1 /5 Lisa Pearson: Dreadful experience calling here today for a rate quote. We are former Allstate customers and thought about switching back. From the first contact it was awkward at best, as the woman was flustered by my Family situation and said they are "short staffed". I told her Im happy to provide my POA and any other necessary documentation. She took my number and another woman promptly returned my call, but was equally confused by my Familys needs for a Home Owners and Auto quote. (I am not on title but have durable power of attorney, its not brain surgery...) They were both super condescending and beyond rude as they stumbled through trying to grasp my simple request for an insurance quote. Bizarre experience from a new business perspective, but perhaps theyre not interested in new business since theyre short staffed. Sorry to say I do not recommend.

2 /5 Nathan Krebs: Corporate insurance too big to fail with leftist insurance commissioners subjecting our citizens to criminal liability for not participating in insurance. Its the Law should be tattooed on every politicians forehead that supported corporate insurance grifters. I am already being grifted and double insured because agents fail forward with bad conduct, twisting policies and dishonest overpriced products. We should have accountability and build insurance trust to refund to customers instead of stealing our money with the government threatening criminal justice upon us for non-compliance. One day we will fine and strip corporate rights to do this kind of business in the USA. Many establishments are failing, except the pogue insurance agency, tax manipulation, and grifting legal businesses need to be inspected and reviewed by local citizens, state citizens and federal citizens not employed by insurance companies and the government officials they lobby for elections.
