I was immediately taken back and seen by Mia, who I can’t say enough about. Not only does she have the softest, gentle touch when doing a deep cleaning, but she is knowledgeable and able to explain in everyday terminology all of the details of my visit. Aleasha deen My daughter had to have a small cavity repaired, and her last baby tooth removed. She was very nervous upon arrival, but the staff was very supportive and kind. They offered reassurance throughout, explained the process to her in detail, and were so quick! She was laughing by the end due to it being so much better than she had anticipated. Corrin Kunk I don’t know why there aren’t more negative reviews about this place. I can’t speak about the other dentists, but Dr. Woody was not thorough with my sons teeth at all. I came in with my son to get some of his cavities filled, after another dentist office told us they “were too complex to fix.” They took X-rays and the hygienist who did that was fine, although for a kids pediatric dentistry you think they would be more personable and know how to put kids at ease (that was not our experience). The dentist did not even introduce himself and took maybe 5 minutes to look at my son’s teeth and give us his professional opinion on how we proceed. I trusted his opinion, but when I went to schedule his appointment for the fillings they broke up the fillings into 2 appointment (they were only two very small cavities he said needed to be fixed). While they said this was to make it easier on him, I think it was a money grab, being that they charge you a laughing gas fee for each appointment, which they told me insurance never covers. The reason I’m writing this review is that I got a second opinion, and not only were there not just two cavities, there were 4, and the other two were worse then the two Dr. Woody had found. I feel this dentist is careless and completely rushed the appointment along. Further, the staff was neither friendly or welcoming, and while the place looked really inviting for kids, the staff make you feel the opposite. Again, maybe the other dentists are better, I can only speak of my experience.

Kylie Decent staff and environment. I don’t feel like they always do a thorough job and can sometimes seem rushed. I am only writing this reviews because of how dismissive and unempathetic the dentist was when I had concern of my son’s very swollen lip after his filling from the day prior. I understand the whole “biting of the lip when numb” that kids do however, for one he was defensive and said something along the lines of “we didn’t do this”. I never accused the office of doing it. And two, the lack of education he gave me. It almost felt like I was wasting his time with this concern. My son said he wasn’t biting his lip and maybe he did however, I don’t believe he chewed through his lip that much. Thinking back now, I wish I would have called the doctor out because I am upset with his attitude. After the dentist left, I had asked the assistant if this does not heal in two weeks, what should I do and she was just as dismissive as the dentist by not answering my question! Finally, after I pressed her she said to bring him back in for another evaluation. I also did not like how before the Doctor walked in, the dental assistance briefed him on why we were came in and I heard the little whispers outside the hallway. That set the tone for the appointment. Do better.

Noemy Correa How often does anyone go to work after a dental cleaning and brag about how great of an experience it was? Before my most recent appointment with Katie at Broadmoor Dental, my answer would have been never. Katie was excellent to work with. She listened to my concerns and offered solutions and took extra time and care to ensure I understood what care she was giving. This was my first visit with the new dentist, he was nice and efficient.

Richard Stemson I needed a crown replacement so I gave them a call and they got me in the next morning! I was pleasantly surprised they got me in that quickly and said they will replace the crown same day. I got to the office and filled out paperwork then seen the dentist, he was very knowledgeable about crowns and explained the procedure and how technology has evolved since I had my crown done 20 years ago. Pricing was upfront and fair. I was impressed with the professionalism I opted to replace both crowns and couldn’t be happier with my smile! Thank you.

Milena Trbovic I had a Crown done in May and I thought that I finally found a great place with very nice people and that made me happy until I was in pain for 4 months and Dr. Leavens was nice, sanded it down for 3 months every 2 weeks or so but I was still in pain. So I paid almost 2k for a crown out of pocket and Dr said that I have a possible cavity and that I have to pay additional 2k for that. I do not have that kind of money being a single parent so when I got the new insurance, I went to WRFD because they took my new insurance. During that visit I had to get my crown replaced and to find out that the crown wasnt properly bonded, my tooth started to decay, and that crown was too thin to begin with. It was their fault. However, they were willing to replace it for free and no refund at all for their wrongdoing. I did not trust them to do the crown again after all that pain I went through. I was very disappointed to find out that he does not know how to do a crown and does not care if a person is not happy with their work. As people I give them 5 stars for being nice and all in the beginning but for their work and rudeness at the end, zero. Dr. Tingey at WRFD and his staff made it perfectly and you could not even tell that it isnt a real tooth. I would never come back again to this place.

Candi Walmsley We had a dental emergency. Got a last minute appointment which was great. Drove an hour to see them. No problem. Very nice staff. BUT the attempts to up sell were very off putting. Why would we want to schedule for wisdom teeth extraction and a cleaning while in an emergency situation? Not impressed and will never try to use them again.

brooke wilson Came from wsu pullman several times for them to say they canceled and tried to call and found out they had the wrong phone number after correcting them THREE times and giving them the correct phone number. Doctor cancels randomly throughout day. I’ve been canceled on no less than 5 times and it has caused me extreme pain. The doctor even TWICE tried to work on my tooth while it wasn’t numb and I felt very unsafe under his care. Root canal doctor decided I didn’t need one after 2 other doctors said I did and went back for extreme mouth pain and turns out I did need one. Seriously almost every time I go here it’s a horror story but no one else takes my insurance.

Joeseph Fisher I went in for an infected tooth to have removed because it was making me sick and causing me problems it took me 5 hours to be seen for a walk-in appointment. The lady at the front desk first told me I would be seen at 1:00 pm and then a different lady told me I would be seen at 4:00 that is a big time difference. I would rather have them tell me the truth instead of lying to me and wasting my time. I didnt like that at all.

Briana Wilton Horrible place to go avoid at all costs. I had a wisdom tooth pulled here and it was the worst thing I have ever experienced in my life. The dentist didn’t even clean it out after and it ended up getting infected and I have dry socket and there was pieces of decayed tooth inside the hole. I have been in excruciating pain for over a week now and when I called for help they said to just come sit in the waiting room all day in hopes of getting an apt.
