Nycole Wesley Cindy is great!!! She takes her time to get my shape and size just the way I want. She is very detail oriented. Social distancing and cleansing between clients are strictly observed.

Rose Dolan I have been with Cindy since she worked at Fancy Nails, a loooong time ago, she takes great care in her customers needs. I have gone other places but always come back to her. Other acrylics break or something happens but I never have that issue with her place. Her and her sisters are great and always friendly. It would be great to get the updated foot spas and a credit card machine.

Lori Aliment If you dont care about the latest and greatest salon decor and fixtures, Cindys Nails is the best around! Her prices are much more reasonable than anywhere else, too.

Betty Bungard I am a regular and absolutely love it here! Kathy and team are the BEST. It is always clean, a huge variety of colors (regular, gel, dip, chrome, cat eye, etc). The team are friendly, professional, and do a wonderful job with manis and pedis. The massages are so good, i forget I am there for nails LOL Always good to call ahead, they do accept walk-ins. Park for free in the garage. Added bonus are the free beverages. If you are in need of a mani/pedi and in the UP area, give them a try!

Mary Hutson Seriously one of the best salons I have ever gone to. They are so professional and nice! the ladies are so easy going and make it comfortable to casually talk to them. They always make sure you love the nail color/shape/anything and if you don’t they will change it! Kim is absolutely the best! I love her energy and quality of work! She is me favorite for sure but they all do wonderful work! Would recommend to anyone! Here are some of Kim’s work - I love sparkles lol

Nat Dailey I’ve ALWAYS had an amazing experience with Pensee. Kathy is an incredible, efficient, and kind artist. She’s honestly the best nail tech I’ve ever had and I just love her. I always feel welcome in the salon from the entire staff and I think the prices are fair— I’ve paid WAY more for acrylic fills and pedicures. I recommend the salon to all of my friends and I’m so lucky to have found my place!

Jamie Arceo I have been going here on and off for years. Recently, I have decided to stop. I think for Adults they do a great job. But repeatedly they have not treated my daughter well. My daughter has felt like the older lady is constantly rude to her. I intently watched her this last time, and she kept making mad faces as my daughter and tugged at her arm as she was saying something in the foreign language. My daughter wanted a daisy on her finger and wasnt satisfied with what she got. So I showed a picture of the daisy she wanted and she flat out said no, I dont want to do that. Then after I made a face and told my daughter, well we cant make her do something she doesnt want to do. Then the other lady who was doing my nails, started speaking with her and the older lady corrected herself and said, she didnt know how to that & walked away. After I was finished with my set, the lady doing my nails, correctly made the daisy on my daughters finger. This lady has always seemed nice but I frequently do my nails w/my daughter and will not be going back as long as the older lady is there. I would advise not to bring your younger daughters here.

Stephanie reasor I walked in yesterday and I am not thrilled that I payed $55 for dip nails and a terrible manicure. The dip nails themselves look fine. However, I have so many cuts on my cuticles and around my nails. This is why I no longer get my nails done at establishments. If I wanted to have my nails butchered, Id have my son do them for free. The establishment otherwise was nice. It was nice to be able to walk in and not have to wait. I am just frustrated that my nails hurt today.

Katie Coleman I’ve been coming here for years! The staff is amazing. They communicate with you, make sure you are comfortable, and are up front with pricing when you have specific requests. I’ve referred so many people here because they don’t like all the drama they experience at other shops.

Sheri Brooks Ilona did an amazing color correction for me. I was very worried about damage but my hair turned out soft and beautiful with an artful blending in of my natural color. @thehairfaerie

Kathy D Went in today for a manicure and pedicure. Very nice build out. I attached the pictures of my nails. Feet are the same. She didnt paint my nails evenly. One of the other workers said something to her about them and she put on another coat but proof are in the pics. Also paid for longer massage time, but didnt get hardly any. She set a timer but Im guessing since I was there with some others chatting she didnt think I would notice. Three of us came in and started together. I had picked a longer pedicure, but somehow I was finished before my 2 friends who both had their basic package. I think they charged me for gel, which i didnt get, but they couldnt provide me with a receipt. She claimed she couldnt get it to work. I get pedicures 1-2x month at different salons, and this was the worst Ive had ever. Wont be back again.

I highly recommend this service to anyone at this establishment. Amazing people ,great conversation. This office felt like a coming-home-feeling place. It was warm and inviting from the moment we walked in. My daughter absolutely enjoyed her experience there. We will definitely be coming back.

Ashley Freeman They were so nice to me!! The last nail place I went to was dirty and did a terrible job on my nails! Friendly nails not only fixed my nails but made them so much better. 10 out of 10 recommend. She does hand painted nail designs too!

Leslie Lawrence Ive had my nails done there for 4 years. I moved a little bit away and tried other places but nothing compares to the work he does. Nails never break and I can go a week extra w/no issues! He does exactly what I ask and is very nice! I prefer Brian over the other gal by far! She doesnt listen to what you want and piles on the polish so its thick an uneven and the last time she polished my nails she got it all over my cuticles as well. So I only go to him and make sure he polishes them. Picture is of 3 week grow out. No broken nails, polish is still in tact! And Im rough on my nails for sure! You wont be disappointed!

Metro Pcs I have been using Kelly nail for 16+ years now. Kelly is always personable and has become more than just my nail/Pedi gal. I consider her a friend. Kelly does an amazing job! I highly recommend her. Its best to make an appointment as she is always busy, she is more than happy to schedule you.

Tylicia Messiah The customer service at this place was far less than exceptional. The owner gave me a paint although I wanted a pedicure. Claiming she was busy, there was no one in the shop. Just my friend, one other customer and another Nail Tech. She left me out to air dry, didn’t offer me sandals nor did she point me in the direction of any drying station. The pedicure seats were disgusting. Old water sitting in nearly all of them and the seat closet to my friend legitimately looked like it was being used for a dust pan. Assuming because I complained, I was asked if I wanted to go outside before my nails even dried. Mentioning the wet paint, I was met with heavy glares and literal insults. 0/10 would not recommend.

Amanda Williams I was so happy I found Darlene because I was really trying to find a private nail salon to be comfortable getting my nails done in. I showed her a picture from Pinterest of my idea and she had no problems bringing it to life. She was great to talk to and had a very clean and professional workspace. Extra cozy and I even got a gift bag for the holidays! Already scheduled another appointment with her once we were done because I was so happy with the experience. She also stuck to the costs on her website which I was surprised and happy about considering my ideas. Excited to come back!

Aspen Torres Darlene is the most down to earth, funny, kind hearted nail tech I have EVER met. When you come into her salon you immediately have trinkets all around you to look at, your choice of music, and a very intimate atmosphere. This is a place of healing and gorgeous nails. You’ll always have the opportunity to either be completely comfortably silent with her or have a yap/therapy sesh while getting your nails done. This is the PLACE, if you had any second thoughts I hope this helps make up your mind. Her nail design work, impeccable and so is SHE. She has a claw machine in case you have a hard time deciding what you want. She has thought of EVERY detail. I used to be apprehensive about Gel x but she made me LOVE THEM! They feel natural and beautiful.

Lam Hoang VT I had a really good experience at Princess Nails Tacoma. The salon was clean, and the staff was friendly and professional. My nail tech took their time and paid attention to detail, which I really appreciated. The color selection was great, and the prices were reasonable for the quality of service. The atmosphere was calm, making it a nice place to relax. Overall, I’m happy with how my nails turned out and will definitely be coming back. Would recommend to anyone looking for a good nail salon in Tacoma.

Mari W I’ve been here three times so far, for an acrylic set and two fills, and it’s been great every time. Super high quality and they hold up really well. I’ve gone 4 weeks between each fill and they still look great when I come back in (aside from being long and grown out of course). The acrylic does not break or lift, and the polish hasn’t chipped or worn off. I’ll keep coming back!

She took her time and really did an amazing job on my nails and cuticles. Also took out my ingrown toe nails that was such a relief. She’s the first nail artist to take time and care about my nails. Hannah Dierks Chloe is just the sweetest person and a wonderful nail artist. I’m so happy with my nails, it’s my favorite set ever! 10/10 would recommend Chloe and 37 Nails. Justin also helped remove my old set and was fantastic. They keep a very clean and organized nail salon.

Place is clean, love their electronic appointment system, and have always felt like they see me right on time. Definitely recommend you check them out! My nails are perfect!

Amanda Decker Best nail shop in town! I get compliments at work every time I get my nails done. I’ve come here for almost 3 years now, never had a bad experience. I usually do a dip powder manicure and gel pedicures. I really appreciate that they don’t take walk -ins( appointments only). I don’t feel rushed , it’s organized, no chaos, and they have excellent customer service/atmosphere. This is a female owned business and one of the best places I’ve been and I’ve lived all over the US. Don’t be that person and not read the cancellation policy and come in knowing what you want on time.

Ciru Gakio I have been a customer with them since early last year. I love that they open late, and open on Sundays. Allows me to get my nails done even when my schedule is busy during regular hours. Tina is very knowledgeable and experienced. She always executes designs that I have on photos. Service is also quick and very reasonably priced. Never had a nail fall off, or break between services. Am satisfied and happy with the services that I receive from them.

Cherie Ferrell CHILD ABUSE Me and my two daughters came here ages 3 and 8. They both got pedicures and nails painted. My 3 year old fell asleep. She grabbed her hand and yanked her up started yelling no no. Scared my daughter. I told her not to touch my daughter like this she then yelled at me saying she already fixed it 2 times. I don’t care if her nails get messed up. Don’t touch my daughter like that. She didn’t apologize to me or my 3 year old. I will never be back to this nail salon. Update as we left I told her she should apologize and not ever touch anyone’s child like that she started yelling at me calling me a bad mom. She said she painted them twice already and she didn’t care she was sleeping yelling at me. That was insane they will never get my business again. CHILD ABUSE

Chelsie Allen I highly recommend KD nails! I had been going to another shop in town, but my favorite girl left, so I had to find a new place. I had been to this location years ago and wasnt happy with it, but they are under new ownership and have new staff. Love the ladies at this shop. Amelia Strayer The most consistent nail salon I’ve been to. It’s now my go-to. I always get a regular manicure and a gel pedicure. I have a consmetically damaged big toe nail that they do acrylic on and it’s perfect! They’re very meticulous and caring in their service. Will keep coming back!!!

Alison Gutierrez I have been going to Karina for years and have watched her business blossom into thee most amazing empire of nail bosses. She is so happy and eager to teach the next generation of nail techs. The cleanliness of the shop is impeccable and the quality of the work produced is unlike no other. I ALWAYS get compliments on my nails. She has techniques that i haven’t seen any other techs use. She is literally the nail boss. I am so happy and excited for her to do my wedding set.

Carmen I was really looking forward to trying this place. I booked an appointment and the experience was horrible. I came in for a full set and pedicure. 5 hours after I sat down I was still getting my nails done. I had to leave without a pedicure because it took so long. There was no heat and it was snowing outside, it was literally freezing. The nail tech I booked the appointment with had a picture of what I wanted ahead of time and said she could do it. The finished result looked nothing like what I asked for. It’s only been 5 days and my nails are already lifting. I 1000% expected better work and a better experience from all positive reviews and pictures I saw prior to coming in. The only best things I have to say about this place is my nail tech was nice and the establishment was very clean and spacious. She just needs a lot more practice. Transparency on skill level would’ve much appreciated as I’m extremely flexible and understanding. Including pictures of what I asked for vs. what I got for reference.

Olivia Clark I found Madelyn on Instagram! She is thorough, attentive, and just generally amazing! Im also in the beauty industry so Im extremely picky about what nail salons I go to. Capricorn Nails is not only adorable, but very clean! Everyone seems super friendly and I love the vibe of the place. 11/10 would recommend
