Cheryl Thornton I received a deep cleaning by Hygienist Rhonda. My gums healed fast and back to being close to the tooth because of it. My teeth are super sensitive and need full numbing. Her needle skills are impeccable. Shes caring, gentle and helped me to feel comfortable. Im definitely using her for all my cleanings going forward. She even has a music player in her room for the patients and played me some Michael Buble! Now thats what I call going above and beyond the call of duty! Thanks Rhonda!!

Bonnie Olsen Writing this on my daughter’s half. It was ok but not really gentle the numbing stuff wasn’t as strong so I still felt pain my mom had to tell one of the nurses to change her gloves after rubbing her leg and touching her face before opening a package that had tools that went inside my mouth before she opened it and the nurse was really fidgety she couldn’t sit still, and made me really nervous and my mom really nervous because one wrong bump could’ve jammed the tools in my mouth And I know she was making the other nurse. I was working on my mouth upset because you can tell by the body language and how they were talking to each other. Like it wasn’t rude, but it was just the way she had said things and her body language said a lot So those need to be worked on a dentist is supposed to be where I feel comfortable. Any kids should feel comfortable not scared or nervous to get their mouth worked on.

Madison Kissler I took my daughter in for her first appointment and had such a great experience. They were so gentle and kind with my daughter. She now gets excited every time we go! Madison has been a lot of help for all my questions. We will continue to go here.

Emily Porter We absolutely love going to Moses Lake Pediatric Dentistry! My 2 and 4 year old boys so look forward to dentist appointments, which is such a gift. Madison was amazing, and such an encouraging personality for my son’s first time in the big boy chair. He’s already asking when we get to go back. David Melgren If your provider is out of the clinic for anything including one of there other clinics they have no one to take care of your prescription needs or answer your messages, this is the second time this has happened, so now I have no medication for the weekend lucky it isn’t life threatening, I have tried all day to get this resolved and no one would get it taken care of, if you have a choice do not go here.

Bruce Davis Went to see my PCM only to not be listened to. He wanted to blame my symptoms on depression and PTSD instead of listening to me. As a veteran I don’t appreciate that being his first answer. Left with a referral that will take a month or more and no answers. I will be contacting the VA and getting a new PCM. Veterans beware!

Newton Moats Sunrise dental in Moses lake is a great dental office located directly in downtown. Shawnee at the front desk makes you feel right at home immediately when you walk in the door. Everything was on time and it was an extremely professionally run office. It was a fantastic experience and it is a great place to get dental care for anyone that lives in the area. The team was very professional during my exam and provided solutions by priority. I had my regular cleaning and the hygienist Sandy did a great job. All the people there were very gentle and kind to me. Dr. Holmes explained everything very well and I felt like I was in good hands. This is a great place to go to take care of your teeth!.....Ned

Now were in collections! Mariam said because Becky didnt place notes on the account; it doesnt matter. Amber Lee Read this before you choose Sunrise Dental! I have dental anxiety really bad but finally bit the bullet a few years back to restore all of my teeth. (I do not have dental insurance and didnt have much dental care as a kid) I trusted this place because the staff was super nice and made me feel at ease about the work I needed done. I spent thousands upon thousands of dollars at this place to save 5 of my teeth (root canals and crowns) 4 of the 5 treatments FAILED and now I am way worse off than I was when I started. Initially only one of my teeth was infected. The other four were just really deep cavities that hadnt made it into the root yet, but needed treatment to prevent that from happening. Now I have 4 deeply infected teeth that have spread to my jaw bones. The teeth look good, but under those crowns is big trouble brewing. I had to go to a specialist and was quoted an additional 10 grand for surgery to fix the botched root canal treatments.. with no guarantee that it will even work (apicotomy) I cannot afford further treatment at this point! Surgery?! Ive already dropped over ten grand on these teeth. So I am left with constant pain. When the infections flare up, my neck glands get really swollen and I get sick. Its been like this for me since I trusted Sunrise Dental. Im scared that this infection could spread further and cost me my life. Do you think they care? I wonder how many others out there have a similar experience? Maybe Ill take it to social media and find out? I dont know what else I can do, but I really hope that whoever reads this chooses somewhere else for their dental care! Save yourself.

Danny Payne Super happy with everything. Kelsey at the front desk was able to get me in asap for a consultation/first visit assessment. Morgan, the hygienist, and Dr Coulson were very knowledgeable and informative. They assessed my issue promptly and thoroughly. Kelsey was able to squeeze me in to get a painful tooth worked on that same day and Dr Olsen did a fantastic job fixing a tooth that had cracked. I have not had any pain since. I hadn’t been to the dentist in a while but I’m so glad I found these guys. Highly recommend.

Too many offices are dark and I inviting. 100% recommend.

Brittany Baker Just took my 3 kids to see Dr. Rees and we are so glad he is back in town. All of the staff were friendly and very helpful and made sure we had a great experience. They made sure my kids were all comfortable and knew what they were doing beforehand so that they werent surprised. Dr. Rees makes going to the dentist fun and not scary. They have TVs above the chairs so the kids can watch a show of their choice with headphones so they can actually hear the sound. The office is so fun with the bubble wall and decor. My kids cant wait for their next cleaning. We cant say enough good things about smile surfers and Dr. Rees. Highly recommend taking your kids here.

Jacqueline C I feel I owe Dr. Cacchiotti a review, even though it has been YEARS since I was treated by him. My initial treatment began when I was 15. Dr. Cacchiotti recommended that my grandmother approve the removal of two of my top teeth to ensure a perfectly straight smile after treatment. However, my grandmother decided against it, which led to straight teeth overall, but not the ideal result due to overcrowding. When I turned 18, I decided to follow Dr. Cacchiotti’s original advice and had the two top teeth removed by my dentist. After healing, I returned to Dr. Cacchiotti, and he gave me an amazing deal on braces. He was always such a kind, cheerful, and knowledgeable doctor, which made the entire process a positive experience. My experience with Dr. Cacchiotti was so wonderful that I wish I still lived in Washington so I could take my children to him for their orthodontic needs. I can’t say enough good things about him—he’s truly incredible, and I’m so grateful for everything he did for me. Thank you, Dr. Cacchiotti!

Leah Dillman My daughter was seen here for 2 years for braces. Every single visit was excellent. They ALWAYS run on time- we never sat in the waiting area for more than 5 min. Everyone is friendly, extremely professional, and someone always either answers the phone promptly or calls you right back. The office runs like a well oiled machine at all times. Dr. Cacchiotti is calm and effective at communicating what the treatment plan is and shows a passion for getting everything just right so that patients are happy with their smiles. This is a no-fluff, professional, and efficient establishment- and my daughter’s teeth look beautiful! I couldn’t be happier with our experience.

megan glibbery 100/10. My daughter and I could not be happier with the results and our experience with DR. cacchiotti and his team. Her results took just over 6months for phase 1 braces. Everyone was patient and very friendly. Due to the times of her appointments we always ended up early and they always took us early. We sometimes would end up out of there before her appointment even actually started. He even remember my husband as a patient from 20 years ago.

Small Town Girl Dr. Earl did a great job on my teeth, as well as the dental assistants; they were all very kind. When I got my first wisdom tooth taken out it was awesome that I was able to get a hold of him anytime just in case anything questionable was to happen. However, on many occasions I received unprofessional, negative attitude over the phone, especially when I would have to reschedule my appointments. The kindest the lady talked to me was the day I asked if they accept state insurance because that’s all I will have after my baby comes. Good riddance.

Both the dentist and assistant that treated me demonstrated and displayed the highest level of care and worked expeditiously at correcting all areas of concern the led me to visit. To say they made me feel "at home" would be an understatement. This complete team from the front desk, to the x-ray specialist, dental assistant(s), and dentist if rated against the best of the best would hands down rise to the occasion and prove themselves to be just that! I choose to come to their convenient location just off of the I-90 exit from where ever I am at in central WA because their services are worth it. Troy White Front desk person is not personable. I thought that since I was a veteran they would be taking good care of me, but that wasnt the case. I was charged out of pocket for almost half the expense and they were not timely with getting me into the appointment. The reason I chose to give them only one star because Im getting sued because of these guys. You might give them a terrible review too if you were being sued. oh and my teeth... has discoloration where they did the procedure and they are not smooth compared to another cap Ive had work on. There are many other dental offices in Moses Lake and I highly recommend going elsewhere. These guys have done me wrong and I hope that Karma comes back their way and sues them.

Rae Williams Referred for a root canal on a dead tooth and to make sure I had no fractures. After doing some sort of dental MRI, I was told I needed two root canals because I had an abscess in another tooth that I wasnt having any issues with. I was told I would be given an estimate after my insurance was contracted and before my appointment that I would pay at the time of the appointment. The quote was a little more than I could afford going into the holiday season and I almost delayed the work because I wasnt having issues, but I bit the bullet and used a credit card. I felt that they did a very thorough job with the root canals and only felt discomfort due to my TMJ, so I thought it went well. I ended up with a black and blue bruise on my face for a couple of weeks that was very painful and I was billed a month later for an additional 250% of what I already paid on my credit card, that I most definitely can not afford and would have delayed the work and sought treatment elsewhere had I known the total cost beforehand. I will never use this service again. I assume the root canals are good, but I dont know for certain yet, as I can not afford to go to my dentist to complete the buildups and crown until January.

Cathy Cerrillo I took my 87 year old mother there for a root canal 2 weeks ago today. She has became so ill that I called 911 and had her taken to the hospital by ambulance on Sunday. Last Friday I called and left a voicemail on their answering machine and still have not received a call back. Her primary care physician recommended that I call them and let them know that something is not right. Her tooth still hurts. Seems to be more infected and she can hardly open her mouth. Oh but they make sure that you PAY them for their lousy work before you leave. I wouldnt recommend these folks to take care of ANYONE that you care about.

Dawn at the front desk was welcoming and warm, very helpful and answered all my questions with ease. I did not feel a thing during my procedure and it was so fast I couldn’t believe they were already done. Samantha was absolutely amazing, kind, incredibly sweet, efficient, and sings beautifully. I felt so at ease and actually thought I might fall asleep in the chair. Dr. Nygard was incredible; his work was flawless, and very quick. I felt like I was in the very best hands! If you are worried about getting any work done here, don’t because you won’t believe how easy it will be.
