5 /5 bcobbers: Due to my error, I wired funds to my account and sent them to the wrong account number last week. Your entire staff was very helpful to including Bert who was able to retrieve my funds and return them to the correct account. A HUGE thank you to you all.

1 /5 Jeff Frazier: I have made appointments many times over the last year to meet with someone to discuss my account. They either cancel or I show up and they are not there. They tell me the lady works from home and they will get a hold of her to call me. Which she never does. No one ever calls you back. All I want is a printout or statement. Which I cant get as no body there seems to know how to do this. What does a person have to do to get a phone call or at the very least a statement about MY money???

This woman has saved me many sleepless nights and extra gray hairs. I feel so lucky to have her on my side.
