Shirlea Fletcher Excellent nail techs. Polite, efficient, & creative. You can tell the girls take pride in their work. As they should. Prices are more than reasonable for the awesome results. For pictures - you can tell I dont typically do a lot of add-ons. But I think theres something to be said about taking a simple set request and knocking it out of the park every time. The green was my set for my wedding and I got so many compliments. The pink/grey ombre was a Halloween look and that one was also well-loved.

Svetlana Kushnerchuk I have been going to Vanessa for the last two years. She is so hard-working, has wonderful attention to detail, creates relationships with each and every one of her clients, stays current on all of the trends and techniques, and is very professional. Her prices are fair as her quality of work matches what she charges. Bella, her sister works alongside of her. She is very personable, kind, and has great technique herself! I highly recommend The Nail Slayers to anybody in the Spokane area or even if you are passing through.

Zhaelyclemens I have already wrote a review about These amazing two ladies (Vanessa and Bella). Down below the rounded nails are my NATURAL nails. After getting some acrylics for some time, Bella introduced me to Builders gel! This has helped my natural nails grow expeditiously!! Bella is always up for the challenges i give her with designs. These girls never fail to impress. 10/10 cleanliness, mindfulness, kindness, and hospitality. For almost the year I have been going to Slayed Nails I have never experienced a broken nail or a lifted one. Bella always makes sure to take her time and make everything precise and sturdy!

SS Wayyyy too thick. My nails look terrible. I got dip powder and its so thick my nails look like giant circles. I was so excited to finally get them done and Im just sad every time I look at them now. My old place was closed today, but Ill be going back to them instead. The people were nice but no attention to detail.

Shannon Finley This was the worst pedicure I have ever seen! My 16 year old daughter and I went to get pedicures tonight (I was taking her since she got amazing grades) and the man literally painted her toes! He was done with her WHOLE services in LESS than 10 minutes! I felt awful for her as this evening was meant to treat her. I brought it up as we were told to pay for 2 pedicures. I said that my daughter did not receive a pedicure. I should be charged for painting her nails only. The woman tried to tell me that the man worked on my daughter for 15 minutes. I continued to say that was incorrect and proceeded to pay. I felt that I should not have to continue to argue with anyone as they know their services were unacceptable. Sadly I will not go back. I was excited to find a place close to home. If I could give zero stars I would. I feel bad for my daughter.

Alejandra Durand Pleasant ppl but not my favorite experience. Got my gel nails done on Friday and by Sunday I have 4 chipping. The cut is uneven, 2 of my cuticles bled mid manicure, and the manicure was essentially a nail painting. My MiL wanted to change her color and her manicurist just ignored her. Lastly, it was super cold inside- like 62-63 degrees. Unfortunately would not recommend.

Sophia Grenfell Natalie is the best nail tech I’ve ever been to with great prices! I’ve been going to her for 10 years at least. She is very quick, knowledgeable and precise with her artwork and craft. She takes her time with finishing touches to make your nails look so beautiful and classy. I always feel like a brand new woman after she does my nails! Thanks again Natalie!!!

Sara Mjelde In the past, Ive tried other salons and Hot Nails, so I knew I needed to go back to Natalie when I started getting my nails done regularly again about a year ago. Natalie is so sweet and funny. She has always been willing to try a random inspo pic I provide, even if its clear the picture is of a sticker nail art- and she always amazes me! Natalie is also so sweet with my young daughters when we come in for Mom/Daughter dates, and she can always accomodate me in her schedule.

K J Natalie was amazing! She fixed and re did my nails that a different salon messed up. She did exactly what I wanted and made sure everything was perfect! Ill be going here for now on.

Payton Green Jose was the first nail tech I ever trusted to do my nails!! Is always so sweet and CLEAN! I love that he keeps a clean environment and does amazing work! Always has the coolest nail art inspo for when I don’t know what I want!! The gel x he does are so much lighter then acrylics and they last just as long!!

Diane Ussery First time going to this nail salon and I was very happy with the service I received! Both my manicure and pedicure were pleasant and I was very happy with the finished results. The price was very reasonable! The only thing I wouldve liked is if they had some sort of background music. The nail tech and I were the only ones there and it was strangely quiet.

Maika Steele After coming in for about 8x now, I could definitely vouch ( based on my experience) that she is good of what she does! She does not put too much that like most nail techs do that your nails are so bulky looking. She makes it look natural and it stays on pretty well. She is studious and meticulous with her work. I come in once a month and she always make my hands feel prissy when I leave her salon. Highly recommend and her prices are truly reasonable.

Julia Nordstrom The nail technician did a nice job but seemed in a rush, even though there wasnt anyone waiting. They also rushed me out of the shop even though I mentioned I was waiting for my husband to pick me up. There were empty chairs in the waiting area, so Im not sure what that was about.

Kanika Huston My family and I came from Montana to visit a back specialist in Spokane. We came to Kim nails to get our feet done. The staff was friendly, respectful, kind. I got my first pedicure and I loved it, the most relaxing thing I ever experienced. Thank you Kims nails, if Im ever in Spokane again I will definitely visit Kim Nails!

Sarah Picicci Jane is the sweetest:) she does amazing work and her attention to detail keeps my nails looking great for 4 weeks. The Russian manicure is so much better for your natural nails. I highly recommend Jane ! Very talented !!

Kimberly Shirley I booked to get my nails done for my wedding. She texted me trying to cancel my appointment less than 2 hours before, saying that she did not have the acrylic to do my nails. I am in the hair industry, so I was able to buy it and bring it with me. She reluctantly agreed to do my nails. The base of my nailbeds burned after she filed my nails with the dremmel. There was glue and acrylic under my nail. After the appointment, I had to file and chip off the chunks that were left. I have also had discomfort on my cuticles around my fingers since the appointment because there was acrylic sitting on my skin that she left. I got my nails done just 3 days before my wedding, and one of the nails snapped the morning of the wedding because of how thin they were. Greatfuly, I was able to glue it back on. I tipped extra because I could tell she didnt want to do it. Every part of my experience felt extremely unprofessional.

Angela Kisel The most terrible service and the most unprofessional people that have seen in a while. Call to book an appointment for a pedicure for 11, they told me to just walk in instead, I walked in at 11 and waited till 1130 to get serviced. The lady that serviced me did not speak a word of English, did not follow my instruction of me, wanting square shaped nails, They’re basic pedicure says it includes a basic cleaning of the foot, According to what she did not, my nails came out crooked. The nail polish does not look smooth on the big toes, I tried to tell the lady in English that she needs to redo it and fix it, but she doesn’t understand. There’s no one else walking around there that is able to translate in time and I had to run so I let it be. This was terrible

miyara cavazos Today I did I came in about 2 hours to close and was greeted by very friendly faces, I was seen by Tia and I’ve never had a better experience! I’m usually quiet during my nail appointments but she made me feel so comfortable, I wanted a full set and a basic gel pedi. The full set took about an hour because she was making that I liked everything she was doing and genuinely took her time to make sure I liked what I was paying for ! I told her never mind on the pedi cause I don’t want to hold her up from going home but she insisted that she took care of me. We talked, laughed and she didn’t rush what so ever, the best service ever. Cannot recommend enough. my nails came out gorgeous:)

Shanyce Correa Marshall A bit pricey, but honestly a great experience. She had great attention to detail and did a great job matching the picture. Was given water, candy, and mini oils. I honestly didnt have much faith in a top nails but, pardon the pun, they nailed it. My friend also got her nails done, it was her first set of acrylics and the lady was very patient and kind.

Maria Orton I absolutely love coming here .new management new people , family oriented. Its Rachel, Nelson and Taylor. They all work together to give you the best quality care you need. They are very hard workers. And I recommend for everyone to come and check them out and see for yourself, Im giving them five stars five stars. Ive gotten the best pedicure ever. With Nelson he makes sure that you are comfortable and is very thorough no matter what package you get

Kara Powell I have gone to Top Nails the last few months to get my acrylics done and this place has changed SO much! The atmosphere is so much better than it used to be! The new owners have really turned this nail salon around! The new equipment is amazing and way more comfortable! They always do a wonderful job on my nails and I will definitely be making this salon my go to every month!

Jordan Crogan Lettie is the nail queen! Her space is cozy and welcoming just like her spirit. She is incredibly talented and creative with her nail work. I usually get builder gels for my nails and her amazing spa pedicure for my toes. She really cares about the health of your natural nails and does an excellent job keeping them happy and healthy fill after fill. Go see Lettie if youre looking for a nail girly, shes the best.

Lolly W Letty is a true nail artist! My nails were short, brittle, with infected cuticles and she performed miracles!

Kristin Lukey Pattison Letty is amazing!! A true artist, you can really tell that Letty loves what she does. My nails easily last 3 weeks and still look amazing, no lifting or peeling. Ive brought in some crazy design ideas and she always nails it!!

Maria Wagner T does my nails all the time when I’m there she is the only one I will see. Her nails are great quality and I’m always satisfied with them as well. She k owes what I want and she always patient with me she had done my toes as well and my husbands loves them. Her nails don’t lift and they last a lot longer.

Big MomMe The lady was very genuine and made me feel welcome. We came in late Nov 5th and they managed to squeeze us both in but she mentioned she wasnt very good at it... I am convinced now she was serious. After telling her I didnt like the pink gel her attitude changed n her nail art wasnt the butterfly I requested n clearly her first time cuz she offered 2 free designs to attempt to do better which were not made with love. Problem is I mentioned the only time I got my nails done not with tips they broke n I wasnt happy and 6 days later I managed to break my middle finger in half!!! After 8 popped off Im done wanting to pay for them. Idk y they dont have a book to showcase their work!!!

Luv Barrett They were able to accommodate me as a walk in, but what I asked for and what I ended up with are 2 different things. They didnt have many of the colors offered on their swatches and when the tech was about to put the clear gel on I was confused as I specifically asked if they could paint zebra stripes on the tips and was told yes and when I reiterated that I was hoping for zebra stripes I was told they couldnt do it. The quality is pretty meh as it looks like I have 2 week grow out and its been 4 days. Maybe Im too picky since I used to be a cosmetology instructor, but 65.00 should have paid for a much better job. The final issue was I was asked to go to the ATM in the mall and pay with cash which caused me to incur a 5.00 fee from the ATM machine and a 3.00 fee from my bank. If I had known they were cash only I would have brought cash. As the ATM only gives out 20s I had to tip 15.00 as the lady followed me to the ATM and took payment then and there. I was also talked into a pedicure which was the least enjoyable that Ive ever had as they were too busy watching the TV and rushing to get it done before they closed. My toes do look nice, but the overall experience was very lackluster. Thats what I get for being spontaneous and not setting up an appointment ahead of time or ensuring that they had the colors I wanted in stock.

Jori Ingersoll I made a last-minute appointment and they so kindly welcomed me first thing in the morning! I was in and out within an hour due to my flight, at no sacrifice to the best manicure pedicure!! The massage was lovely, deluxe experience without the crazy price! Tips are cash only!

Ginger Peterson Visited today for the third pedicure and may never come again. The lady who gave me my pedicure, Lynn, cut my nail much too short, though I requested they be trimmed very little. When she started filing away, I pulled my food back because it hurt, as she cut the nail right up next to the quick. She asked me not to kick her, please. I clarified thats what she said and I said I did not kick her, I pulled away because she hurt me. From then on it was downhill. Her work was sloppy, my nail shapes were a mix of rounded and square....I will have to really think about whether or not I will come back. The nail cut so close to the quick feels like it could bleed if anything bumps it. One thing is for sure and that is I will have to get a better Pedi before I go on vacation at the end of next week. -------------- This was my second time in for a pedicure and Ive been worked on by both gentlemen now. They are wonderful! Much attention was given to the details and that is greatly appreciated.

Elizabeth James Great fast service! I only had an appointment for a manicure but asked if they could squeeze in a pedicure too and they did. One lady was working on my manicure and another on my pedicure at the same time! Cute and clean salon with decent prices. $35 for gel pedicure and $40 for dip polish manicure.

Barbara Cervelli Jennifer does incredible work; she is a professional perfectionist, takes her time and does manicures/pedicures the right way. My nail color lasts a good length of time compared to other salons. Her artwork is impressive. I highly recommend her. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Jodie Jennifer does amazing manicures and pedicures. She prioritizes nail health and cleanliness! My cuticles have never looked better. Her designs are one of a kind, hand painted. Each one is art.

Cassidy McGovern Jennifer always does amazing designs and has every color you could ever want! The shop is super clean and she is hilarious to talk to during my appointments! Prices are better than other shops Ive been to in town, I wont go anywhere else for manicures and pedicures!

JC K I love taking my 14-year-old granddaughter for either Manicures or Pedicures as an outing. We came to DBs for our first pedicure together this last summer and had a great experience. I was told when we left that we never needed to call for an appointment, to just walk in and they would take us. So, this past Christmas break we went back to DBs for manicures. When we got there, without an appointment, we were told it would be a 40-minute wait, so we went to have ice cream and then returned. Once there, the owner kept asking which manicure we wanted. I asked the price, and he said $27 for regular and $37 for Gel. I said we just want the regular. He said "Oh you dont want regular. Its no good, it chips too easy." I said, "why do you do it then, if it is no good" but I didnt get a response. He kept asking me price and again I said regular, and then he said, "Gel for $27". I said "for $27" and he said again, "Gel for $27" and I said, ok then, if it is $27. When we were all done and went to pay, I gave him my Card and when he gave me the slip to sign, he charged me $37 each! I said to him, "that is not $27 each!" He just looked up at me and smiled, as if to say "gotcha". I was so angry and felt I got played. I didnt want to make a scene and to be honest, I was in shock. I felt tricked and my granddaughter had to witness this. I chose to leave without arguing and I decided I would wait and do a review instead. The sad part is, when we got into the car, my granddaughter said, "grandma, he lied to you!!!" Yes, he did... The only reason I gave 2 stars, is because our first experience was a fun one and that is my goal when I am with my granddaughter. It is too bad that we had to walk away the second time so very disappointed. Needless to say, we will not be going back.

Lauren E I’ve come a few times and I always leave impressed. They do such a great job, the best acrylics I’ve ever gotten. This time I got nail art for Halloween :) it turned out exactly as I hoped for! The quality is great and they lasted for over two weeks. There are typically only two people working, so come early (a few hours before close) or book an appointment in advance. Be patient! It’s worth it.

Michelle Anderson Not the worst manicure I have had. Not the best. Good service. The lady that did the leg wax was VERY nice. She did a good job on my eyebrows too. Just a plain nail polish french tip. They push the gel nail stuff pretty good. It has never really lasted longer than the regular for me and costs 2x as much. Regular is fine for me!

Sarah Strouse Elena is amazing at what she does, each time Ive gone to her Ive left happy and excited to show off my new set for the next couple weeks. She is very good at nail art and can copy reference pictures well; if theres ever a design that isnt in her wheelhouse she is upfront about that (though she is really talented and very rarely have I found something that wasnt in her range). Always willing to work with you and help make sure you are getting what you wanted; often times Ive come to her with a design that was close to what I was envisioning but needed to add or subtract certain elements, and she was able to see the vision and execute it with skill. Beyond just her knack for nail art, she is also someone I genuinely enjoy talking to throughout the appointment. She uses nail forms, so you will always have a perfect fit. Has lots of fun nail stickers available if youre having trouble deciding on a design. Reccomend Talonz 1000%, been going here for a couple years and plan on continuing to as long as I live in Spokane♡

Darcy Riggs I cannot say enough praise about Talonz Nail Studio and the owner Elena. This place is incredible! Elena is absolutely gifted and I have followed her over the years from different locations and now she owns her own nail studio (much deserved). Talonz is super clean and she offers free bubbly water, etc. Elena does the most amazing nails from normal polish, to gel, to acrylic, to skilled hand drawn nail art…and now my new favorite, builder gel. I have healthy AND beautiful nails. Elena books up quickly so be sure to get on her schedule asap!

Bear Sarah (SarahBear8408) I am so glad I found Elena! A handful of my coworkers started going to her and encouraged me to as well, and I’ve had nothing but positive experiences with her! I don’t have pictures of all of the nails she has done for me, but I attached a few to this review. Elena has done nail art and used decals for me, depending on what I was looking for!

Melania Colon 4 star being nice. Spent less than 10 minutes painting my nails this color after the 2 I picked, she said didnt work. He desk she had me at wasnt clean with nail shavings and dust all over. She painted my skin and didnt take it off. Also, didnt paint part of my nail. She was solo and rushing. I wont spent over $25 for this again here.

Very detailed in her work and very clean, I had requested stiletto nails which are hard to do… she nailed it (pun intended) one thing I will say when you see how many people stop just to check in and say hi to her or just her first name basis with her regulars she has worked hard for her place and I’m so happy I found her!! Riley Schultz TRULY THE BEST NAIL SALON IN ALL OF SPOKANE!!!!! This place transports you to as if you were in VEGAS! It’s so classy and elegant every where you look! Very clean, very professional, mocktail drinks we got were so yummy! Felt like we got king and queen treatment! Highly recommend their aromatherapy pedicure with the lavender was heavenly even got hot stones with it! New favorite nail salon & spa!!!! ALSO THEIR MASSAGE CHAIRS ARE THE BEST EVER!!!!

Daisy Vacca I’ve been going to New World Nails Lounge and Spa since they opened. They have been nothing but great! I love the atmosphere and service. The employees are amazing, friendly, welcoming and professional. Sunny did my nails, she is the sweetest person. She took her time with my nails and even fixed what needed to be fixed. She understood what I wanted and made sure that I liked everything before moving onto the next thing! I highly recommend her and the salon!!

Sophi Very hospitable,very affordable and once in a life time experience.I walked-in burning time in town and got my son a pedi massage for anxiety and mine was CBD Hemp massage with gel nails. I picked off menu super simple 85$ ,along with my acrylic nails 75$ and a picture was all she needed to see ones and the technician did it with hands on experience of 10 years I asked, a clean look she delivered for a important date. While I got my nails done he was nervous but he said it was amazing experience and I agree. I left a generous tip cause , honestly it felt like family and they listen and don’t judge. Helena did my pedi and she took her time. The manager was Very attentive and checked on us often even my son. A authentic once in a life time experience right in Spokane.

Ashlee Waslaski Terrible decision going here. Got my nails done for my bday and I hate them. She did some weird fill thing on my thumb because my nail was broken. All nails are lumpy and uneven and she clipped a bunch of skin which is peeling and irritated. Also did a pedicure and my toes were irritated and itchy. The lady was pushy about upgrading services and even down to the tip. She asked for more $$!!!! And only cash! If I could rate negative 10 I would.

Iuliia Babakov I was running my errands around this location and I had a brocken nail do I decided to stop at this place row quick to fix it. When I came in and a lady asked what I needed she gave me unwelcome look and said why didnt I go to the place where I made whole set. I felt awkward and rejected. I explained that I didnt wanted to go far to fix one nail so I stopped here where she proceed telling me with that look on her face that she out happy to see me there that the nail polish wont match. I asked the palette of colors and she found the first yellow and was showing me the difference trying to not let me go through all colors and send me away, but her coworker saw this and pointed right away to the right color. She fixed my nail and I tipped her a good amount so she wouldnt be Prejudiced next time to people. But personally I will say away from this place because of that attitude.

I get so many compliments when I’m im shopping or traveling! I don’t just get my hands done i have gotten my full face waxed and it was amazing. Amy Elizabeth Great pedicures! Several options to choose from. Spa like experience. The shop is very clean & they clean throughly between guests. All nail techs have Covid-19 health & cleaning training. They even have a punch card, 10 punches equals $20 off!

Bree White Never again. Took my daughter to get a pedicure and was treated rudely. When my daughter told the lady that the reason she wasnt putting both feet in the water was because the water was too hot and she had a scrape on her foot that was stinging with whatever was in the water, the lady got mad at her. My daughter picked out a color (a pale shimmery white) and even showed the lady the color and number. When the lady went to paint her nails, the color was a bubble gum pink. When my daughter pointed it out and said she didnt pick out that color and didnt want that particular color, the nail lady tried to tell her that not only did she pick out the color but it was the same color. The nail lady then became very rough with my daughters feet and when my daughter asked her to be more gentle, the lady rolled her eyes and started mumbling under her breath. Her toe nails were cut uneven and the paint job was super messy. For the price they charged I will go somewhere else where they appreciate their customers.
