Sala Sataraka Very sweet staff and great at educating patients on teeth and gum health. I never had a dental hygienist go into so much depth about my teeth and gums. Everyone goes above and beyond to make me feel comfortable (I have high anxiety). Glad to have finally found a regular dental team.

Badder Body I hadn’t been to the dentist in years and frankly am very afraid of the dentist, but this dentist office is amazing! They’ve got great technology. I was able to see a 3D scan of my teeth which was really helpful when the dentist was explaining my treatment plan. Then I met Pam! Pam is my favorite person now. She’s the dental hygienist and an absolute treasure! She’s so committed to making your teeth fabulous! Not only does she doe a fantastic job, but she does a great job explaining how you can best take care of your teeth at home. I recommend going to this office if you have good insurance though because it is quite pricey, but well worth it. They offer a few payment plan options as well to make it more accessible to those who don’t have the best insurance.

Lapraja Miller I’m extremely disappointed with this office. When I scheduled the appointment, I was clearly told they accepted the insurance. Based on that, we went ahead with the treatment—only to get hit with a surprise bill for nearly $2,000 because, surprise, they don’t actually accept the insurance. To make things worse, they offered zero financial assistance after the fact. The only thing they had the nerve to offer was a $30 discount on an X-ray—after dropping a $2,000 bill on me. Honestly insulting. It’s not just on the patient to verify coverage—its half their responsibility too, especially when they’re the ones telling you they accept your insurance. At the very least, I should’ve been offered half off for their mistake. Instead, they’ve lost not just my trust, but two returning clients—myself and my partner.

My dental hygienist explains what he is doing, checks for discomfort and pain, and has a gentle touch. Dr. Scoles does the same. The staff is so kind and attentive. I no longer fear going to the dentist. I am grateful to have found them.

Desmos_Anonymous Can you dentist make you feel like you were a "hostage"...Oh "yes", they can! Be aware that even if you have two insurances (which we did) you are still expected to pay because....somehow your insurance wont be enough or wont cover scans...We ended up paying nearly $250. When we checked in there is no issues except receptionist appeared to be unhappy we were there and completly unpleasant to deal with. On our way out we were presented with the $300+ bill for 30 min consult and the one scan. I like the doctor but we will not be back because of this experience and will not recommend anyone else this place. This sucked, we were not allowed to leave and I felt like a hostage with 2 insurances who just couldnt leave. There are many other reputable places around who wont try to rob you blind, my advise is stay away.

The care and information he provides before and after surgery is excellent through follow up phone calls, emails including after care videos. Dr. Moon is an excellent Oral Surgeon and am very happy with the services received. I highly recommend him.

Ale Dr. Chen is an excellent dentist who truly cares. I saw him for both dental care and Botox, and the experience was thoroughly impressive. He is patient, skilled, and makes you feel comfortable every step of the way. Also love the changes they’ve made (no more card fees!, being flexible with my financial situation and ever changing schedule, offered mini water bottles, added spa diffusers and fresh flowers in the lobby). Highly recommend!

Addine Fiedler Such an amazing, kind, compassionate team - the whole office, from the front end to all those who are working with the kids on the chair. Brought our 3 kids (5 and under) for cleaning, and some procedures on our eldest, and we have nothing but great experiences. The only hard part was getting a quote for procedures, it somehow took a week or so to get to us whereas in other dental offices we’ve been to, we get it printed right away right after the visit whenever a procedure was recommended. Not sure if it’s a transparency thing or a processing issue, but definitely something we felt was off. Other than that, the team is amazing!

When they found an infection, the team did their best to squeeze me in later that same day to start treatment so I wouldn’t have to wait. Mary Molina I seen Dr. Yi for the first time this afternoon for an emergency dental visit and she worked me in. Dr. Yi does not rush you in any way and throughout the whole visit she made sure I was at ease and comfortable. Very approachable workers and doctors! They prioritize patient comfort and go above and beyond to ensure that all questions and concerns are thoroughly addressed, making the entire process as seamless as possible. Although I dont live nearby, if I did, this would undoubtedly be my go-to dental clinic. The level of care and professionalism I experienced here truly sets them apart. Morgan Backus If I could give 0 stars, I would. I scheduled a routine cleaning at Go Dentistry for February 10, 2025, and specifically asked them beforehand if my insurance was still valid—because I was transitioning jobs. They reassured me in writing that it was, and encouraged me to come in. Based on that, I kept the appointment. When I showed up, their computers and internet were down, they couldn’t access my records or x-rays, and the service I received was bare minimum. No dentist even saw me. I don’t believe I received a full or proper cleaning. Weeks later, I received a bill that has changed multiple times—first $130 (which I was quoted by phone), then $229, then $299, and now they’re claiming $343.88. When I raised concerns, they refused to take responsibility and instead falsely accused me of harassment—which is outrageous and totally untrue. I have documentation of all communication and have since filed a formal complaint. Go Dentistry has been dishonest, evasive, and unprofessional at every turn. I would strongly recommend avoiding this practice.

Office clerk explains possible charges and their expectations of the patient. After visit I had called regarding medical concern and had to encourage the gal who helped me to check with the Dr if I need antibiotics or other remedies. That’s the reason I gave 4 stars. The response from the gal wasn’t good for me; should have some compassion in my situation. I will recommend this doctor for sure.

Amber Meza I really enjoy my time at this dental office. Dr. Lee is welcoming and makes you feel comfortable in the chair. He uses modern tools instead of archaic ones of the past and lets you know what to expect during certain parts of your appointment. He does not talk too much or too little - seems to mirror his patients and has a soft/kind voice that isn’t too loud, which I prefer. I always have a pleasant experience. His dental assistant Kelly also provides a kind hand and doesn’t overwhelm your mouth with unnecessary tools. She applies a sort of lip balm which I find to be helpful because my lips get dry if I’m sitting there for some time. Angela, the patient coordinator, is very friendly and has knowledge about insurance, policies, deductibles, etc. These things are prepared for you in advance so that you know what you are getting done and how much it will cost which is helpful for me personally. Overall, this dental office is full of kind hearted people who are providing a necessary service for people of all ages. I recommend 10/10.

Jonathan Wong Im finally happy to go to the dentist again! I was greeted with a smile when I walked in the door and the doctor was able to see me really quick! (im used to waiting forever before they see me). The doc told me what problems I had going on and what he recommended which was a big relief from other places who instead tell you what you HAVE to get, which honestly makes me feel bad about my mouth and makes me feel like im being sold a crappy car.
