C K (Kathleen) I’m lucky to have found a health care team who actually cares and does their best to work with me to keep me healthy. Bradley Rodell and his assistant Ginny are both professional and extremely caring. Things have changed dramatically since I wrote this first review, I’m looking for another family doctor now since Bradley left, attitude now is not patient oriented, pharmaceutically trained it opened to anything else. Haven’t listened to my heart, lungs, or looked in my ears nose eyes or throat for a year, going to go to Seattle to Bastyr, Port Townsend if I need Emergency department, sorry. My daughter went to 3 counseling sessions and received a bill for $1200.

Missy Faulkner From my appointment time to my prescriptions being filled at the new in-house pharmacy was under 2 hours!!! My kids have gone here for years, they have Dr. Fallon who is AMAZING. I recently became a patient of Dr. Novack (and his wonderful assistant Chantal) after years of no primary. I have the worst anxiety when it comes to doctors but they did everything RIGHT. After telling them how bad my anxiety was, they were so patient with me, allowed me the grace to just "breathe" it was never a "get over it, Ive got other things to do" thing like Ive dealt with at other doctors offices. Dr. Novack GENUINELY cares about all of his patients and always leads with compassion. NOHN is such a blessing to our little community!

The Dr. explained what treatment was needed and he left with an upcoming appointment. He said not only were they kind and professional but also non judgmental since he only goes to the dentist periodically.

Kathy Hershman Great experience! Dr Nate, Ricky and Katie were so professional and friendly.. First time patient so had full set of X-rays and photos and generally its the thing I dread the most because the holders bite into the gums. They have a hand held machine that works so fast there there is virtually no pain. No one tried to upsell me on work but were attentive to my dental needs and showed me my X-rays and photos and explained what they were seeing. Highly recommend this practice!

Mariak Pascus I was at Laurel Dental Clinic to prep for a cap. The dentist and assistant did a good job on the prep and constantly asked me if I was alright or if I needed to have them stop for a break. They were thorough and explained the steps they were doing. Check in and Check out at the front desk was good too, always friendly.

Margie Curry Another case of Port Angeles professionalism……..NOT!!!! Got a certified letter today, which incidentally had been returned to the post office and sent out again …. From my Dentist Laurel Dental Clinic …… remember this name if you’re in Port Angeles and forgo any appointments there. The letter said they were terminating my visitation rights “due to my repeated refusal of recommended treatment” including a referral for a periodontal dentist. Actually, what happened is I didn’t take their referral for a periodontal dentist assuming I could make my own decision. Be careful big brother is watching out. I didn’t decline essential treatment as it says in the letter. I declined their referral. I’ve been going to this clinic for nine years. …. Paying cash and have never had a problem. This is the most obscene letter I have ever received, and I am warning those of you in Port Angeles who use the clinic to terminate your visitation. No wonder this clinic keeps changing Dentists. I bet the pay schedule there is nominal because they keep refusing patients. At this point I drop dead before I would return!!!!!!!  Laurel Dental Clinic needs new management!!!!!!

Melyssa Nocis I have been enjoying Cedar Creek Dental for two years now. The entire team is so friendly and professional- I always feel genuinely cared about every visit. Craylee was incredibly helpful and gracious today in figuring out my new insurance with me. Linda is always so kind and helpful on the phone, always making interactions a pleasant experience.

John Diaz Ceder creek is a excellent dental office. From the front desk doing all the scheduling. And the dentals hygienists and the dentist & assistant making me fell comfortable. And they are honest about the feed back about my oral health issues.

Mary Melly Feel great after having my dental exam including X-rays, cleaning, oral exam and fluoride varnish. Casey Williams who cleaned my teeth was gentle and efficient. She made sure I was comfortable during the procedure. Patrick Orme, DMD, listened to my concerns and was also thorough. I also signed up for the IDC Plus Wellness Plan. Wish I got the name of the woman at the desk who explained the plan to me. She was also great when explaining this plan which is beneficial for anyone who does not have dental insurance. No pressure to get the plan but she was patient when I was trying to decide whether it would be economical for me. And yes it was! Appreciate everyone I had contact with.

Kathy Hart Down to earth folks. As soon as you open the door the staff is smiling and ready to welcome you in. All the staff has made room to fit us in since our drive is 90 minutes but well worth it. The only dentist in these parts that helps veterans with VA benefits. Not easy to deal with. Overall I just to say again they are hometown local folks that care about you from appointment making, to hygiene and dental work. And their windows are exceptionally clean.

Tim Barber I have been a patient/customer of Doctor Irwin for over a decade now. Irwin Dental Center is my opinion the best Dental Center in the area. I live in Sequim and travel to the Dental Center but the time and effort is well worth it. The staff, the building and the operations that manage the business of Dental Hygiene is done in such a professional manner that I wish there were more than just 5 stars to describe my experience with Doctor Irwin and his staff. They only have the best employees with the greatest attitudes and level of expertise that Im aware of in the area. Look no more if you are looking for a great Dental Practice in the Area.

Kat Creekmore This is a great dental practice. The view from the exam rooms is awesome, and the dentists and hygienists are very friendly and skilled. Also, they keep up with new technology. I’m amazed at how far some things have come since I was young. I’ll take a 3D scan over doing impressions any day of the week.

A. Austin Reeves Always great, especially keeping up w/modern day technology. Went in to have new molds for top/bottom retainers. No more "goo" to cast your teeth for molds. New technology allows patients to get their teeth "scanned" which is remarkably! So glad Dr. Gregory Birch has invested in todays technology. It is awesome

Cole Peregrine The staff and Doctor are incredibly kind, compassionate and knowledgeable. Every option was explained in detail and all decisions were honored. My child is intensely afraid of needles and the general anesthesia made all the difference. So amazing!

Lindsey Olin This was our 9 year old’s first filling and he was very nervous. Dr. Sun and the staff were very patient, gentle and helped him to not be scared. After his cavity was filled, he said it really wasn’t that bad and had a big smile on his face! I am impressed with the way Dr. Sun encouraged and took care to create a positive experience!

Joplynn Escene We established care with Olympic Kids for my two girls. My youngest was 4, and had a perfect visit. My oldest is 9, and had a ton of cavities and needed crowns. The nurses were so nice to the kids and they made a game plan I understood to fix her broken teeth.

Hope Haabala Everytime I see them it has been a great experience. Im currently pregnant and having dental problems. Dr. Skerbeck and his assistant always considered that. They always make me feel comfortable and take things at my pace since I do have anxiety about having any dental procedures.

Alli Davis I never leave reviews, but this was such a terrible experience. Skip to the last paragraph for a summary if this is too long to read. I had a severely infected tooth when I came into Dr. Skerbecks office. I had previously seen a dentist & a endodontist in AZ who told me the tooth needed immediate extraction. I couldnt get an appointment with them before I had to unexpectedly move to Washington in a matter of days. I shared my AZ providerss recommendations with Dr. Skerbeck and he said I just needed a root canal. I had to beg him to refer me to a local endodontist for a second opinion/extraction, because he kept insisting on the root canal. Luckily, he did give me the referral, but at this point I had already clearly pissed him off. Ive never had a Doctor use such a rude tone with me for simple asking for a referral. I also asked him if he would be willing to prescribe me antibiotics, because my AZ dentist recommended I stay on them until I could get the extraction, but I couldnt get ahold of them to refill it. He said no, which I genuinely have no problem with, since medical opinions on antibiotics vary. But, I was so anxious that I started to cry as I gave him more details (i.e. puss had been oozing out, I had a fever with no other flu symptoms). He turned to face the wall as he explained his rationale in a clearly irritated tone. The next time I saw him he mentioned the infection in passing and then quickly said in a harsh tone "nevermind, I dont want you to burst into tears." The endodontist he referred me to said it was clear from the X-rays Dr. Skerbeck sent that I was NOT a candidate for a root canal, due to the exterme bone loss. They were very surprised that he recommended that and extracted it instead. Im so glad I pushed for the referral and did not let Dr. Skerbeck charge me for a root canal on an unsavable tooth. I returned to Dr. Skerbecks office to have my flipper made. It was so thick I could barely speak at all. I expressed this concern and he told me it was normal. I asked if it was possible to make it thinner in the middle portion, because thats how my grandmas is and it only impacted her speech a little at first, and not at all as time went on. He told me, verbatim, "thats human nature, its her job to brag about how great her flipper is and your job to complain." I was my grandmas caregiver and that woman is vocal when something isnt right and I was in the room when she tried on her flipper for the first time. My flipper still gives me a lisp 6 months later. Based on the positive reviews on here, I think Dr. Skerbeck can be a good fit for you if you only need routine care. If you have a complex issue, he may become agitated if you express concerns, offer additional information, or ask questions. He also may interpret your X-rays incorrectly, like he did mine, and push for incorrect services. The hygenists and front office staff are so kind and professional though - thank you for being the silver lining!!

Linda Egan Your office is run efficiently and quietly. Dr. Peet and Luci were wonderfully positive, patient and professional. It was not nearly the ordeal I had expected (not even "surgery"! --Just haul it out! :) . One of my most pleasant surprises was the bill afterward. I had expected to dip into savings to pay a giant bill. Instead, you billed Delta Dental direct, and I seem to have detected a very reasonable cost. Only cash from me $64.60 and was even told I might get some kind of refund. How perfect could all of that experience be?! I do not want to lose another tooth, but if I have to, Im going straight to you!! Thank you, thank you, Linda

theresa I have been a patient at Seamar for years and have always had an exceptional experience thanks to their amazing staff. I recently had an emergency visit was I was able to get seen and treated the same day. Always a 10/10 experience!

PMS Shocker Admittedly this is my first experience with Sea Mar Dental and it was an emergency visit. But I did want to thank the staff as well as the dentist for fixing my floating implant crown. They got me in on one of their emergency times and attended to me with respect and dignity. My implant Crown was floating around causing raw painful gum issues and I could not chew food or enjoy any type of food in my mouth. They got me in quickly and the dentist there was able to bond the implant to the other teeth temporarily until I could see a specialist. They were very informative about the steps next to take and offered referrals so that I could have this issue attended to. I am so grateful for the staff and especially the dentist who helped that day, and was so Progressive in their approach so they could help me with this very painful emergency. Thankfully the dentist thought out of the box, and was able to bond the floating implant Crown to the teeth next to them successfully after a few tries. Im so grateful Im able to eat food again without pain and my gum is healed and I can enjoy food again until I can address the floating crown at a specialist. Thank you so much for fixing my emergency! I look forward to getting my teeth cleaned and addressing any other issues in the future with my upcoming appointments. Thank you!!

Kayla Cutting My husband and I move A LOT! So we see a lot of dental offices. In all my life this has been the absolute BEST office we have ever been to! We have only been patients for less than 2 months & we get treated like we have been there for 10 years! Aside from the great customer service which is top notch! Dr Aaron is wonderful. He cares & listens to what your concerns are. I think when I move again (which will happen) leaving this office might just be the hardest part.

KILEY Smith I absolutely love and appreciate Dr. Swensons clinic. I have come to the clinic since I was a Little girl. They ALWAYS are so friendlyand, informative and helpful. If I call with an issue I am always seen immediately and am taken care of above and beyond what is expected. How I am treated almost makes me look forward to going to the dentist! Everyone In the clinic treats you like you would expect to be treated by family and their care and concern is genuine. They go out of their way to assure your comfort and address any questions you may have regarding finances, referrals and all around care. They are always going out of their way and I cant express enough how I appreciate all that they have done for me. I feel blessed to have such a wonderful dental clinic.

Kathy Sculley I always have an excellent experience with Swenson Dental. Everyone is kind and helpful. I always see Karissa for my hygiene and she is careful and considerate of my needs. I have been going to this dental office for at least 25 years and am happy with them. Dr. Verm is now retired but Dr. Aaron is as good as his father. I am happy with this dental office and highly recommend it.

Anonymous User I went into the NOHN clinic for an emergency tooth breaking, and was fully expecting to be told I would have to have all my teeth pulled due to years of medical issues that wreaked havoc on my teeth. Dr. Canale was the dentist to see me and I was shocked in the very best way when he said he was pretty sure he could get my mouth healthy again. After 3 visits... my mouth has never felt better! The staff and dentists are the most courteous, friendly, helpful people I have ever come across and they ALL deserve a huge shout out! Kevin Beyer I travel often and had a tooth related emergency and needed an urgent appointment. NOHN came in clutch. Not only was I able to get a last minute walk in appointment, Misha at the front dest was so kind and helpful and patient with my requests. The Dr. seemed knowledgeable and was helpful.

Christopher Hanson The only complaint I have is this medical building is the only one that doesnt have a automatically opening door for people in wheelchairs, so getting in and out is difficult. Parking is also highly limited at this location to the point that around 50% of the time, there is no open spots, so youre forced to park in another businesss parking lot. It wasnt overly thought out very well for easy access for patients.

kianah cameron I just got 3 wisdom teeth out. From the very beginning they were so thorough and kind. They could tell I was nervous but made me so comfortable every step of the way. They got me in as soon as possible and were just great. The Dr and nurses were just incredible. And they’ve called me twice to check on me since my surgery. If you’re in need of oral surgery this is DEFINITELY the place!!!

Tammy Painter I had an appointment with this company that they made me wait 1 month for! When I went in for my appointment, the front desk girl treated me absolutely horrible and told me that I never made an appointment with her. She was extremely rude and told me perhaps I’d made another appointment with another doctor. However, they were the ones that called to say we needed you to take an anabiotic. We believe there’s infection in the broken tooth… i’ve never been treated so badly and so rudely, I had another referral put in for a different doctor. I absolutely refuse to go back to that building, And since then I have heard nothing but bad things about them since they took over the company.

K N Cute enough outdoors and indoors. Staff are nice enough but dont go above and beyond. They always seem busy when trying to make an appointment yet no one is ever here. The Bible in the lobby didnt sit well with me given their history with patients or how Christians have been treating people. The radio plays annoying ads and there was a wait time despite being empty. Just all around, not impressed with my treatment.

Elizabeth Abbott Words can not express my gratitude to the person that referred me to Van Dyken Family Dentistry! Dr. Royack was thorough, patient, methodical and kind. He and his hygienist spoke with me rather than “over” me and even though I asked a lot of questions not one time were they impatient or condescending. It was a new patient consult but I really think they went above and beyond in the exam. I left their office feeling informed not overwhelmed. I think that speaks a lot for who they are and how they operate as a team. As a former business owner of a service based business. I give them an A+++.

Stephanie Burnett Called to speak to nurse regarding a possible blood clot, given same day appt. Then advised to come in earlier git there on time left in my car for 35 minutes then dismissed because I needed imaging. Called Dr. Pwells office then hung up on. Complete waste of time and it to me 40 to get there. Disrespectful . Treated badly because I am not native. I am going to find a doctors office who care.
