Bink My husband was having dental pain & a lot of issues because he hadnt seen a dentist in quite awhile but Selah Dental immediately helped us get him in the very next morning to assess the issues. Very thorough & explained everything that will be needed going forward. My husband doesnt like going to dentist but he was welcomed in and made to feel relaxed & comfortable. This is a very good sign he likes the clinic and will continue to strive to get his teeth/mouth back into good health after suffering years from chronic crohns disease. Definitely a very positive experience for him.

Rachelle Drost I took my son here for his first dentist appointment because it looked fun. I wanted him to have a good experience so he would want to go back and not have a negative association with going to the dentist. The play area is fun but that’s where it ended. If the dentist enjoys his work you’d never know it. He was in and out in 2 minutes. Made no attempt to even talk to my son at all, and claimed because we couldn’t get x-rays there’s no way to know if he has cavities without them, which is complete nonsense. I was a dental assistant for 12 years, yes you need X-rays to see cavities between the teeth but you can absolutely check for them on the biting surfaces. He said without x-rays we’d have to wait for a cavity to be obvious just by looking at it and we would need to sedate him and then fill it…and get x-rays. From what I can tell it’s just a “get as many people in and out as quickly as possible and get as much money as possible from each one”. Why else would you want to wait until a cavity is huge? Maybe if the didn’t seem to hate his job so much I could have been a nice experience. But, there was no oral hygiene instruction, no toothbrush and floss or little toy at the end. I just expected something different from a place that specialized in pediatric dentistry but the overall vibe is surprisingly depressing.

Stacey Andrews These providers and professionals are the cream of the crop and Im not one to leave reviews. Everyone was kind and patient. The clinic is emaculant...my pet peeve. The building is so cute even though Im 52. Lol I admit I love bed the model wooly mammoths! I am impressed. They were very upfront about what my bill will be to proceed with a crown, no BS in involved. Super impressed.

Betts Construction I visited your office three times in three days. You were running a half an hour late every time. I had to wait 30 minutes to find out that the dentist on duty doesn’t do crowns there fore I needed reschedule. At the next appointment I waited 40 minutes to find out that my son wasn’t receiving a replacement crown because the next dentist felt it wasn’t needed. When the previous dentist said it priority to have it replaced. I was forced to pay for a new crown upfront and then he never received one. I was told my money would remain as a credit until needed. I was told my oldest had 8 cavities and that all 8 would be filled at once. They only filled 6 and told me to make another appointment. It seems like this office likes to bill insurance for appointments that were never needed. They also need to work on their communication. Nurses walk away while talking to you. There for you can’t hear them when they are giving after care Instructions.

Mario Miranda Would be nice to have a decent dentist. The best one you had was anesthesia. She was awesome and she knew what she was doing. Its going on 2 years. And I still dont have my finished teeth now. Happy

Ed Voorhies I had new dentures made in December of last year. They copied my old dentures so well that I did not need to go back for any adjustments. Good place with great people.

Ginger Cutten I’m happy they were able to get me in the same day and the initial price is affordable. The problem is that the company is understaffed and over booked. I finally walked out after being there for almost 3 hours for a one hour job. It also felt Very much like a money scheme to me. As a customer I should be able to cut out unnecessary steps if I choose but I was not given that choice. Also I was very clear about my expectations and what service I wanted…instead of sticking to what I asked for I was constantly being “sold” onto more expensive work. I even noticed that the hygienist was putting all patients into the periodontal diseases categories….another upselling tactic. I might not have caught the constant upselling if I didn’t spend 1.5 hours of my 2 hour 45 minutes there waiting on the next person. Overall I’m really not impressed and currently don’t see myself subjecting myself to that kind of “service” moving forward. Also, I sis say something to the dentist while I was there and he did try to speed things up but there was only one dentist and five patients all waiting for him…. Corporate can do better there for sure! (The dentist was also very kind and gentle)

Amanda Ramos This dental office is absolutely wonderful. I had a broken and infected tooth and they were the only place in Yakima that could get me in. Im also terrified of going to the dentist. They are so friendly, from the front counter to the assistant who did my x-rays, to the dentist herself. I do not currently have insurance and they helped me set up a payment plan within my budget that was totally reasonable and I left with renewed faith in getting dental care. I wish I remembered everyones names that helped me, but shout out to Isabella and everyone else for being so helpful and kind!

The team was so attentive, caring, and kind during my visits and thoroughly explained the work I needed to get done and were very patient by answering my countless questions about costs, procedures, and other general questions. I especially want to thank Nicholle their Hygenist, Dr. Lauren, the X-Ray/Procedure Tech, and Isabella for being my main supports in addition to everyone who respectfully greeted and assisted me as they were all so fantastic. Judy Stone Creekside Dental cares about your comfort from beginning to end. Ive had fillings, an extraction, and two crowns. I arrive there a little tense/anxious because of past experiences with other dentists and leave feeling way better about the experience than Ive ever felt before. I highly recommend Creekside Dental.

Crystal Barnes This office was polite, professional and helped me get my son in for a visit quickly. (We were scheduled at a different dentist listed on our insurance website first. That office called the day before our appointment saying sorry we were wrong, we are out of network plan to pay $250 tomorrow. Uh no.) After rechecking my insurance company I called Creekside. Explaining my situation with my son already scheduled for braces. We needed him seen soon. They accommodated us amazingly and treated my son great. We are very happy and will get the rest of the family set up soon.

Craig Moore Ive never had such a pleasant experience in a dentists office before. I was introduced to the entire staff as if I was being welcomed into a happy persons family. And as unusual as the experience was, it felt genuine. Stephanie, the Administrative (and Dental) Assistant was both friendly and helpful over the phone and in the office. Dr. Riehl and his assistant Devon were friendly, relaxed and communicated the procedures clearly to me. And Christine, the Financial Manager was very friendly and helpful and was able to inform me that my insurance will cover all, or at least nearly all of my expenses. I have never been very squeamish about my dental office experiences yet have never had a more pleasant experience. If I was reading this, I would assume its a fake, but its not.

Julie Picatti The staff is always incredibly friendly. The minute, you walk in the door until you sit down with your hygienist and then Dr. Doran himself. Right down to billing and payment. The hygienist is gentle and everyone is concerned about my health and well-being. Everyone remembers what has been happening with my teeth, and is kind enough to ask about my family. I couldn’t recommend Dr. Doran more!

LESANN MORE Extremely professional, personable and knowledgeable. The clinic is kept clean and organized. The staff are quite courteous and helpful. The dentists create an atmosphere of team work that is quite unique. They were careful during the procedures, I didnt feel the usual pain. I can honestly say one of the best dental clinics Ive been to. They pay attention to detail, the results are beautiful and healthy and happy.

Samantha Mallery We had a decent experience with this office at first, the service was straightforward and efficient, if not particularly personable. However, over time, communication became a major issue. They consistently call ahead to verify insurance, but never clarify whether the visit or procedures will actually be covered. Despite us asking about costs during each visit, we were still surprised with unexpected bills afterward. If youre going to run insurance ahead of time, the expectation is that you’d inform patients of what will or won’t be covered. Unfortunately, this lack of transparency, paired with a growing sense that profit is prioritized over patient care, led us to take our business elsewhere.

Deanna Lyman From the first time my daughter had an issue with a retainer that has her false front teeth, due to busting them out 6 years ago, this crew has been AMAZING! First time they got us in same day and ordered a new one which was done the following morning! A little less than 6 months later the new retainer came apart one afternoon. I called and they set an appointment for first thing the next morning. They took new impressions then sent it out to be repaired and strengthened. The retainer was returned to the office IN THE SAME DAY!!! They got her in late afternoon to have it fitted. All in ONE DAY!!! I cannot thank them enough! For a teenager in high school this was so very important. It would be for many people. You all are incredible!!! Highly recommend!!!

Eunbin Choi Dr. Labrum is truly the best. He is incredibly thorough, take the time to listen to your concerns, and most importantly...fixes the issue. I felt well taken care of, and my tooth problem was resolved with care and expertise. My dental hygienist, Gina, is awesome as well. She very knowledgeable, bubbly and kind.

Kim Cody In my search for a comfortable fit with a dental facility, I found Selah Family Dentistry to be friendly, helpful, well informed and professional. Dr. Labram provided options for treatment without any undue pressure, Brittany was professional and genuinely friendly, Amanda was as well. I find the availability of a “membership” important and have taken advantage of that. Financing options were thoroughly reviewed by the staff at the front desk, if needed. Monique Tennant Service was great, and the customer service was top-notch. I felt really comfortable there. The ladies in the front, the Dentist and dental assistants were really knowledgeable and helpful. Most importantly, they also did good work; I never felt any pain either. Tiffany Sanner Because of past experiences with doctors and dentists, I am TERRIFIED and get extreme anxiety (it literally takes every ounce of strength to not leave once im there), but Cowiche Canyon Dental was AMAZING from the first phone call to make my appointment!! The entire staff is super friendly and kind! I have found my forever dentist office because of my incredibly positive first experience. They reiterate that they wont do anything i am not comfortable and okay with. Dr. Fletcher was kind and actually asked me which issues I wanted to tackle first (what was bothering me most) instead of telling me "this is what were gonna do." They tell you what coverage you have in detail and they dont do anything before you know costs, so there are no surprise payments after services. They are 100% upfront with what each visit will cost and when payments are due. I have hated dentists my entire life, have never had a positive experience or quality work, despite paying thousands for the work, UNTIL NOW! For the first time in 35 years of life, Im actually looking forward to going to the dentist. Thank you Cowiche Dental!!

kyle damon My experience with them was awful. Went in to get a mouthpiece, had consultation, was told they would get back to me. Called to follow up about 10 times over 4 months to figure out next steps. They kept telling me they are still working with insurance and will get back to me. I got a letter from my insurance that it was approved. Cowiche said that it was not approved but they will keep trying. I finally gave up and they NEVER got back to me. Now all of a sudden they are hounding me to pay for the consultation. I feel like they lied to me just to collect a quick consultation fee.

Norma Hello everyone, I had a deep cleaning done yesterday at this dental office.. Worst service ever the front desk lady Lupe never explained to me that I was only going half of my teeth cleaned! I got charged $490 just to get half of my teeth cleaned and was told I would need to come back another day to get the other half done but wait it get worse I need to pay another $490 to get the other half cleaned! $980 just for a deep cleaning this is Ridiculous! Would not recommend this dental clinic to anyone!!

Juju Dr. Garcia is absolutely amazing! I have PTSD, so sitting in a dentist chair for a long period of time and all the noises, gives me high anxiety. Dr.Garcia went over all my options to make me feel comfortable replacing my temporary crowns. She informed me that she does not do full sedation (my preference) but she felt the nitrous gas would help relax me. She assured me that I was in control and if I felt uncomfortable with my anxiety, that she would make sure she would refer me out to a dentist who does sedation. Well, this morning went so well! The nitrous gas helped calm my nerves and she put the crowns on in less than 45 minutes! I would recommend Dr.Garcia to anyone who is a little apprehensive of a dentist office! She is so kind and is very good at what she does!

Rachel Mejia The demise of this clinic is really quite upsetting. Dr. Nathe and his team did a remarkable job of treating myself and my family for over 15 years. It is sad to see the new ownership completely disregard the level of professionalism and care that had been established. I made the decision to transfer care after several mishaps and rude treatment.

KIM MIKKELSEN Terrified of dentists! And will admit my latest experience may make me a believer that they really arent that bad. Dr. Kinney (awesome Dentist -- first to address my fear successfully) recently started transitioning his practice to Inspire. Good job Dr. K! Dr. Easter did my crown and it was fascinating. Watched scan go to the computer and the computer direct the creation of the crown in.front.of.my.own.eyes!!!! This is AMAZING technology. You dont go through the temporary anymore! You go in and about 2.75 hours later walk out with a really pretty tooth that fits perfectly (Dental Assistant Doris is awesome in matching the colors and at the top of her game as well). Thank you ALL for a "less" terrifying experience.

Within 24 hours this office was able to quote me an incredible price for a single retainer. Get the records from my old doctor and print and fit a new retainer on appointment ❤️ Their entire staff was extremely communicative and the office in every area I experienced was clean and beautiful! Would also like to note the technology used to get a new retainer was incredible, It was wand that 3-D scanned My teeth, instead of putting in the putty and letting it harden!
