Have had different claims and they have been handled with care, efficiency and compassion. Never had a reason to feel anything but grateful for her services, not only is she my agent but a great family friend.

Ryan Duncan I have been insured with many companies over the years, usually just the big corporations directly. This time I chose a local agent. Melody and the team at this Allstate office really go above and beyond. They even send hand written birthday cards! Contacting them is always easy with a phone call during business hours, and everyone there has always been helpful and kind. I have not had to submit a claim yet, but I would expect the same level of customer service if I did.

Jinwook Shin I emailed them about my policy. They never responded. I emailed them again and they never responded. I canceled my policy just because of this office. Later, I called them about my canceled policy and they yelled at me! If this is how they treat customers during normal peace time, what kind of service can I expect when something actually happens and I need to file a claim with them? I reported their behaviors to the state farm central office and they did nothing about it. Theres one thing they are very good at, though -- collecting monthly premiums. Just avoid these guys and live a stress-free life. The phone call alone was a traumatic experience for me and Im still trying to recover from it.

Pat Mitchell at the black woman 74 years old and working with all state for many many years I have to say I give Micheal Gardner a one when I close my account with him instead of him giving me my refund. He sent my information to corporate and I’m still waiting on my check I would advise Black people go somewhere else don’t mess with him. Angelena Ins Ive been with Allstate for over 10 years, and with the Gardner Agency specifically since 2021. As of the time of this review, theyre a team of 4, and Ive worked closely with 3 of them - Mike, Isabella, and Athena - who have all been extremely helpful and knowledgeable, as well as patient and kind with my many many questions over the years. Theyve helped me choose the right insurance and change my coverage many times over the years, and have advised me not to get extra coverage that I thought I might need, as well as suggesting tweaks to what I already had that barely cost anything extra to get tons more covered. If youve never had a dedicated agent whos been in the business for a long time, you dont know what youre missing. I recently had a close friend finally switch over to Mike and his team, and they told me...I wish Id done that years ago - you werent kidding when you said theyre on top of it. Whenever I call or email them with questions, they either answer right away or get back to me in what feels like way less than an hour. And I can trust their advice - after all this time theyve never steered me wrong. You cant get that by dialing a 1-800 general customer service number or researching online. And it doesnt cost anything more to work with them personally vs being assigned to Allstate in general with no dedicated support team. If youre looking for an agent to work with, I highly suggest you give them a call and decide for yourself if theyre a fit. My guess is youll love them and never look back.

We had attended other Medicare classes but this one from Vibrant USA was the best. We appreciated that Katie gave us more than enough time to ask questions and get answers. We have recommended Katie to others needing help with Medicare . We recently had to switch Medicare Advantage Plans due to Regence not settling with the Everett Clinic. Things went smooth with the switch thanks to Katie and we are now enjoying our new plan. She checked out all of our doctors and clinics and found the best plan to cover nearly all of them.
