Vincent De Felice I had some unique insurance events that were also time-sensitive. There was a great deal of correspondence and in every instance they were friendly and professional. The personal attention as well as their follow through is outstanding. Not only did they come through with the best options but they did so in tight time-line. They met the challenge with urgency and grace.

Senna Casey I can’t even explain the ease of transition from a not-so-great insurance experience to Peyton & Carsen’s team. They have been absolutely amazing from dealing with some crazy claims, issues with prior insurance companies, and being available whenever I’ve needed them. If they aren’t available, you can expect them to get back to you ASAP. I’ve never once encountered an issue working with anyone on this team. If I could give more than five stars, I absolutely would. I really cannot recommend this team enough. It’d be an absolute mistake to not speak with them about your insurance needs. Having a Kia, I didn’t expect them to tell me anything different than any other agency, yet they went above and beyond and I ended up switching that day - and they took care of everything else from there. Julie Morris In the beginning they were wonderful. East to get ahold of someone during office hours, quick to do vehicle changes. Good communication. THEN the carrier we were with quit carrying insurance in Washington. I called a month ahead of time to set up new insurance. The person answering the phone told me they were busy and were contacting customers a week or two before the actual expiration date. Well, between work and life and a vacation, I checked dates and found we had expired already. I called and go no call back that day. I procured quick insurance from another company. I called them again on my next day off. The person answering the phone sounded contrite, apologized over and over and assured me she would email me quotes and call me back when she sent them. It’s been crickets since then. They don’t even answer the phone for me now. NOT a way to run a business. Super sad because I used to recommend them to everyone I know. Now I have zero faith in the. I even sent a message through their website and have heard nothing.
