The lady will make talks with you about anything and will never make you feel uncomfortable for anything. Would recommend you products for the right hair texture to keep volume. Overall wonderful service at reasonable prices and I will come again.

She was so fast with my toddler who is usually fidgety, very accurate with my husbands close shaved cut and took her time with every foil with my cut and color! 10/10 Edit for pics: each photo is what Tracy has done for me- its perfect every time. Amanda Harper So heres the 100% honest truth. I had Kennedy as my stylist. I got there on time, in fact a bit early and Kennedy showed up about 45 minutes late to my appointment. Everyone was calling her trying to reach her wondering why she hadnt shown up yet. Tiffany finally got ahold of her and I guess she had overslept. It was very frustrating. Tiffany had to start on my hair or else all Kennedys appointments after would be badly piled up. I understand having rough days everyone has them especially coming from someone with insomnia, I guess I just didnt expect it from anyone else especially a professional. I was worried that she wasnt going to show up so then I had gone for nothing and I would have had to bus another hour home and it had already taken me an hour to bus there. She came in and smelled like alcohol and cigarettes so I dont know if she was hungover or what. Heres the positives though. She was extremely kind. She listened to me, she was patient when I asked a million questions. She offered me beverages. Tiffany was extremely nice as well even when I was extremely worried about my hair and even private messaged her on Facebook (when I shouldnt have) panicking that my hair wasnt going to come out right. I dont recall her apologizing though for being late, and I would have appreciated that. But I do appreciate her coming in with a great attitude when she could have been in a bad one knowing she was in trouble and already off to a rough start to her day. But the problem is my hair turned out really patchy and horrible looking. Both Tiffany and Kennedy claimed it was because its a "process" like it was step 1 to my hair goal but Im sorry a full foil shouldnt come out like that. There were full on strands that were missed completely untouched by the bleach like the bottom half of my hair was not done at all. I went to several stylists afterwards and they looked at my hair and they said it was a disaster. They said that Kennedy should have never left my hair looking like that. My hair on top was bleached perfectly but the rest of it was completely copper you could see a definitive line where it didnt lighten the same. It never lightened enough on the bottom half from about my eye level down and several stylists I saw said they would never have left me leave looking like that let alone didnt understand why underneath was completely untouched and yes I did get a full foil not partial. Also Kennedy put a leave in hair mask after that was supposed to protect my hair from the bleach damage somehow but my hair had never felt so dry and sticky and disgusting in my life. It felt like it was covered in glue and like straw. After I washed it out it felt back to normal. My new stylist used a bunch of oils and stuff that made my hair feel better then it ever has. Also when I got a Brazilian wax there Tiffany totally missed spots on me and it drove me nuts. I will never be coming back to The Hair Loft. Also, on Yelp my pictures got taken down off the main album but they left everybody’s else’s because apparently they can’t handle criticism and proof that they did a horrible job and wanted to hide my photos from showing up to people and I think that’s disgusting. I got an email from Yelp saying my photos got featured and now they’re all gone from the main album but everyone’s photos who has reviewed the salon are still there. I hope they don’t get taken down again after I post this. And by the way, the day after I posted my review the boss Tiffany followed me on Instagram as if to be petty like I saw what you did. If I could give this place 0 stars I would.

Tawnya Hello I just got my hair cut from Andis Salon. I have gone to her for years, but I left and I am so happy that I came back to her. She is fast, friendly and give you want you ask for. I got my hair washed, cut, and styled and it took less than an hour. For me I love that about this salon. If you are looking for the best place for your hair needs go to Andis Salon.

Lynsey Duncan DONT get extensions!! You will pay for them and won’t get the same ones put back in! I purchased 16’’ extensions and after David took them out (to let my hair “rest”) he put back 12’’ hair and claimed they were mine. He told me I needed to buy 18’’ hair. When I asked what happened to the length; I was told to find a new stylist. No explanation to where my hair went or why he did that (obviously marketing scheme to get more money)! GROSS

Kimberly Roberts I got the best haircut from Sarah. I have medium length thin hair. Her technique was skillful and provided me with the best cut for my hair. I admire her perfection because thats a hard quality to find. My hair is cut evenly and layered perfectly. Highly recommend Sarah if youre looking for excellent customer service, professionalism, and a great haircut and style.

PRM DSM It was great to see Sarah again. She was my stylist in another state! She did a fantastic job blending my natural color and cleaning up my cut. The salon is in a super convenient location, stylists are in individual studios.

LakeTahoeGem ***Update**** Sarah is my stylist is who I went to and your picture matches. You talked me out of root coverage ( which is what I booked),and only a few foils to see what the gray looks like, but still charged me full color price. That is the new scam ( other salons have tried this since), less work and product at full price. AND, and I left you a generous tip, because that is the way I was taught. This is the reason why I won’t tip salons ever again. And it’s expensive enough.******* She couldn’t wait to get out of the salon that day, day before a holiday and she was going out of town. Why didn’t she just cancel my appointment? Very minimal foils and fake cut my hair. Would not recommend.

Janet Bolinger These girls are all exceptionally talented n great! Fun to be there! Always a Happy place! We’ve ( both my husband and I ) have gone to Studio ‘57 n enjoyed the talents particularly of Marcia! Probably for ten years or more! Marcia is very good at her hair cutting and hair styling n even will do a razor cut, on request.! You would not go wrong with any of the girls there, Kathy, Marcia, and / or Danelle.

Beverly LaPierre The staff were super friendly and the prices are really good, and my hairdresser Marsha did a great job! My hair is very tangly and fine and most of the past hairdressers Ive gone to have had a hard time working with it. But Marsha took time to properly detangle my hair first and made sure she knew what I wanted before she started cutting and was patient and thorough with my hair, highly reccomend this place.

r busey My previous hairdresser moved away last year and I was afraid to let anyone else cut my hair. After 8 months, I finally made an appointment here for a trim. Kathy Evans did a wonderful job. She listened to what I wanted and did just so. The price is also very fair. I recommend this salon!

Kayla Ackerson I was on vacation with my wife and thought it would be relaxing to get my haircut. Im in the process of growing my hair out to one length, it was at my collar bone. I told my stylist, Wanda, that I want a half inch taken off the bottom. One length bob, no layers. She was a delight to talk to, but she had mentioned she had been out of practice. I found that out when I got home and straightened my hair the next day to find that she did a horrible job. I had an ear hole on either side, the front was disconnected from the back. I had layers put in my hair and it was uneven and she had missed a lot of longer pieces underneath. I didnt understand, the back looked like she started a graduated bob, which isnt what I wanted, and then realized that I didnt want that and did a different haircut half way through. It looked really really jacked up. I feel like Wanda is a great person to talk to but needs more education before doing anyone else’s hair.

Popcorn Buddy Went in to get my hair done, (my virgin hair) I showed a inspo photo (which I wanted exactly what was in the photo) and got absolutely NOTHING like it. The complete opposite. I was there for 5 almost 6 hours. I wanted really dark brown almost black but not quite black, with wispy bangs and two bleached chunks in the front and thru out the bangs a little bit. I went home with lighter hair than when I went in with and thick chunky bangs, with strawberry color in it. I then went to a different hair stylist (at a different salon), who did EXACTLY the photo. She had to cut more of my hair then I wanted cuz the previous hair stylist cut my hair all wonky. It was for my birthday so I was very upset and cried for days till I got it fixed. I was to embarrassed. I had a good experience here once before, hints why I went back, and I shouldn’t have payed, but in the moment felt so overwhelmed with what was going on. It’s hit or miss.

Calina McCormick Absolutely loved my experience here! I showed up around 2:15 to see if they had any walk ons available, and I was scheduled les than half an hour out. Sylvia did an amazing job of listening to what I wanted, and managing my curly, thick hair. If you need a cut, this is the place to go.

Elias My hair dresser recently moved to this location. Sylvia Gomez always does a great job and has been cutting my hair for atleast 15 years now! I was a little hesitant to going to a new location but its quaint, comfortable, friendly, and I got served wine as I got my hair cut I thought that was awesome! All in all I had a great experience per usual with Sylvia but also the location is great!

I am so happy that I found a great Salon when I visit on the East side of the mountain!

Morgane Wicke Im usually extremely picky about who I let cut my hair (I have very coarse, thick and curly hair). Most of my experiences have been terrible, despite always being prepared to tell the stylist what I would like done. I decided to take a chance and get my hair cut here, because the pictures and reviews were really impressive. I am so, SO glad I did. Elements took my appointment for the next day which was really great for my schedule! I had the pleasure of sitting in Victorias chair, and not only was she extremely sweet and friendly, but she was incredibly knowledgeable. She thoroughly strategized how she would be cutting my hair with me, informed me about the products she was using on my hair, and had some of the most impressive cutting technique Ive ever seen. At one point, nearly everyone in the salon was crowded around the chair watching her work artfully. Not only do I recommend Elements, I HIGHLY recommend Victoria. I will absolutely be seeing her again!

Kelsey Farias Amy Johnson has been the best hair stylist I have ever had. Finding someone you can trust with something that impacts how you feel so much is just so special. Not to mention, paying for this service is an investment. She respects that investment and does SUCH an amazing job. There is no one I would trust more with my money. She has done multiple color changes with me, including extensions (something she does AMAZING--highly recommend!), and even the work I have seen her do on others is amazing! I have only been to Amy in the salon, but I know the other girls also have amazing transformations. At this salon, they just have a high standard of doing clients hair, and it shows in the transformations, full calendars, and smiles on everyone leaving the salon. Not to mention, the vibes are immaculate in the salon! You would be lucky to have Amy, Meg, Brooke, or Josie do your hair!

Robin Wisecarver Tousled is the best salon in town, hands down. The girls here are absolutely the sweetest things ever! I started going here last year and I will never go anywhere else. Tess does my hair and has always made me feel beautiful. Megan, is a life saver. I got married this last weekend and she last minute squeezed me in and did my hair for my wedding day. My hair was absolutely beautiful and I would highly recommend these girls to anyone. Best salon in town!!! Sweetest girls ever!!!

Heather Johnson The girls at Tousled are the best. Im not always quite sure exactly what I want to get done to my hair (I have A LOT of it), but the girls there are always so patient and helpful. Oh and the salon itself is peaceful and relaxing, such a wonderful place to get pampered.

Tess does my hair and all I can say is WOW. She is so good at what she does and I love the way my hair turns out every. time. I am so lucky to have found someone that specializes in blonde and balayage, with my dark brown hair!!

Molly Satrap I called and I was able to get my 10 year old daughter in for a simple updo. I was relieved to be able to get an appointment on such short notice. The stylist was not personable. She pulled my daughter’s hair so hard and was rough. When my daughter had tears in her eyes from being in pain, rather than ask her if everything was alright, Theresa said “got allergies?” There was swearing and not appropriate conversation for minors. I paid $45 for a quick, simple updo and a 20% tip. Theresa should have ensured that the updo was sleek, without static and frizz. Please see the picture. I would not recommend this “salon.”

Jasmine Kate is the best stylist i’ve ever had the chance to see. She is skilled as can be and gets it perfect everytime. She cares for her clients in a way that not many do. I am so happy to be able to come and visit her at Bella Vita! The salon itself is clean and super cute and comfy.

B Angelica @ the Wenatchee Supercuts is absolutely amazing! I walked in and was able to be seen right away. Angelic was very kind, courteous and professional. She did a fabulous job cutting my hair and she made sure, more than once, to ask me if I needed anything changed, gave me the mirror to check the back, and also gave me the option to style it myself to make sure I left happy. I will definitely be back!!!

Rick Lanphere I wanted my stylist to use #4’s on the sides and back and blend it in with the top with some length and like always it was perfectly cut the way I like it cut. My stylist and the other stylist’s that worked there were all very polite and fun to talk with. This is the only place that I will get my hair cut. I get the same stylist every time.

Exploring Ginger Lucy did both my cut and husband’s cut and she was very nice and professional. She ensured our cuts were what we requested and even offer additional options to add to the cuts. She also is aware of hair thickness and explains the process she would have to take. That was the first time I actually had someone do that with my hair and texture. Thank you so much!

Jade Lobie There was a product that was clearly labeled on sale for about $7, I grabbed every single one and got to the counter and was told the sale was from last month, and the product is $14. I asked the girl if she could honor the price since it was still labeled on the shelf. She was very kind and helpful, and called her boss to ask. The boss said no. This is the only store in the nation that Ive been to that hasnt honored a mislabeled price.

If you Shop at wish I would not have anything sent to that store I repeat do not send anything to the store they will offer to bring you the product as long as you send them the QR Code well this is twice now the check that works there owns it whatever has stolen from me and has not brought my product so not a good place to send your things I dont even know if I would trust the product In Lucys some on I did buy a charger there one time and it lasted 2 times and cropped out so yeah I just I do not suggest this place for anybody honestly

Sonjia Asilidae My first time was wonderful, had fell inlove with the hair cut. She is a nice lady. But this time the hair cut was poor. She cut it great, but when I asked for a thinning she scissored it like 1/2" inch away from the root instead of 3" away from the root. It ruined it. I didnt say anything because I thought she knew what she was doing. But I can feel I have sections in the back of my head that poke out where she thinned it out because she snipped it too close to the root of the hair. I feel uncomfortable at the moment because the thinning parts feel choppy and when I slide my fingers through my hair it doesnt flow smoothly like it did the first time I came here. I know its just hair but this time I left feeling self conscious about my hair and trying to hide the parts that I feel stick out. Just be sure to specify exactly what you want and at what lengths. Beside that she is a nice lady.

Tammy Aviles They say that are a Wish Distributor. They are never available, never answer the phone. Then out of town. All of my Christmas gifts last year were sent back and they didn’t want to refund my money said restocking fee because I failed to pick up items. Excuse me how can I fail to pick up items that I went daily to the place of business and no one was available to give me my order. This place needs to be closed down as a Wish Distributor. Thank goodness my bank was able to get me a full refund because of all my emails and my phone messages and their emails and messages were saved on my phone showing that they were unavailable to give me the packages on any occasion for over a month causing the items to be sent back their fault but they called wish saying my fault. Very UNPROFESSIONAL
