Heidi Krider We had our forever site made with PDA. We had an out of the box idea that they were able to make come to life. We offer dental services as well as sleep services so, we had the idea of having 2 doors and the patient being able to pick which "door" they wanted to enter. We have had so many compliments on our website ever since! The highly trained teams behind making these website designs come to life are not recognized as much as they should be! They are "behind the scenes" but they are making these visions come to life in the most creative ways. These designers and writers are skilled, and truly help our message come across the way we wanted it, and in perfect words. Thank you so much for all of your hard work!!!

Once you are escorted to the exam room, you are offered comforts, a weighted blanket for example, to make your experience as relaxing as possible. Dr. Atkinson is an artist at his craft, while always expressing a friendly, calming and caring demeanor. His patience are definitely unmatched, and could without exaggeration be rivaled to those of a saint. All this is in addition to the quality work he provides at what I have always found to be competitive pricing. Val C. Dr. Hill is the best dentist ever. We travel an hour back and forth to see her. My middle child is super jealous of my eldest as she has no cavities and therefore doesnt get to see Dr Hill. Curtis Little Dont usually review businesses. Just wanted everyone who might be in my position to know that I am very used to white-knuckling through painful visits - been that way for 30 years. I am resistant to anesthetic. At a certain point during a visit a dentist will say "it should be numb by now" and then start grinding away, regardless of what I say. Because of this I have actively avoided interacting with dentists for long stretches of time. I was treated so well today at Sound Dentistry that I began crying. They waited until my nerves were anesthetized before beginning their work. Sounds simple, and not an "extra mile" but I have not ever experienced that. 5 stars.

Simma I required a dental implant in a very narrow and complicated area of my mouth. My dental issue was stressing me out until I found Dr. Brar, I’m so grateful! He was exceptional in explaining the procedures involved and throughout each procedure checked to see if I was okay. He was very gentle, kind, thorough and his surgical skills are amazing. It was painless and everything healed based on his recommendations. Everyone in the office is very professional and friendly, the office is immaculate and has such state-of-the-art technology/machinery. Thank you, Dr. Brar and to your staff – what a fantastic team! Salma Abdel-Raheem I went to Dr. Brar to get two wisdom teeth removed. This was my first time having any kind of surgery and first time going under general anesthesia. Dr. Brar and the nurses were so kind and patient with me and did all they could to make me feel at ease. The procedure went SO smoothly and I only felt different for 48 hours after the procedure and was back eating somewhat normally not long after that. I couldn’t not have asked for a smoother or more pleasant experience!!

He is always pleasant and good at what he does so I am not anxious when he does the work. Would highly recommend him!!

Cindy Perle Bendixen I was new in town, looking for a dentist. Went to Mountain View for my regular cleaning and exam. Had the most thorough, educational dental exam ever. Dr. Collins reviewed the photos they had taken of my teeth, made recommendations and answered questions. He is very knowledgeable and easy to talk to. I had two old crowns replaced and couldnt be happier with the quality of care. Highly recommend.

Pj Fowler SO IMPRESSED AND PLEASED! Ive avoided visiting the dentist because of CV-19, but after hearing about Mountain Views procedures from my best friend I gave it a go. Mountain View is SPOT ON with their protection procedures so I felt totally safe AND the staff is friendly and supportive! Bonus - not once did I feel rushed as I discussed my dental concerns with Dr. Charlie. He spent a good deal of time explaining jaw physiology and options and I left feeling comfortable with my choices. I would not hesitate to recommend them!

The price was reasonable for out of pocket, though I didnt have anything to compare it to. Cant recommend enough!!

Answers questions very clearly. He’s honest and has made this whole orthodontia process so easy. Metanoia I left from getting fillings done with a hole at my gumline on one of the teeth he filled. I took photos for proof and scheduled an appt for Dr Collins to see his mistake so I could schedule to have it fixed. At the appointment, he immediately walked in and said the hole had not been in my tooth when I left his office. When I showed proof that it was (I had taken photos within 48 hours of the appt), he then changed his story and said that he had told me it was there at the previous appointment. I figured that he was just rushed at the original appointment to do the fillings because he had tried to get 3 fillings done in a short window, but that he would be happy to fix his mistake. He was very rude and kept changing his story depending on what evidence I provided.

Joan Barlow Latest teeth cleaning with Amy indicated an issue. Had first tooth decay in many many years. Went in for appt. Worried about the numbing shot, more drilling, filling, rubber dam install and the works. It was done flawlessly and I had no pain after. Numbing agent wore off without tooth or gum pain. I felt heard and everything was explained without being condescending. Highly recommend Dr. Madden and team.

John S Carlson Dr Ward and Geneva (his dental assistant) work seamlessly together. Her foresight reminds me of Radar from MASH. Dr. Ward had a very complicated molar root canal work to perform first before fashioning a crown to a very compromised tooth. He took his time to insure the best results and even made an extra appointment in order to better the odds of success. He even personally called me later to make sure I was doing alright and was not in pain from the previous days procedure. Never had that happen before and I have had a lot of dental work over the years. Susan is very friendly and accommodating as well when making appointments. If you Have to go to a dentist (god forbid) then I would highly recommend this clinic.

Vicky Raff Dr Chen is the most masterful dentist that I have ever encountered. He is well educated, caring and gentle. He comes up with brilliant solutions to the complex issues as he encounters them. (Every patient presents a new challenge.) He just performed a crown replacement for me on a crown that was poorly done by someone else. He worked with a bridge in the event there was the possibility of heavy metals present. With the bridge in place and having to access the very back upper tooth, it was a very cramped space. He did it masterfully, diligently and gently...nearly 3 hours. I am continually amazed by the art and science that he brings to his dentistry. I cannot recommend highly enough.

Carolyn Huggett I see there are no reviews for this dentist and so I will remedy that. I was looking for a natural dentist . Dr Roy Chen bought the practice of Dr Russ Borneman, who sadly died . Dr Roy and his staff are very compassionate and knowledgable and gave me excellent treatment and addressed my concerns about old treatments and my overall health. I drove from Blaine, WA for the treatment and it was certainly worth it.

Tom Fox Having moved to Anacortes in the last year, I was in need of a good dentist. I found Dr. Rowley online and have since had an evaluation, teeth cleaning, 2 cavities filled, and one crown. Every visit has been professionally handled by her and her staff, in a courteous manner. So far, I have had only positive experiences here and even recently brought in my disabled brother for them to help. I highly recommend Dr. Rowley and her team of professionals!

Anthony Zu Dont ask questions about your bill. My family & I went to Dr. Rowley for years. I noticed that my secondary insurance was reimbursing her office an extra $8 for a procedure, over & above the negotiated fee. Instead of applying that extra $8 to the bill I had for another procedure, she refused to acknowledge it. It was very easy to see that she was getting an extra $8 above the negotiated fee because she received $8 less from my secondary insurer when that same procedure was completed on the other members of my family (we all have the same insurance so the same procedure should pay the exact same amount). Eventually she sent us a letter telling us she was dropping us as patients because of the difficulties in collecting our "nominal fees". Over $8! Either she was incapable of following her own paper trail to see that she was indeed receiving $8 more from insurance than what she was owed, or she just wanted to pocket the extra money without giving her customer the benefit of the over-payment she had received. My insurance company said any over-payment should be credited to the customer but she clearly did not agree. I never really got an answer because once I started asking too many questions we were dropped as patients. I do NOT recommend going to Dr. Rowley. If you do, then you should probably just pay whatever she tells you to pay because she does not want to answer any questions about how she arrives at her totals. It is a good lesson in paying close attention to your negotiated fees, following through to ensure your insurance pays what is owed, and making sure your dentist correctly applies what they receive from insurance to your bill.

Don Flach Extremely unprofessional and absolutely no patience. Worst dental service I’ve ever had. She was so very cruel to my wife who is terrified of dentist to begin with and Kathleen Rowley actually medicated my wife froze her whole mouth then came in and refused to work with us NO EXPLANATION like I said VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!
