying less than we would have otherwise. It was a quick, thorough and painless process.

1 /5 Bree Osborne: BE AWARE PREDATORY SALES !! Worst experience ever, We were contacted by Allstate representative Annette She gave us prices that seemed better at that time so we we signed up, then prices started to change . They begin to withdraw amounts that made absolutely no sense. Then they removed discounts based on not having the information they supposedly needed which should have been known immediately when we signed up. Also they cancelled our home policy when they tried to take an unauthorized payment for our auto very odd and suspicious. . Then they said if we did not have over 1k plus for payment that they would cancel our auto. Major strong arming , no transparency. This caused undo stress and took hours and hours of my time to go through all of our policies and the emails of them trying to explain why they were doing what they were doing. Ryan Ross and Jeremy Olson are running a really shady business and the kicker is they are still trying to bill us !! Trust me stay away !!
