Denise Gerken Carrie is the owner and only hairdresser in this clean and tidy salon. 50.00 for a haircut. She is professional, and has done my hair and many of my friends for over 10 years. I always recommend her.

Michelle Walton I can’t believe I haven’t written a review for here yet - this salon is amazing! Kali has been my hairstylist for the last 3 years and every single time she does a stunning job. I can’t imagine going to any other salon - Piper + Co is always so clean and tidy with the best selection of hand crafted candles and hair care products. The other stylists I have seen in this salon also all do fantastic work, so you really cannot go wrong here!

Lauren Haithcox I have been coming to Piper & Co. for several months now and always have a great experience. The salon itself is clean, cute, modern, and easy to get to. They have a great selection of products to purchase including hair products, hand poured candles (they smell so good!), and permanent jewelry. My incredibly talented stylist Leslie does an amazing job on my pixie cut and color and is always so friendly and sweet! I know I will walk out of there with a great cut/color every time. Jeanette Martinez *chefs kiss* This salon is so cute and very accommodating. Shout out to my stylist Elyse! She is an earth side hair angel!! Omg! I came in because I needed my hair fixed from a previous appointment at a reputable salon and Elyse worked her magic on my hair! I feel a million times better and so happy with the end result. I have a lot of hair and it is super thick and she took on the challenge like a champ. She was so sweet and I loved that she walked me through every step and told me what she was going to do to my hair which definitely put me at ease the entire appointment. I definitely recommend this salon. I would give them 10 stars if I could!

Nicolas San Nicole cut my hair today and for the longest time all I had was a buzz cut. The last half a year or so I grew my hair out to almost shoulder length which was long for me and had no idea what to do with it. I showed Nicole a photo and said I wanted it shorter but able to mess around with different styles. She did exactly what I wanted and showed me multiple ways to go about styling it. I highly recommend Nicole if you are looking for haircut. She was extremely accommodating and professional.

Jenah Mahan-Williams Nicole, was amazing with my son! He brought down a picture of a kind of crazy haircut that he wanted and she nailed it! Spent so much time with him and was so sweet! It was super easy to book online and she was able to get us in last minute. Their shop was very clean! Will definitely go back!

My hair has turned out great and when I have a new change I want to try, they are always willing to listen. One time I had a spot that wasnt dyed on accident and they got be back to fix at no charge. Booker Stallworth Great professional haircut, from a friendly barber with great customer service. G didnt rush, but took her time giving me a great cut, even though I came in last minute at the end of the day. I was shocked by how reasonable the price was too. Totally recommend. And dont miss out on the shampoo, scalp massage and massage chair. Its worth going in for that alone. Overall, a great small business worthy of support.

I was shocked when the owner told me that haircuts are half price on Tuesdays as she only charged me $12.50! I gave Danny $20 and told him to keep the change..I just wouldnt feel right spending so little on a haircut thats worth much more! Still a bargain at $20! Linda M Deanna, who is also the owner, took me after a very bad cut from another salon. She took the time to find out what I needed and chat about a plan to fix the mess I had and the color scheme I wanted. She is also very good at hand texturizing curls, which is a must for me. Pleasant and professional-highly recommend.

TA Liscow Due to my stylist in Tacoma (who I’ve seen for 20+ years) not seeing clients any longer due to medical issues, I was forced to find a new stylist. I contacted Studio 210 since its 5 minutes from my home on a Thursday and they were able to schedule me with Katie for Sat at 5pm. I was excited to get in so quickly since I was long overdue for a cut, but needless to say, I was very nervous switching to a new stylist but Katie made me feel very comfortable. I showed her a picture of what I wanted, we discussed some options and I walked out of the shop with the perfect haircut. I’m looking forward to future hair cuts with Katie!

Her prices are very reasonable, and appointments are available in reasonable time frames. Shes a pleasure to chat with and really knows her stuff and not trying to "upsell" you on extras you dont need.. She cut my hair beautifully!

Dawn Hohlt Kylie cut my hair, as I wanted someone who had 20 Plus years experience. She was very calm and understanding of what I wanted, which was the Farrah Fawcett" cut, STILL! I also met the owner, Kelly, who was very Elegant and Cordial! :) Nice feel to the place too! ;)

Anita Briski Kelly did the bridal partys hair for my sisters wedding and we were all so happy with her work! She was quick but also thorough and friendly. I went to her for a haircut and was also very pleased! My hair is wavy and quirky and she took the time to listen to me and make sure I was happy with the cut and style. She also complimented my DIY hair color instead of trying to shame me into using a professional like some other stylists do. There was no pressure to buy products which I love. The price was shockingly low compared to other salons nearby and I would be willing to pay more for the amazing service I received. I will definitely come back to Kelly for my next cut! Frohlich David (DigitalEnforcer) Great place to get a haircut. Its about $20 for a mens haircut, but its worth it. My haircut person is extremely nice and does a great job. Shell fix my hair if I dont like it. After the haircut, shell wash your hair as well. Its a very pleasant experience.

Cann Pdx This was my first appointment with Susie at Fringe hair salon. The location has great parking, the Salon is very clean, chairs are comfortable & the Salon is very nicely decorated and I felt comfortable right away. Prices are very fair and in my opinion are about 10% lower than the other local salons. My inquiry regarding an appointment was answered promptly. ( unlike 2 other local salons) My Stylist Susie was wonderful, she really made sure I was comfortable with what she was planning before she did it. One of the best shampoos Ive had at a Salon in years, a great haircut. I have now found my new hairdresser. Thanks Susie

HVD Went to this salon a while back ago, and I asked the hairstylist for an A line bob with Betty Page bangs, she told me she couldnt give me that hair cut, that my hair wasnt "long enough" (even though my hair was past my shoulders), and that what I wanted was out of style. I told her it didnt matter if it wasnt "in style" anymore, that my hair was past my shoulders and I did want that hair style either way. But, despite me (as a client) stating that, she still wouldnt do it and instead, she charged me $60 for a simple under cut and wouldnt give me the hair cut I originally went in for. I recommend Pepper at the Walmart on South Hill instead, she did exactly as I asked without attempting to manipulate me out of something I wanted or overcharging me for something simple. I never went back to this place after that experience, and I dont recommend.

Wright Chriss “The plumber” Really great experience! When I first called in to get my appointment, whoever I talked to on the phone was very nice and had me scheduled in about a week out. Susie was my hair stylist and did an absolutely amazing job. Not only was she great with her work but she was down to earth, personable and easy to talk with throughout the process. Maddie Olsen Mandy is the best! She is very detailed when it comes to cutting my hair, which is hard to find. I love how she takes pictures and shows you what she will do to your hair before starting. They have also fostered a very welcoming environment, offering food and water while you get your hair done. Plus you have your own personal tv at your chair! I have never felt so welcomed and cared for at a hair salon.

Christen Winters So glad I moved locally and came back to Salon Ish. Had a wonderful experience with Nicole! Im not generally hard to please but Nicole was the first local colorist in 3 years to hit a home run with my highlights. Subtle, dimensional, warm (not brassy) and so shiny! The exact healthy aesthetic I wanted, and blended perfectly with months-old babylights I received elsewhere. She executed the cut beautifully as well, was informative about care, friendly, and worked impressively fast. A huge testament to her experience, education and people skills. My trust is restored. Kristie Foreman I am so thankful for Alyssa Jackson and her incredible knowledge of skincare! I reached out to her in regards to my over 50 skin, and she was extremely insightful, specifically on my most troubling skin issues. I was ready for Botox, and Alyssa has educated me on the importance of facials and serums at my age, and opened my eyes to those remedies before I would consider injections. Amanda Huff Unfortunately, I will no longer be going to this salon. My daughter is sick so I am unable to make it to an appointment I had scheduled today, which resulted in them keeping my deposit I had paid to book the appointment. I also called 30 minutes prior to let them know, and I am sure they have a waitlist to call to fill the spot as it is one of the "best stylists" they have. Absolutely ridiculous. I will be taking my business elsewhere considering you dont care to keep clients when there is a situation out of our control. What a waste of money we dont even have these days.

Steve Midas Its worth the drive! This is the local high-end salon, but we make the trek from Seattle to get the quality of service we dont see anywhere else. There is only 3-hour street parking, so keep an eye on the clock if you are staying long. There is plenty of parking on the street, so it should not be a problem to make your appointment. With plenty of visual elements to keep you entertained, the storefront is very clean and well organized. And what stood out was the waiting area. Not only do they consider the comfort of the people getting their hair done but also the people that are with. There is a table to pass the time and swag from local artists that can also be purchased. They have wifi also, so if you want to binge a show or surf the web while you wait, you have options! They have an assortment of services products for beauty and well-being, so make you take time for yourself here. Midas 5-stars for the stylish waiting area.

Livy Niz Made an appointment with Jenna Wilson at itsa salon. Explained to her what I wanted and also showed her inspiration photos. She said it was definitely achievable and came up with a plan for my hair. The end result was nothing close to what I asked for, my hair was in worse condition then when I went into the salon. I left with at least 4 different colors in my hair( I only wanted 2 colors) blotchy patches throughout my hair, random breakage throughout my hair. The only thing she was willing to do to fix it was to tone it again, which she didn’t deny the fact that toning it again would not fix the blotchy colors in my hair just turn them a different color. What would need to be done to fix my hair and get the end result I wanted was to book a whole new appointment which she would charge me again for. I paid 320$ for this service. I’m attaching my hair before I went into the salon, my inspo photos and how I left the salon. DO NOT BOOK WITH HER OR THE SALON. They take no accountability and only want to take more money from you. Now I have to spend hundreds of more dollars for a color correction to fix my hair. I requested a refund and Jenna has ignored all my messages and refuses to respond to me, conveniently the owner is never available. Jenna rents a chair from this salon. Edit: I never blocked Jenna as the owner is saying. Jenna had both my Facebook (where I communicated with her) she also had my phone number from when I booked the appt. I’ve been harassed by her husband and her friend due to sharing honest reviews about the service I was provided by jenna. Jenna finally contacted me last night and offered me a 50 percent refund in exchange that I take down all reviews and post I have made. It comes across to me that her and the owner are more worried about their reputation than what was done to my hair and the customer service I experienced. I attached screenshots of this as well.

I always walk out loving my hair and feeling super confident. I had seen hairstylists in the past but none of them were a good fit for me. She’s a super pleasant and easy person to be around so it makes the appointments go by like a breeze. So glad I found Itsa and Giuliana. Highly recommend her for ANY of your hair needs cause girl knows what she is doing. She is amazing!

I always come away from seeing her like the world seems a bit kinder. I know shes working part time so might be a bit of wait for appointment. I havent gone to the other hair stylists but they seem equally talented.

Alice Mixich Inna is very talented! This is the most laid back and comfortable salon Ive ever been to. All of the stylists make you feel at home and Inna is very knowledgeable. You can tell she has a lot of experience :)

Set appointment for my daughter, 20 questions about everything made me feel confident about this decision because she takes her craft seriously and wants the best experience for her clients. My daughter is extremely happy with her hair and her experience here! She is all set for the holidays and received some excellent advice on proper care and treatment of her hair. Maryssa Shapiro I saw Hannah to get my hair done for my sister’s wedding and had the best experience! I got a complimentary drink to start which was a cute added touch. I gave her a rough description of what I wanted and she created the perfect look! My hair appt was at 0900 and my hair held all day and night, through the ceremony and reception. American Mains And Drains LLC I got my lovely fiancé’s hair done over here. She was so happy. We immediately went over to the baseball game right after to see the Yankees win!! And she had all the best comments from everyone!

Haley Stewart I feel obligated to give 2 stars instead of 1 for the following reasons I will explain. There were red flags that I unfortunately ignored because I desperately needed a haircut. The first red flag was that during the wash she was rather intense on my hair to the point where it was rather painful and I was actually tearing up a little, however I genuinely thought I was just too tender on my scalp and I was being over dramatic, but seriously it genuinely hurt and even though I dont believe she was trying to it was clear now that Ive reflected that she was rushing to do my hair and really this is one of the only reasons I gave the extra star because she cant read my mind and its not fair to assume she knew she was hurting me. However, the second red flag was that I even noticed during my hair cut itself that she was rushing and she had a tendancy to pull on my hair while she cut it making it a bit tender while doing so as well, but again I was in desperate need of a hair cut so I just told myself to trust the process. After the haircut was over she blowdried my hair and before giving my time to FULLY process my haircut she curled and styled a little which originally I was rather happy with because she didnt charge me extra but now that Ive been home for several days, showered, and given my hair time to fully settle... Its UNEVEN. Yes, I went through all this only for my hair to be completely and NOTICEABLY uneven and I have to deal with this for several days at work. Im very lucky that my hair style is short enough that if I tuck it behind my ears, its not as bad as it looks but I already have an aversion to allowing strangers cut my hair and this doesnt exactly boost my confidence. Very disappointing.

Karlotta Westfall I was decisive and clear about how much color I wanted , and how I wanted my haircut. I asked not to be overly processed or color dependent! meaning more of a natural look. I ended up with color, dependent hair and over processing! I asked for a phone call and did get a response . The person acknowledged what I had to say. but no real response beyond that. The style bar was disappointing to say the least.

Makaila E Kevin was a funny and kind person. He did great on my friends straight hair, but if you have curly hair you are probably better off going to a curly hair specialist. Not very happy with the end result unfortunately.

Lukas Don’t overlook this small boutique downtown. Sue the barber did a great job for a great price. Make sure you stop in and get the best haircut in town.

Cindy Beckwith Kevin does such a great job and such a nice guy as well. Hes been doing my hair for the past 4 years and it always turns out great.

Sherry Graham Barb Williams has been cutting my hair for 38 years. Does great work. I show her a picture of a hairstyle she cuts my hair exactly like it. Try her out you will not regret it.

Grace Evert I have been looking for a hair stylist that I can use on a regular basis and I was lucky enough to work down the road from this hair salon. Kevin is awesome. He always makes my hair look great and for weeks it continues to keep its shape. Thanks, Kevin! You are one in a million.
