Jill Sanchez Lavonn has done my eyebrows for a few years. She does an excellent job!! She just tattooed eye liner on my eyes and I love it! She’s very experienced. I’d highly recommend her!!

Rachel Pea I got my brows laminated here for the first time. They looked good immediately after, but something just seemed off. My brows felt like scabs and my skin around started to crack and peel. I followed the aftercare instructions entirely. Now, two weeks later, my eyebrow hairs are bent at crazy angles and sticking out everywhere. I cannot get them to lay flat and look good no matter what I try. They’re also starting to fall out. I reached out on Instagram and waited quite awhile for a response.. no resolution still. I’ve been reading and it sounds as though my eyebrows were definitely over processed and now they look HORRIBLE. I’m so sad. And the fact that I haven’t been offered an apology/advice/solution… that’s just poor service.

thedayswithdee The girls are really sweet there! But I wasnt impressed with either of the lash techs. I saw both of them for lash extensions and the job was average. With both times my lashes fell out two to three days after getting them done. For the price point, its not what I was looking for. Wouldnt go back or recommend.

Bre Sorensen Highly recommend Leah for your beauty needs! She did my wedding hair/makeup as well as my bridal party. Very professional, on time, attentive, kind and did and amazing job. She is truly great at what she does…even gives great tips during her service times! Also highly recommend Leah for lashes. She does an incredible job and keeps your eyes protected and looking great! Elizabeth Nava I went to Modern Medical Spa for my hormone pellets and had such a great experience. The office is absolutely beautiful, and the staff was so kind and welcoming. Kortney was the one who did my pellets, and she is just the sweetest. She was actually part of my hysterectomy last year, so it felt comforting to be in such good hands again. Even though I’ve done this before, I still get super nervous—like full-body anxiety—but Kortney made me feel completely at ease. My 16-year-old daughter, who wants to be a doctor, asked if she could watch the procedure, and Kortney was so kind in letting her observe the entire thing. My daughter absolutely loved it and hasn’t stopped talking about how cool it was. Truly such a great experience all around.

mauricia scott This review is long overdue but it can’t go undone any longer. My daughter (22) and I (58) are both patients of Dr. Lorenzo’s and receive treatments at the medical spa. Hands down, bar NONE, this is the most sophisticated, loving, holistic women’s medical practice I have ever encountered in my life. It is comprehensive with a capital “C”- they address EVERYTHING here. From Dr. Lorenzo’s kind, honest intelligence, to Kourtney’s brilliant, authentic, and insightful approach to WELLNESS, this place is amazing. Every member of this practice is caring, gracious, intelligent, and relatable. My daughter found Dr. Lorenzo first. Terrified and afraid of being judged during her first female health checkup, she was treated with such kindness and dignity that she convinced me to see this practitioner as well. I’ve been without a primary care provider for almost 2 years and emotionally and physically I had started giving up. But that changed here. I’ve been treated so…compassionately and I feel visible for the first time in a long time. Kourtney addresses the whole woman. My daughter and I are polar opposites on the life spectrum, yet she relates to each of us poignantly where we are. It was refreshing to be truly seen and not just reduced to a catchphrase. It’s so humbling. She listens and cares and isn’t afraid to address the tough questions. She’s also solution oriented. Not only am physically in a better place, but my emotional health is greatly improved and continues to do so. My daughter feels validated and supported in her goals and is making incredible progress. She’s also found a medical ally she respects and trusts. Whatever your needs are, this is the place. These are the people. So incredibly grateful to have found them. .

Ben Clark Love this place! The staff is so friendly and made me feel super comfortable. The space is modern and relaxing, and the treatments are top-notch. I’ve already noticed great results and can’t wait to come back for more. Definitely recommend if you’re looking for a med spa that really knows what they’re doing!

Jill Thomson Last Friday I had another great experience with Carla at Khaos and Kosmos. I can’t over-state how much I enjoy and appreciate having my hair in her care. I’m trying something new with my hair, transitioning from fun decades of blond to a richer shade of my natural color, and she’s guided that process thoughtfully with great results. Carla’s many years of experience, and her dedication to her clients’ satisfaction makes big and small changes that we try fun and exciting. (Carla is a bit of a perfectionist, which is a good thing for the person in the chair! :D) She’s been doing my hair for years, and I’m really enjoying her new salon space at Khaos and Kosmos. It’s a beautiful salon with a great mood. I would definitely recommend Carla to anyone looking for a great salon experience.

Rod Best haircut I’ve ever had, period. Carla’s professionalism, attention to detail and obsession with delivering the perfect haircut make her a first class stylist. She’s a great listener, and didn’t stop until I was completely satisfied. I highly recommend her!

Katie Maya Shelly is an amazing stylist, she listens to what you want and is very knowledgeable.

Meriah Rodriguez Aurora did such a great job on my hair. My hair is long, loosely curly, and difficult, but Aurora was extremely thorough and patient in both coloring and cutting my hair with precise sectioning. After all that and then some, she had no problem styling my hair. You can tell she takes pride and enjoys her profession!

Allese Berry Best place ever. I will never go to another salon. Kylie is seriously a master of the craft. I get my hair done with highlights here and she is fast, efficient, nice to chat with and gives a very very fair price. I highly recommend Kylie.

Maritza Mendoza After having a horrible experience at another salon that gave me a nasty copper color, when I asked for blonde, I was nervous to ever add color to my hair again. My plan was to grow out the color and stay natural forever until I met Jessica at B Hive salon! My natural hair color is dark brown, grassy, thick, and curly/wavy. Its hard to work with so I usually have it back in a braid. I wanted to go lighter by adding some blonde, ash, and light brown into my hair and I got exactly what I wanted and more (goodbye copper colored hair). Jessica was able to cut, deep condition, blow dry, and style my hair in less than an hour! It usually takes me at least an hour to style my hair alone, not including blow drying. I have zero complaints! Im so impressed with Jessicas flawless work I have been receiving so many compliments on my hair and I couldnt be happier! As for the salon it is kid friendly, offers free light refreshments, and has a "lay back and relax" atmosphere. As a stressed college student I enjoyed my time here plus the price for my cut, color, deep condition(olaplex), and style was very affordable and reasonable. If you are looking for someone you can trust, cares for your wants, and your hair needs I recommend Jessica. She offers free consultations and told me which products to use to keep my color beautiful and hair healthy. I live 120 miles away and will forever go to this place for Jessica to work her magic.

Anna Hilty Audi, the owner, is by far THE BEST in the biz! She is so professional yet caring and explains everything to you as you go! She has been doing my hair for almost a year and a bit and she is just THE BEST. If you are looking for someone who can do what you are requesting, go to her! She never fails to produce quality results and at a fair price and timeframe. I love Audi and her salon. It is a great space to go, get away for a bit and pamper yourself!!!!!!!

Beth Allred I have been going to Audi for 4 years! She does an amazing job with my color and I love the way she styles my hair with a blowout! I won’t go anywhere else!

Maryedith Domingez It had been years since I went into a salon but I recently wanted to change up my look, booking with Audi at Illume beauty was the best decision ever! I had never done such a big change like this before and I’m so happy with the results! The salon was so nice and clean, I was a little anxious about the change but Audi was so nice and patient with me. She explained everything she was doing as she did it and answered all my questions. She made sure I liked the look and told me to tell her if I didn’t like something and she would change it. If it was the cut or the tone, she would change it. I seriously recommend Audi, you can tell she loves what she does by the quality of her work. I’ll attach my before and after pics so yall can see her work!

Carrie G I had been searching for a new hair stylist and was thrilled to find Shaylee! She is meticulous and gifted and gave me a stunning haircut. The salon is also adorable. She even helped me find the right products for my hair. I highly recommend her and the salon!

Christa Brackenbush An upscale new salon that I wanted to check out. Easy to get to, lots of parking. Service at salon was personalized and attentive. Definitely recommend.

Krystal Townsend I’ve been a client of Beth’s for years and was determined to follow her wherever she went. She has created an elevated space in the heart of Richland. I love the studio, the amenities and appreciate her talent! Wouldn’t dream of going anywhere else.

Evalena Dalsbo The hairdresser was really friendly and nice, and she tried to do what I wanted, I think...? But uhhh my hair got royally screwed. I asked for a trim with some mild layers and my bangs blended in. The front looks good to me, but once dried, you can tell that the back looks horrid. The layers are choppy and uneven and the distance between layers is yucky. She also trimmed off way more than I asked for (about 3 inches vs 1), which wouldve been fine if it had looked good. Just dont go here if you have long hair, I shouldve learned my lesson by now.

Lauretta Pri Were here right now and its been less than five minutes and two of the ladies have been obnoxious. The first one wouldnt let me finish asking about hairstyles and just kept talking over me to tell me she didnt need to discuss what I wanted, just needed to know who would go first. She finally just bypassed me and started talking to my kids instead. She was intensely condescending. The next lady said my kids hair had too many tangles, its less than two inches long and there was one tangle in the back where hed slept and turned his head back and forth. So I asked her if shed like me to comb it and she said yes and I combed it in literally 15 seconds. She said I didnt need to look at her like I did. I looked at her like someone who brought their kid in to have their hair done and was doing half of it for them. I realize working with the public is hard, and things get busy or tense, but this was ridiculous and unnecessary. I always tip, but I didnt. I tried to do the transaction for my kids separately so I could tip the lady who wasnt rude, but they couldnt figure out how to do that. Im never coming back here again.

Rey I’ve been bringing my son here for over a year we’d always get the same stylist she has short red hair she’s amazing and patient. Yesterday was a very different experience and we will never go back. We got the blonde lady with cat eye glasses she seemed like she was having a bad day. My son doesn’t like the feeling of clippers and she straight up asked me if he was autistic very unprofessional the rest of the haircut she was in such a bad mood talking under her breathe threatened to stop in the middle of my sons haircut if he kept moving because her back hurt and told me not to request the haircut he got again because he wasn’t old enough for it ???? I told her he’s never had an experience like this and she said well I’m not gonna baby him. Very unprofessional very uncomfortable experience will never return again. Mind you I still tipped her because I know servicing people isn’t easy especially kids but she was straight up rude.

Seren CC Cashiers never reminder the customers to use any coupon in their account, even do not reminder for birthday customer to claim their Bday gift. So what is the point of entering phone number and checking first / last name for checking out!

Gabriella Van Corbach Very Disappointed. DO NOT let Laura anywhere near your hair. For a “professional” hairdresser with 19 years of experience, what she did was NOT okay. Laura was suppose to give my 4 year old a handsome haircut but she completely botched his hair and turned one of his most favorite things to do into a terrible experience leaving my son feeling uncomfortable during the hair cutting interaction. - LAURA PUSHED MY SONS (4yo) HEAD DOWN Instead of using her words to communicate. - LAURA ACTIVELY CUT HIS HAIR WHILE LOOKING AWAY - Left him in the chair midway to ring up another client who was displeased with her disabled husbands haircut which ended with Laura stating it’s the clients body that makes the haircut look poor. - LAURA MADE INAPPROPRIATE AND UNPROFESSIONAL COMMENTS She told my 4 year old son “you have a HAIRY neck” and when she tried getting away with not trimming the top of the head, I told her I still wanted the top trimmed and she responded with, “Well we tried” and seemed annoyed that I wanted an actual haircut for my son. - LEFT BALD SPOTS The finished cut was worse than a 10 year old taking a try at cutting his brothers hair for the first time. The back was uneven, the top was a mess.. uneven as well. The right side of the top/bangs was LONGER than the middle of the bangs and the left side of the top/bangs were SHORTER than the middle leaving it looking funny and somewhat intentional. The BACK?! The back she knicked two different bald spots which definitely looks the worse out of her Three areas of mess ups. Maybe after 19 years it’s time to retire or change careers because it’s just UNBELIEVABLE.

Megon K After having two salons cancel on us, we walked in to Great Clips hoping they could see my 9 year old. They told us the wait was 20 minutes but we only had to wait a minute. My daughter walked away so happy with her hair cut. It was a great experience.

Incredibly knowledgeable about haircare products and recommended some things for me that I’d never heard of. In addition, her salon is super cute! Can’t wait to see her again. Kait Stoker I see Kayla and she is so sweet. She is great at listening to what I want. She doesnt push products, but if you ask she will give great recommendations. She knows her coloring and executes colors beautifully. She even fixed a botched hair cut I got from another salon. I really enjoy going to this salon.

Allese Berry I am throughly upset that I paid $82 plus tip for the worst set of nails Ive seen. She hurt my daughter and as you can see, she has the audacity to say that my daughter is a "bleeder". Her finger was sore and hurt for over a week. Maybe dont cut into your clients flesh and they wont bleed as bad. She really hurt her cuticle on one of her nails to the point it wouldnt stop bleeding. The nails themselves popped off twice on the first day. I have to say she did fix the nails that came off but if you look at the pictures, the nails were thick and not smooth. She does not do acrylic properly. I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone. I am very upset by the response the owner gave. No. My daughter did not like the nails. They were thick, didnt cover the entire nail, and kept popping off. She finally gave up after they popped off yet again. I have never seen nails done so poorly.

Roseann Zigan This was my first time here. Melissa was a wonderful person. She was easy to talk with and the atmosphere was calm and relaxed. It was very clean. She did a wonderful job on my nails. I do recommend an appointment. She is very busy do to just opening in April 2024. Before Opening this place she worked in a salon in Benton City. She was there for many years. They also do Manis, Pedis, artificial, gel, nail art and more. Plus there is a licensed hair stylist. Theyre also looking for more licensed hair stylist if youre looking for a job.

Jake Allen I have been going there for a couple years now and I have had a few different people cut my hair. They all take there time and strive for perfection even with a high and tight. I make appointments with Daisy now I really enjoy the conversation and the way she makes sure it is perfect and does not rush.

Devin Boggs I go to the Parlor exclusively nowadays to get my hair cut. They definitely take care of you here and make sure you get the cut that looks best on you. Great stylists and kind people!

Sarah Alcaraz Went today for a childs haircut. I dont remember the womans name but she was in the back. My sons hair was completely messed up. The top and the back were so uneven. We had to go to another barber shop to get his hair fixed. Would NOT recommend. Recommend going down the road to Freestyle Barber.

Pam Newton They take walk-ins, but twice I went there, and no stylists were there. The receptionist was styling her hair and really didnt like me interrupting her. Wont go back there.

Tiffany Jones Went in a couple weeks ago with my elderly mother to schedule a haircut for her. It was afternoon and there was one woman working there. She asked if we had appts and we said no we just need to schedule a haircut. She hesitated and appeared to give us a look over before stating everyone was gone and took their appointment books and because of that she couldnt schedule an appointment for us. I just looked at my mom and signaled to leave as it was just immediately uncomfortable. I think she sensed my dismay and then said " I can take your number and have someone call you to schedule an appointment" so we left my phn number. She then kind of laughed it off and said " Id take you but Im expecting someone in a few minutes. " The whole experience was weird and disappointing. I wondered...well why didnt she schedule us with her for another time? Never received a call back from anyone.

Angela Gray All the gals in this shop are amazing. Rebecca is my preferred pick and she goes out of her way to make me feel completely at home and listens to what I want for my hair and does exactly that. Highly recommend Hair Studio West in West Richland.

Mark Urbain Yesterday, 18th of February, I went in no waiting time, which was odd, but nice to go in and get treated right away. Always have nice conversations with the staff. If you are a man or a young man, I do recommend this place.
