Madelyn Robinson Cara and her son were great with our 14 yr old beagle who does not like getting her nails clipped/trimmed and will barely tolerate the nail filer. She used a sling/hammock on the table for our dog which seemed to work beautifully for the nail trim. Very much enjoyed meeting and talking with Cara. She is very experienced in doggy grooming & care and her approach with them is perfect!

Kendra If you want to hassle with getting your nails redone by another employee, this is the place to go. They have a lady working there that paints nails like a first grader. I wanted regular polish and they did gel (I’m not all that aware of different types of nail polish) now I am. They took advantage of making more money because I probably seemed confused. The lady doing my nails seemed to be having a difficult time seeing. As soon as more customers came in she rushed to finish my nails. Also, pretty sure they go from person to person with their tools without cleaning them. Worst place in Puyallup!

Nicole Libby I don’t typically write reviews, but I was pretty upset about the service that I received. I ordered the deluxe pedicure with regular nail polish. The technician that I had didn’t really talk to me, but she show me the dead skin that came off of my feet. I also didn’t choose the color that she gave me but I decided to keep it and see if I liked it. Then when I was done, she assured me that my nails were dry and when I got home, it appeared that they definitely weren’t and my Polish had rubbed off on to my socks.

Charlotte Cheeks They did the worst out of any one I’ve ever been to don’t listen to what to customers want do what they want and I told her I didn’t like 5 times still charged me 60 dollars..never again!!!! Im so mad.!!!!

M G I had a horrible experience on my most recent visit. It appeared the technician didnt like me from the minute I walked in. I tried to be cordial with her, however she was extremely irritated and bothered that she had to work on my nails.. When I told her that It hurt when she was trimming one of my nails she said " do you want your nails cut or not?". I no longer felt comfortable with her working on me and I told her to stop the pedicure. I of course paid for the entire pedicure. I have had a good experience on my previous two times with Hannah, another technician, and I was excited to come back. This was very disappointing and expensive as I had to pay again to get the pedicure done at another salon the same day.. I can only assume the technician did not like something about my appearance as I was nothing but nice.

Ivane Franco As you can see from my pictures, I was burnt from getting a wax done. It was very unfortunate and very painful. I sat through a new acrylic Nail set without knowing that she actually messed up my face because I never got to look into a mirror. I finished and paid, even tipped graciously but then once I got to my car I was able to see how awful my face looked. I was more upset that THEY SAW MY FACE AND STILL MADE ME PAY FULL PRICE INSTEAD OF TAKING ACCOUNTABILITY. Also got my nails done and the technician has no regard to the pain she was causing me when filing my nails on the sides. It is clear that the technicians weren’t trained properly. Never coming here again.

meshall williams The quality of the art is paramount for return business. That’s the key to a successful nail salon. She hasn’t been in business as long as she has not being great at what she does I had to find another manicurist after a bad experience with one I had been going to for years. I got fed up with always being late, make appointments that were NEVER kept on time, Just because your in a store, doesn’t mean your customer wants to shop for an hour after she was scheduled. She always, always overbooked. We all have lives, so I decided I was over it after I was charged double by her assistant for the same work and wasn’t told in advance. I walked in to Nail Cottage, and she was booked solid, but she said I could come in on Sunday. UNHEARD OF for other salons, at least from the ones I have been to. From the very beginning, top notch work. I never felt rushed, and she is old school, she doesn’t ‘clip’ she files. I have read the other reviews, and I truly don’t think they are fair. If you don’t like the conversations, put in headphones, or leave. I personally don’t like cursing, but its not constant. Just look at the work Donna does. I felt it was time to post after a few visits. Sticking with her, come what may!

Michelle Longmore Finding my perfect nail tech has been a journey, but Milton Nails made it so worth it! Their pedicures are phenomenal, and the dip manicure I got was flawless—probably the best I’ve ever had. I tried a few technicians (and they have so many talented ones), but as soon as my tech started, I just knew she was the one. She’s been at the salon for five years, so it’s clear she’s a favorite. Make sure to book ahead if you want her, because her schedule fills up fast. Trust me, plan ahead, and you won’t regret it. Milton Nails has definitely earned a loyal customer in me!

Jessilyn Roberts I’m not sure why this place doesn’t have a 4.7 or higher! I love it here, I’m happy I found a place close to home and way more convenient. Easy to call day of or a couple days before to schedule an appointment and walk right in only s couple minutes from home ❤️ the luxury pedicure is 100% worth it, they take their time and do long relaxing massaging, nails look wonderful, and precise. ❤️ I love my relaxing momma time here.

Aisha Carver Love this place! They did a special Tiffany blue pop of under nail color to match my toes and the bottom of my wedding shoes. I received so many compliments. They use high quality nail products and my nails still looked amazing even after spending a week in pools and on the beach.

Rebecca Satterlund A few weeks ago I had the pleasure of visiting this salon and felt oh so pampered for my Mommys day off. Lisa was so sweet, we had a great conversation, and my nails turned out beautifully! She even moved around her schedule to accommodate my last minute request for a gel mani/pedi. Couldnt ask for more. I am really excited to come back with a gaggle of girls in the spring!

Pam Jones Lisa knows what she’s doing. My mom is diabetic and she has done wonders with moms feet and fingernails! She knows how to take care of them and prevent injury. She also helped my daughter get excited about growing her nails instead of biting them! She was 30 and has bitten her nail all 30 years. She was so excited to get her nails done and now she maintains them instead of biting them! Then my mother in law joined us and Lisa gives her great pedicures too! Lisa has done my nails as well and has don’t an excellent job! Very professional! We have been very happy and are now moving away wishing we could take her with us. Not sure if we are going to find anyone as good as Lisa is! Thank you Lisa for taking care of my family!

Katherine Brennan My gel mani/pedi experience here was the best Ive ever had! Lisa made me feel welcomed, relaxed, and on vacation mode. My manicure and pedicure have lasted over two weeks. The location is really convenient from Seabrook.
