RJ Gould This store must be under new management. Inventory is less and variety is less. Be aware that price labels dont always reflect cash out price. Also be aware of the distinct smell of Asian cooking throughout the store. Perhaps from the fried fish station and not the deli counter. I believe the duck and BBQ pork are brought in. The smell is not unfamiliar to Asians but could be off putting to those not familiar. Prices are higher than before.

Anthony Holcombe I felt as if they were "over" watching me so I didnt shop there. I just left and went back to my vehicle. I planned to do some really serious shopping there too. I went to a regular grocery store instead and spent another $422 on Amazon for Asian food.

Rita Yates Love the various shopping experience here, fresh hot coffee and soup at espresso stand, a well stocked mini-mart and an excellent nail salon that always provides the best. Love my nails.

Nicole McCoy I visited this spa for the first time yesterday, and it was an amazing experience! The staff was incredibly kind, and although we didnt share the same language, we managed to communicate just fine — with plenty of laughs along the way. I chose the Diamond Package, and my skin has never felt better! The experience starts with a 30-minute soak before your treatment. After that, they exfoliate your skin for about 45 minutes, followed by a relaxing massage with lotion and oil. They also apply a facial mask and wash your hair, which was such a nice touch. Since I had a lot of tight muscles and knots, my attendant focused on deeper massage techniques and guasha, which left me feeling better than I have in ages. While the facility itself isn’t particularly fancy, the quality of care and results speak for themselves. I’ll definitely be returning!

Tyrone Andrew Decent spa! Its definitely old but it has everything. Ive been to even older and expensive spa in south korea. Believe me this place is actually really good. Customer service is pretty good. It does needs renovation in few areas. I only wish the area outside wasnt so sketchy but thats everywhere!

Brycen Toney I really enjoy this place. The steam room and the sauna are a great temperature and the soaks are very relaxing. Its exactly what I need after a stressful day. The facility is a little older in style but they do a great job at keeping it clean. The only reason that Im not giving it 4 stars is that they dont have a membership option like other spas. They have a deal of you buy multiple passes, but Id gladly pay $100+/month to be able to come in once per day. They should really look into that.

She effortlessly recreates inspo pics you bring to her and with her creative skills- she can add her own twist and they will turn out amazing every single time. My nails feel healthy and strong which was something that I struggled with in the past. I highly recommend any service through Judy or anyone that she oversees, as I know that her goal is to ensure that all her clients are well taken care of with high quality care.

Judy is the best, she has attention to detail is incredible , she brainstorms with you when you aren’t sure which way to go and is understanding of your needs. Highly recommended seeing her and her team! Can’t wait to go back and add on a pedicure to my nail service!

Kobe JBui Hello everyone, I can truly say that this is one of the best salon in town, their prices are just right. I have tried all 3 techs, they all do a phenomenal job. There are mixed reviews, but I have never had any issues with Star Nails. My advice is to give them a try, if you dont like it, dont come back...but I have been coming here for the past 10 years.

Daleth Pacheco-Del Valle From the moment I walked in the place was really dirty. The chairs they have to sit on while you wait have huge black spots on them from not being cleaned. I came in to get my eyebrows waxed and when I walked into the room, they expected me to lie down on a table that had hairs from previous customers on it. They didn’t have the paper to lie down on like they have at other places I have gone to. They also asked me to wear a head band to keep the hair away from the wax. I asked the lady if it had been sanitized and she said that next time I should bring my own if I’m afraid of using theirs. When it was time to pay, the lady took my card, looked into my eyes and asked, “how much do you want to tip?” The tips are usually a private matter and here they ask you straight up how much you’re going to tip them. Worst place ever. I’m never going back to this place.

Shana Roark Awful place. Very dirty. I have been to nicer places and have been charged less for a full set and pedicure. Not to mention my nail technician was very rude to me when I tried to make small conversation with her. I wanted to leave during the middle of my nails being done. It was also weird she asked me how much I wanted to tip? Just a weird feeling overall.

Cathy Leasure Ive been going here for over 4 years. Helen and Lynn are the best!! The quality is amazing, my nails dont break or crack, even if I wait to long lol, and not overly thick. They are not over priced and very efficient!! I recently moved to Puyallup and will continue to make the drive because the quality cant be beat elsewhere!

Jeanineitsme I had a great experience! My nail tech, Helen, was so sweet and attentive and I was very happy with the attention she paid to my nails. She took her time and never made me feel rushed. Ive had many compliments on my nails and I tell everyone where i got them done. Im driving 2 towns over to go here, and I plan on continuing to do so! ❤

B This place is amazing, Im new to the area and this is my new home nail shop!!! Great service fixed my bad set from another shop and great hot stone pedicure for $25 soooooo with it!!!!I actually really like the fact the gal that did my pedicure wore gloves!!! Cleanliness and hygiene and important to me!!! And they line their pedicure bowls with disposable liners, totally hygienic!!! Call ahead so you dont have to wait!!

vruh When i sat down the lady started cleaning up my eyebrows, i asked her to make them a little thinner and she seemed bothered and got an attitude. I asked her twice and all she did was cleaned them up. She also took forever to charge me, i couldve just walked out.

nishitha cr This is my go-to parlor for eyebrows and waxing. Every time they do a great job. However, this time eyebrows was good but waxing was a disaster. I do not have sensitive skin and have been doing waxing for more than 15 years and this is the first time I left the parlor with scars on my skin. It was totally painful. The reason behind this is that the management has changed the waxing sheets from white to brown paper. And those brown papers does a horrible job as they are less powerful than the white ones. So they ended up doing multiple times in the same place to take off the hair which was not coming off easily as it would in the white paper. I generally don’t write reviews but I just wanted the people to know about it as my entire skin has turned red in color with lot of scars and have an upcoming trip which is just spoiling it.

Annabella Tantzen I put off going back to school for 5 years, and it was incredibly tough for me to go back. The wait was well worth it to be in Gabis class. Gabi is so sweet and energetic and really puts all of her heart into teaching us everything and more. She has helped me feel comfortable, confident, and proud of my work, and no teacher has ever done that for me. She makes me want to come to school each day. Thank you, Gabi, you are amazing!

Sheila Ann This is the only place I will go for pedi’s. Every time I’ve gone anywhere else I end up with ingrown toe nails. They do an excellent job here, my feet look beautiful and don’t hurt, Revision 3/1/2024, since Covid I have been going closer to home to get my pedicures. I was very pleased to come back here and have my nails thoroughly cleaned, cuticles trimmed at nails perfectly shaped and polished. I do not understand the negative reviews. The places I have gone to locally have not cut my nail cuticles, They were a mess, lesson learned the drive is worth it.

M Graham Walk in,and I appreciate how quick I was seated, requested mani pedi. The quality of this place has gone down, dirty chairs and table, needs a good cleaning. A horrible job on feet, misshapen and cut way too short and painful, no time giving to the removal of calluses or foot massage. The mani was a little better, shape good but gave a 15 second hand massage. Not worth the price. I hope it changes. I think I will try going to a spot that does Russian mani pedi.

everlyn velasquez I called in ahead of time to ask how much do they charge for underarm wax & they said $15 or $20 if it’s a lot. I walked in and after waxing my underarm they charged me $29. I asked why? She said because it was a lot. Even though they had said $20 then she said she added the tip on there!! What the hell I didn’t know you could tip yourself! STAY AWAY FROM HERE!! On top of that they burned my armpit !

Meagan Kowalski Ive been going here for about a year and they are the sweetest people. Every person who has done my nails has done a very very very good job. They take their time to make sure that they are perfect. I work in retail so Im hard on my hands and my nails still last a long time. The salon is really clean and they use brand new files & bands when doing your nails. I love them and I always tell my coworkers about them when they ask to see my nails

Mystique Vaughn She doesnt wash her hands before doing my lashes and she just got done throwing somebodys eye lashes. She used tape under and over my eye. And the next day a piece of my lash came off. She had a baby crawling around everywhere getting into stuff. I was so shocked. Place was super ghetto

Abiyu Tamirat Im really disappointed with the service Henna Beauty Salon. I brought my wife for our special occasion to get her hands and feet done, but it was bad. The lady working there didnt take our requests seriously and was pretty rude. We ended up paying $70, but the quality of the work was more like a $20 work. The henna on her hands and feet was uneven, which really ruined the whole experience for us. I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone.

They offered me coffee with dessert, which was such a nice touch—and the coffee was absolutely amazing! The atmosphere in the salon is fantastic: it’s beautiful, cozy, and very clean. I also want to give a special mention to the girl who helped us—I think her name is Nastya. She’s such a sweetheart! Оля Ханейчук Recently visited the Beauty spot This is one of the best salons in Washington As soon as I entered the, I was happily greeted by the administrators and offered coffee A couple of minutes later the master took me to do a manicure, I just liked how everything was arranged, a hanger for a bag, a stand for a phone, a foot massage and gel pads under the eyes, service 10/10. The master did everything to make me comfortable. When she finished her work, I was amazed at how beautiful my nails were. This salon is not only engaged in nail extensions, but also much more, you can go to the page and check everything you need. I want to note that the salon has a lot of cosmetics for skin, hair, face. Gabrielle Phillips-Waller My first time coming here I got a cute white French tip my nail tech let me know before hand what the price is and there’s a check in so you can gain rewards I told her I was going on a trip out of country for two weeks & THEY LASTED 4 weeks ! I’ve never had that strong of nails and I’m guilty of being a nervous picker on my nail beds . I went back today and got a fill with Dan he is the best noticed the growth from last time took great care of me and gave me the cutest decoration & artwork on this fill & only $70 !! Amazing nails - wonderful staff ✨

Reann braunschweig $125 on a pedicure and dip powder manicure to treat myself for my birthday (this included a $20 tip). Pros: very friendly staff, salon was clean and professional, the woman who did my pedicure was very thorough. Cons: only 6/10 of finger nails are the same shape. Finger nails were buffed too thin in the middle of the nail which caused a “curved up” look. Multiple finger nail tips are not glued down and are not completely covered in dip powder on the sides. I Was rushed out of the chair before my toes could dry so some polish was wiped off when the woman put my shoes back on. See photos. Disappointed… honestly would like a refund for my hands and to have my toes repainted where polish is missing.

Madeline Jagger Ive been disappointed in the quality the past few times. My dip nails two months ago were not done right. The gal actually said it would look better if they were longer. I think maybe she was new but I really was put off the wrong way by that. Im like I come to get gorgeous shorter nails and have to keep them short thats why i get them done. I left questioning if they looked good and for sure felt some deceit going on. The quality did not match the price. The last time I thought OK Ill try gel maybe I just need a dip break.... but those were coming off within two days and not the quality Ive been used to. I also realized she charged me $45 for gel when it actually felt more like regular polish once I started taking it off. Also on capitol hill the gals there were very fast with quality still. Might need to find a new place. Although Im not sure if its the shop or the customers that go there making it this way. Everytime I also hear someone arguing about the price to get it down. One customer tried using the language barrier as her bartering tool trying to say no thats not what the other girl said on price. Then another lady was like well I get it normally for a lower price. Then shes like going back and forth negotiator style and Im like I cant even with all this. Wheres set prices explained before you start. So annoying.

Navaya Gayles Everyone there was so nice and the place is beautiful! The women who did my nails was very precise in what she was doing and constantly asked if she was doing what I wanted without pain and my reply each time was “it’s perfect”. She was even nice enough to help me move my stuff when my nails were wet. Overall very happy with how everything turned out❤️
