Paul Greco Dr May and staff are great. Flexible scheduling, friendly and skilled staff, convenient location with easy parking. Have had several appointments with Dr May and Staff with fantastic results. Had an implant and crown done which went extremely well due to Dr May’s skilled hands. The lab work (crowns and implants) are the best quality I have ever had. They also offer sedation dentistry if necessary.

Leann Martinez Loved my experience with comfort dental. I went in with so much discomfort and needing an emergency tooth extracted. Not even 30 minutes walking into the clinic, they got me checked in and explained to me what was going on. Then went right into pulling my tooth out! Everyone was super nice and comforting.

I currently don’t have a dentist, because I had an awful experience in the Tacoma area. Everyone here was so polite, and kind. Not to mention they are affordable, and provide efficient care. Richard the team helped me right away for root canal procedure! on a Saturday! was in so much pain, couldnt wait for other dentists (weeks out) It depends on scheduling when you can be seen, if theres room they will see you right away :) Main dentist and assistant extremely professional and kind. knowledge/ highly skilled - gentle receptionist ladies are kind and understanding / helpful. TO ME i got what i paid for and look forward to the follow up crown.

Mrs. Chandler Trophy Wife The secretary up front was extremely patient and kind during check in. My insurance was quickly processed and I was seen by the dentist in under 15 minutes for a very painful cracked molar. Everything was super clean and modern equipment. He fixed my issue and I was out of the procedure in less than one hour total. Very satisfied. And grateful he was open on Saturday evening!! Tooth pain is horrible, but needing an emergency extraction cannot wait! It healed just fine too. Thanks guys!

Eugene Ivashchenko Great place! Everyone is incredibly professional but warm and inviting. The dentists have a high bar for quality. But they also care a lot about your comfort and making the dental work as nice of an experience as possible. Front desk is also super friendly and considerate as well. Plus super professional and knowledgeable about insurance coverage and making sure that you’re handling the financial side as well as possible. It’s downright impressive to see them work. Also Dr. Suarez has become my ride-or-die dentist. The quality of her work is incredible and her enthusiasm for people and her commitment to taking care of her patients is top tier. I’ve had work done by a couple of the dentists, and they’re great, but she still stuck out as the best of the best to me. I literally can’t think of any criticisms. Just glad I was able to find this place, and don’t feel the need to go anywhere else now.

Brady I’ve hated going to the dentist for many years but my perspective has completely changed after visiting Down to Earth Dental. The staff here are super friendly and do a great job of making you feel looked after. They are gentle and don’t make you feel like you were rushed out the door. I’d recommend them to everyone especially if you aren’t a fan of going to the dentist.

I read every review to every dental office within a certain area around my home. I want and don’t want certain things from a dentist. Things I read that others were happy about, were imported to me. So I gave them a chance. The front desk was so helpful. And everyone I was with from there was just as amazing!

I didnt have much contact with the doctor, but he did the job so quickly and painlessly nothing more was necessary. He had the disadvantage that Id had my consult with a different doctor.

Kari Harlow I dislike going to the dentist. When I was told I had to see an oral surgeon about removing a tooth I was very hesitant. Dr. Sloan and his assistants made my visit awesome. I chose not to have IV sedation even though they recommended it. Im glad I chose the way I did. My appointment took 40 minutes. I didnt feel anything after the initial numbing shot. The tooth was out and I didnt even realize it. Everyone was so nice. They didnt make me feel bad at all about having bad teeth. Thank you to all of you at this office. I highly recommend this office for any type of oral surgery. They truly are fantastic.

It shows they love their job since most have been there since we have been going there. My adult children also still drive over a hour to keep Dr Lo and his amazing staff for their dental care. Qway Larson Genuinely the best experience Ive ever had at a dentist office. All of the ladies were incredibly friendly, and during my cleaning with Destini I felt so comfortable and safe!! It was super nice making conversation and her, Dr. Barrett, and Julie all gave excellent advice on how to maintain better dental health. I never felt scared or embarrassed despite having poor dental health, and I knew that they genuinely prioritized my comfort and healing over all else. Destini did a great job with my cleaning, and Im coming back soon for more work, but overall, I cannot recommend them enough. They are clearly a group of girls that love working with each other and love what they do, and I wouldnt trust anyone more to do my dental work. Thank you so much ladies!!!!

Michele J Do not go here if you have dental anxiety, they will charge you at least $100 for them to monitor you as you go to sleep to get your services done. So not only do I already feel bad that I have dental anxiety as an adult, I am now being punished financially for trying to be comfortable and protect the individuals of the office as I get work done on my teeth. I will have to find a different dental office. So disappointed!

Melody Waggener Never listens to me as a patient when I discuss what I want in my care plan. Staff is not knowledgeable or resourceful. I have been trying to get a simple service for 8months and every time I show up to my appointment they say “ oh that’s not what we have scheduled for you” and I just continue to waste my PTO. DO NOT RECOMMEND! Unless you like hassles and fake apologies.

Christina Alexander Everyone here is literally so kind and welcoming. Ive had half a dozen appointments here and its been a pleasant experience every time. Dr. Duong is great and makes me laugh every time, and their endodontist is really gentle with the novocaine. The x-ray tech is super informative and the front desk goes out of their way to answer all of my questions when I want to understand billing/insurance/costs/process/etc.

Kayla Warford I’ve been waiting on writing a review for a while now to ensure I could be sure of my experience. I went to this clinic last summer and had an awful experience. I felt like I was berated the entire initial x-ray appointment. At one point the gal said “I can tell you haven’t done this in a while”. The x-rays were also taken on the wrong patient profile so when the dentist sat down with me they couldn’t find my images and had to figure out where they took them. Then the dentist did a rather painful check in my teeth and made several comments on how my teeth needed a lot of work. I was quoted something $700+ for needing periodontal cleaning and several cavities. Fast forward to this month. I just went to another dental clinic because I walked out of that appointment all those months ago in tears from the way I was talked to and did not want them doing my dental work. I’m very glad I did. Not only did I have no cavities, but I also had a broken filling that was not mentioned to me. The x-rays taken here were hard for the next office to read so they took some new ones with no issue. I got my periodontal cleaning done in one appointment (not 4 like this place claimed I needed). The other office also fixed my broken filling. All for the cost of $190. I have never had problems with dental offices and never had fears or anxieties around dental work. This place will do that to someone. I’ve never walked out of a medical office feeling so disheartened and upset. Please don’t go here. I only went here because it was my assigned provider through Delta Dental. You can go change your provider online in the portals. I’m truly grateful I did and did not give my money to this establishment. I would rate less than a star if I could. These people are 100% scamming people. I had no cavities. I was quoted with several cavities.

Tina Lewis Giesy Family Dentistry is absolutely an amazing place to not only receive quality, top flight dental care, but to receive the care in a gentle, respectful and compassionate way by all the dental professionals. In addition to the dental care, the support staff at Geisy Family Dentistry are phenomenal at customer service, which is extremely important in all places of business, but crucial when it comes to dental care. Prior to coming to Giesy Family Dentistry, my husband and I were with our dentist for over 30 years and after he retired, we didn’t think we would ever find a dental group as good as the one we had been with for all those years! It took some time of searching, but we finally found our forever “dental care home” with Dr. Giesy and his team. Only problem we see is that Dr. Giesy won’t be able to retire for another 30 years. Sorry Dr. G!

Aimée Jordan They dont do root canals or wisdom teeth extraction. If you need anything like that, go elsewhere because you will waste your time. Plus, they will take xrays until they find something to charge you extra for. Melissa, the hygienist was amazing and she is the best part of your horrible place. I also noticed that they only respond to good reviews. If you have anything negative to say, you are on your own. Dentists are so competitive these days. There are better ones out there who dont abide by predatory practices. I thought Id give them a try since my son had a good experience, but no thank you. When I had follow up questions for Dr. Xie, she magically disappeared into the abyss and was never seen again. What a terrible way of running a business. No wonder people have such anxiety over visiting the dentist.

Josh Cruz Never liked going to the dentist because of previous unpleasant experiences. Moved to Washington from Hawaii 3 years ago and haven’t been to the dentist since. Walked by Down to Earth one day and I decided to walk in and asked if they take new patients. I am extremely grateful to the whole staff. Thank you to Dana at the front desk for constant communication and always making sure I knew what’s going on. Working with me to set up my future appointments and breaking everything down for me to understand. Dr. James was awesome and explained everything I need to get done in the next couple years to get me back on track. Edlene was my dental hygienist, and she’s very passionate about what she does. She made the whole deep cleaning experience tolerable for me and educated me a lot on how I can better take care of my oral health. I’m glad that I found a great place with great people that I can keep coming to.

Fred Olin I stopped by to check out this recommendation from a friend at church. The gals up front were nice and friendly and showed a real interest in me as a person. As Dr. Korsmo was taking new patients, they had me fill out some paperwork to verify my insurance. As I was doing that (and having a free cup of coffee) they informed me that my insurance would cover my care AND that they had a “no show” and if I was willing to wait 5 minutes the doctor might be willing to take a look at my teeth. He shared with me what he was seeing, discussed what I had done previously and made some recommendations for my treatment in the future. All in “layman” terms! Apparently the “no show” had an appointment for a cleaning, as I was able to get my teeth cleaned after his exam. I was so pleased with my experience that I now have an appointment six months (and a day) from now.

Laura Himes From my 4 year old - I came home and showed everyone my dazzling white smile. I was very excited about my dentist bag with all my stuff including a Cinderella toothbrush, floss, squishy, and bracelet. I showed it in great detail to the entire family. As Grandpa said, the dentist visit was as exciting for the 4 year old as all the other things we did this week including Pacific Science Center and Mount Rainier. In all seriousness, the Korsmo Dental team does a great job with my kids.
