Dr. Tveten repaired a tooth on my first visit, when all I was expecting was a new patient exam. Super happy. Look forward to becoming a regular patient. "She sells seashells by the seashore". Rachel and Collin were genuine, kind, made sure to explain what was happening at each stage, and took the time to make sure my questions and concerns were addressed. James McKenzie Super easy to get established as a new patient, and the online ‘paperwork’ made my first visit super easy (it actually works so I didn’t have to provide anything when I showed up!). They got me right in for my appointed time, the hygienist/assistant was efficient and thorough, and Dr. Anderton was friendly and informative about my results. And everyone was very interested to hear about any issues I might be having and if their information was clear.

Maleena Brimberry I was incredibly impressed with the team here! Everyone was so helpful and supportive from the very beginning. I was very nervous to take my son somewhere new since he struggles with new places and people. They were so accommodating and got me in same day for a look to see what was going on. Since we needed treatment they put me on a cancellation list and we got in the same week! I felt so much better knowing we were actually getting taken care of. My son doesn’t do great with dentist and he was so exited to go in and get checked by Dr. Fletcher! It was worth the 1 hour travel. If you have a child with any special needs I highly recommend them! There is a room with some really cool scenery and my son was obsessed with that and he said he is exited to go back!

Ellie Hill Assistant Megan was fantastic. Only briefly met Dr. Johnson, but seemed quite nice. I do appreciate him calling that evening to check on me although I was not able to answer. Only thing that would help this office proved better service to their patients, is a LIVE answering service for when they are not able to grab their calls. The Answering Service can email or fax messages so the office has them immediately, and does not have to take the time to listen to voice mail messages and play phone tag. Great other than that! :)

Christine Cox - Lang Im super appreciative of Dr. Johnson and his team at Central Washington Oral and Facial Surgery for making my oral surgery a comfortable experience. Dr. Johnson, who is a master of his craft and a true surgical expert, this doctor will always be my choice for future implants bone grafts and root canals. I highly recommend him to everyone. I have a Terrible Fear of Dentist"s since Childhood ( Im 76+ yrs old now) and this was the first time that my mouth and gums werent sore for 2-3 days after a cleaning thanks to the technician (dont remember her name). Then met Dr. Brock and he reassured me that even though I have to see a Specialist to fix a cavity that he will do his best to make me comfortable for the rest of my visits.

Ken Noonan Dr. Fluegge and his team have always been amazing for me and my wife. They remember us and make us feel welcome every time we come in for a cleaning. They were quick to get me in when I first started and needed surgery for not going to a dentist for 15+ years. The surgery was painless and really a great experience. They only recommend what is needed and they really take care of my teeth. Ive been going for over 5 years now and havent had a cavity since I got everything fixed. Mandy is a great receptionist and Kris is such an amazing hygienist who really cares about her work.

They worked with me on a plan (I have a few things going on) in order to reach my expected goals, and immediately began on the processes. I was offered an opportunity for a payment plan on the balance I would owe after my insurance was deducted, but I declined, as I was capable of paying the balance. Still, a nice option to be offered.

Randy KELLEY My first appointment was recently completed today. The staff and Dr. Potter are a finely tuned and well-oiled machine in that they work together exceptionally well. From receptionist, dental assistants, bookkeeper to Dr. Potter himself were all knowledgeable, friendly and made me feel welcome and relaxed. Next time Im in will be the real test as he will install a crown. Stay tuned for the next review.

Ive never felt more comfortable with less anxiety about a visit to the dentist in my life. They squeezed me in as a new patient and accomplished comprehensive, xray, and cleaning all my first day. Dick Anderson It is time to replace some very old teeth (Im 86) with some partial dentures. Dr Jurges removed three lower teeth in preparation for replacements and I salute him for keeping at it with one that just did not want to come out. It is good to be in the hands of a true professional.

darryl lowe I came in pretty unsure of what I needed because my teeth in my opinion were not great so I thought I would need way more work done but dr.j sat with me gave it a look scheduled me and aside from doing what needed to be done he went the extra mile and fixed some teeth that were crooked when he didnt have to I would highly recommend sage brush dental this guy is great and so are the ladies that work with him ..

In the past i remember that stuff hurt, here there was zero pain--when i mentioned that, he said theres a technique to doing those things--thank you very much! I had an appointment at 8am and everything was in perfect time--professional, courteous, and good results. Would recommend, and will return.

I was nervous, but Dr. Ping and his assistants were so generous to lovingly answer my questions as if my daughter were each of their own child.
