jani Johnson Kim’s knowledge is so impressive. I can’t imagine going anywhere else now. My hair is so fine and fragile and she goes above and beyond to take care of my natural hair and keep it healthy. I have family members that don’t even know I have hair extensions. She does the best work in my opinion. The way my extensions blend with my natural hair and color is amazing. I have tried every kind of hair extensions there are and I will only get mine done here. I love my hair and so does my man. Thank you kim lake for always making me feel comfortable spending the day with you, and always sending me out the door feeling beautiful.

Kimberly Rozenfeld Kim is a professional in her area of study, Hair. Her long time experiencing all levels of cosmetology gives way to being tops in the industry! I recommend her for all facets of her expertise! Hair extensions are her strongest area of study! She works with tenacity and perfection to achieve the finest looks in today’s fashions! Nancy E Always a lovely experience! Kim has far superior knowledge of hair techniques and services than I’ve found anywhere else. She is a patient listener and genuinely hears your concerns and then serves you and your needs. I’ve been to many stylists and walked out with their wishes for my style not my own but never had this problem with Kim Lake. They are friendly and make you feel welcome and appreciated as a client. I’m so grateful having found this wonderful place!

lyuda soroka I just got my lashes done here and I’m honestly so happy with the results! The salon is super clean and cozy, and the lash tech was really sweet and professional. She listened to exactly what I wanted and made sure I was comfortable the whole time. My lashes look amazing — natural and pretty. I’ve already gotten so many compliments! Betelhem Taye ⚠️ had a really disappointing experience here. My mother-in-law booked me a Mother’s Day gift to get my nails done. When I arrived, I clearly showed “Tatiana” (which I believe her name is) the exact nail shape, color, and length I wanted. I already had medium length French acrylics on and told them I wanted long nails, and they said they could do it. While the nail tech who worked on me was initially polite, I asked her three times if she would make the nails long since she wasn’t adding any extensions and each time, she said yes. I didn’t want to keep pushing, so I trusted her. Unfortunately, once I realized the nails weren’t being done the way I asked, I spoke up. And that’s when things changed. The staff became extremely rude and unprofessional. I asked for their names and one woman, who was wearing glasses( who was translating what I was saying) refused to tell me and acted very disrespectfully. I left feeling disrespected and disappointed, especially since this was meant to be a special treat… The lady who was doing my nails was polite and kind before things escalated, and I believe there was a misunderstanding. they didn’t explain to her clearly what I wanted. However, their reaction afterward was extremely unprofessional and showed a lack of respect for customers. When I expressed that the nails weren’t turning out how I had requested, I was told I could go get the rest of my nails done somewhere else and that I didn’t need to pay. So I got up and left. Sadly, this is the second time I’ve had a bad experience here.

Diana Velazquez Tahiry is very talented. The only person I go to when I need a perfect wispy set, natural or dramatic look. She does extra steps that no other lash techs do. Recommend 100/100

Samantha Tan I’ve been going to Lyn for about 4 years now. I highly recommend her & all the other artists that work here. Everyone here has very similar work & my retention has been the best compared to the other artists I’ve been to prior. Location is very easy to find, the space they have is huge and clean! Everyone is so nice and welcoming. I highly recommend LL Lash Lounge for your beauty needs!

Ashley Damian I love getting lashes done here! Prior to this lash place, my old one did not listen to what i wanted and messed me up bad. But I came to Lash lounge, and Crystal did my eyelashes perfectly! I feel so relaxed and she is very gentle, the whole environment of the place is very cutesy feminine too! overall would recommend to anybody:)

Jennifer Tong I saw Teresa for a light volume full set and she did not disappoint. I was mostly impressed with how good the retention is! There has not been any fallout and I always have a problem with that in the past. Teresa was super friendly and professional and gave me good feedback on what lash style would compliment my eye shape the best! My lashes came out beautifully. I will definitely be returning.

Sandra Cardona Sandy is amazing! Hands down the brow sculpting queen. She gave me the perfect arch and shape! I’m super picky about just anyone touching my brows but her content on Instagram convinced me to give her a shot! I have seen her a total of two times now. I will continue to come back and refer my friends and family to her as well. She’s also great at holding a conversation and making you feel comfortable while she’s providing her services to you. Thanks Sandy. See you in another 2-3 weeks. I got the lush brow sculpt.

Elena Tarasinscaia Perfect space to spoil yourself, Elena helped me to Get rid of acne and rash on my skin, they also have amazing skin care for sale (noon aesthetics) The massage was also very good

hadassah22 I love their glow up facial! Update: My glow facial was done a year ago by Natalie. She was kind and amazing. But the second time I went there, it was done by yelena and she did an awful job like she was in a rush. I don’t ever want yelena to touch my face ever again.

Haley Natalie is AMAZING! Highly recommend her. The way she handles my skin is so gentle and extremely professional. I’ve had two facials by her and each time I’ve left feeling so relaxed and rejuvenated, and my skin has always been happy afterwards, considering how sensitive my skin is (I’ve had facials that have left me with breakouts for days after, but not here). I will 100% be back many many times.

I can say that she has taught me skills for lashing, but also helped me on how to start my own business! She’s super sweet, definitely recommend learning or even getting some pretty lashes done by her.

Jana Bukoskey I went in for aLash Lift and tint, I always enjoy going to Adore You Spa for my pampering time. Dacia does a great job of every service I’ve had there. I love the lash lift and tint because I don’t wear eye make up and this makes my eyes appear that I’ve got mascara on. Also had my eyebrows cleaned up. It was a great appointment and as always I enjoyed my visit with Dacia. Perfect Spa for pampering!!

Nicole T I got lash extensions for the first time today with Jenny at Rosyu Beauty! I was a little nervous since it was my first time and I didnt know what to expect, but Jenny thoroughly explained the process, how to care for your lashes and that I could reach out to her with any additional questions after the appointment. She was super gentle, thorough, patient and careful during the application process. She made sure I was comfortable and okay throughout the appointment. She really cares about her clients and takes time to perfect the lash look you want. I went with classic for a more natural look as a newbie, but she offers all different kinds of lash styles! I am curious to try a lash lift with her in the future, since she offers this as well. Her prices are super reasonable for the quality of work you are getting. Definitely check Jenny out if you want amazing lashes!

Kimmie Park I never had eyelash extensions done before coming to Rosyu and I’m hooked. Jenny is extremely detail oriented and takes into account exactly what the client is looking for. Jenny does a hybrid lash set on my lashes to enhance the volume of my lashes but not be too heavy. I love it, can’t recommend seeing her enough. The business is inside of a hair salon so there isn’t signage outside, but look for the “eyelash extension” signage in the window of the salon.

Tatiana Nemtsov I highly recommend Natasha for eyelash extensions or permanent makeup. She is very professional and there has never been a time when I don’t like my eyelash extensions. She is also very talented at permanent makeup whether you would like powered eyebrows, eyeliner, or a lip blush. She is very good at making sure your eyebrows will look exactly the same with the perfect shape. If you are considering any of her services, this is your sign!

Lauren fielder Honestly truly a terrible place to get your lashes done. I came in a few times after 2 weeks to get a fill & every time I was told that I needed a full set. The last time I came in after 1.5 weeks to avoid needing another new set, I tried making an appointment with someone else to my lashes, since the other one can’t seem to do mine without them immeaditely falling out, but she was a no show to my appointment. When her colleague called her, she said her friend could do my lashes, which isn’t what I wanted given the lashes kept on almost immeaditely falling out. I opted to have my lashes removed so I could go somewhere else.

Kaily Kaily What I asked vs what I got. From the beginning, I asked her can you do it if not I can change to another style and she confirmed she can do it. Ok then we started, other places first they will start with cleaning your eyes and lashes just in case you have makeup on but here she just starts putting on right away I laid down. While she doing my eyes lashes, she keeps talking on the phone none stop and I feel like she did not even focus to do it. Then she has other customers come in so she tried to do it very quickly for me and drop it to do eyes brow for the other one. The picture I asked vs what I got was totally different and she was arguing with me that it was the same and the tip vs the end of the eyes lashes she used was the same length which even made it looks worse.. So I got frustrated and told her to remove all it... Long story but I just gonna end here. Never gonna come back here, 0/5, bad service. PLEASE CONSIDER BEFORE YOU TRY THIS PLACE.

She helped me grow my eyebrows back exactly how I envisioned! I’m so thankful for her! No one else actually took the time to listen and help me get my eyebrows exactly how I wanted them!

Maela I recently had my eyebrows done, including threading, lamination, and tinting, and I couldn’t be happier with the results! The lady who worked on my brows was amazing—she made them look exactly the way I wanted. The shape is perfect, full, and natural-looking, which was a relief since I’ve always been nervous about ending up with overly thinned brows. She truly did an incredible job. I visited around 11 on a Saturday and was assisted right away. The whole experience was seamless and professional. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for quality eyebrow services!

Anjolene N I love this location and Ive been to 4 others, she is the sweetest person and makes me feel so welcome. I only trust her with shaping my brows, which Ive been trying to thicken for years. I drive from Kent to Federal Way just to see her, she is amazing, truly the best experience Ive ever had with threading. She also listens and will do whats best for you, waxing is also available here if you prefer. If you want on point brows, Kally Threading in Federal Way is the only place to be!

Brayan Alas This place doesnt work, one is 3 minutes late and they cancel the appointment just for canceling it, its not worth coming here, apart from that they make you bad for me, its not worth coming here

Keanna Balmores I had a great experience with Thea! I got hybrid brows done, which includes nano, feather, browse, and powder brow combo. I had my brows done previously somewhere else and it wasn’t a problem at all. My first results had faded pretty significantly from 4 years ago and Thea was able to touch them up. I wanted to know specifically that the service was virtually painless!

Tess Butterfield They did a horrible job, said I wanted my hair bleached, it was a light red with some blonde. They didnt do my roots. Bleached it twice with out toning it. Didnt condition it. She didnt do my roots the first time.They both were working on the bleaching together and was tearing my hair out of my scalp. It was the worst expiernce. I had orange and the most discusting dry hair I had never had, my hair was so damaged. I immediately went to ulta, Im actually here now and they are toning and do a deep conditioning treatment for me with a discount. But yeah worst experience and Im going to try and get my money back

Mariam Greb Jenny saved my hair! I did an at home balayage lightening kit and even after toning, it turned my hair extremely orange and bronzey, not at all good on me. She toned it out and styled it and it turned out a hundred times better. I was next door at the nail salon telling someone how I had my daughters wedding the next day and not enough time after checking into our hotel, to find anywhere open pate enough to get me in for a color. It was 6:50 and they both closed at 7 but he suggested that I try next door. I called and sure enough, she said shed wait for me. I could hardly believe she offered to style it too, after coloring and I have a ton of hair. Highly recommended!
