Debbie Loudon For the last five years, Dr. Murdoch has been looking after my dental care. I have complete confidence in his ability to keep them healthy. Hes thorough, knowledgeable, and comforting. Kristine is the hygienist who has a very gentle touch. Stacy at the front of the office is a sweetheart. All the staff are friendly and I all my experiences there are good ones.

Elliot Granath Super nice facilities, including waiting room, bathroom, and procedure rooms. They offered blankets, headphones, and more for the actual procedure, which ended up being pretty quick and totally painless after the first numbing shot. They use a dental dam so you arent getting and metal/chemicals/whatever falling into your mouth, and a rubber stopper so I didnt even have to hold my jaw open.

Jennifer Riggs I’ve been dealing with intense molar pain for over a week. I’ve seen three different dentists. I finally got an answer here and although they weren’t able to extract my tooth, I have a referral and an answer. The staff are all incredibly kind and helpful, and Dr Hawkins is knowledgeable, kind and has a good sense of humor. I hope to not have a root canal in the future, but if I do I will definitely be coming here and recommending other do the same.

A&S BALL Both my husband and myself have been going to Dr. Gantz office for almost 3 years now. The staff was very professional and provided us with fantastic explanations for the treatment that we needed. We had several office visits for treatment and every time we knew we were in great hands with Dr. Gantz and his team. We highly recommend them! We are so sad that we moved, because it has been hard to find an office with as much integrity for treatment as Enhanced Dental Care!

Melissa Called as a new patient and was scheduled to be seen for the very NEXT day. The following day came and unfortunately I had to reschedule my appointment to a later date. I would not have made this appointment in time. (Traveling back from Eugene and wouldn’t have made it into town until 30 minutes AFTER my appointment) I called as SOON as I knew I wouldn’t have made it in time which was 4 hours in advance. I spoke with a kind receptionist Mikala, she rescheduled me two weeks out with no issues. Ten minutes later I get a call back from her stating that after a conversation she had with her manager - basically they’re strict af & because I’m a new patient it’s a “One strike you’re OUT” kind of deal. My rescheduled appointment has now been CANCELED & also canceled as a future patient. It’s unfortunate. So incase you DIDNT know, because apparently the receptionist didn’t know either at the time of originally rescheduling me. That this is their weird unforgiving policy, poor business IMO

sarah olson My family has been attending this practice for about 13 years and have never once been disappointed. The clinic is always so clean and organized. The staff is always super friendly and the dentist always make sure you understand everything thats going on. In a dental emergency the clinic has always gotten me in within 24 hours. Also after any major procedures they leave you with a direct line to the dentist and the dentist even call to check up on how youre doing after hours. Definitely love how personal they make it. I would highly recommend this Clinic for the whole family.

Kris Artley I came to Wheatland Family Dental when I first moved here 8 months ago. Out of nowhere my wisdom teeth got infected and I was in so much pain I could hardly open my mouth. I didnt even read reviews, I just needed someone that took my insurance. Hilda was so nice and understanding, she got me in asap. She later helped me get reimbursed by my insurance since it was in limbo at the time and I had to pay out of pocket. I initially saw Dr. Ramsey, she was very sympathetic and got all my xrays done. Dr. Karmey was able to surgically remove my teeth very soon after my initial visit. I cant even begin to express how great things went. It took 3 hours and they made sure I was comfortable the whole time. I followed Dr. Karmeys instructions afterwards to the T and had a very easy recovery with little to no pain. I came back later for Dr. Ramsey to pop out my other 2 wisdom teeth, which was much faster! She has since done routine work and given me a crown, which feels perfectly natural! After all these procedures Dr. Ramsey checked in on me via text and let me know shes there if I have any questions or concerns, which made me feel so cared for! Long story short, I am 100% happy with everything they have done for me. I feel safe and secure with my dentists and I would recommend them to anyone.

LaCheal Buff Every time I (or one of my kids) need to see the dentist (emergency or preventative care), I am consistently reminded of how thankful I am for Dr Ramsey and Dr Karmy and their entire staff! From the amazing service from the front desk (both in-person, via phone and/or email) to the DAs that work with them, everyone is top-notch and Im so grateful for their bed side manner along with their dental knowledge and expertise! Our 17 year old son has pretty sever anxiety and the staff are very patient, calm, and willing to explain each step of the process with him and work with him to make the visit the most-comfortable and efficient for HIM even if they have to take a little bit extra time to make that happen. Hes been going to Wheatland Family Dental since he was about 4 or 5 years old after switching from our previous dental provider and I have NEVER regretted our choice to change! At that time it was only Dr. Karmy that treated him for his surgical needs and since Dr. Ramsey joined the practice, this has been our only dental home (and will be for as long as they are in practice) Our little one is 6years old now and she has ONLY been seen for her dental issues by Dr. Ramsey and Dr. Karmy (for surgical procedures on her teeth when she was 3 years old) and they have ALWAYS made her feel like the princess she is! They have been extremely accommodating to our unique family dynamics and provided the absolute BEST dental care we couldve ever asked for! Previously this was geared for children only through their dental practice, but once they opened up their practice for all ages, I also switched my dental care to Dr. Ramsey. Ive known her since working at another local dental clinic and she has always had a kindhearted spirit about her and stays on top of the most recent dental changes and consistently provides the best dental care PER PATIENT and their needs! I recently had to get a crown for a broken tooth (had a root canal over 25years ago but never crowned). She has made the entire process for me, with past jaw-injury/trauma, the most accommodating, willing to take the extra time for breaks as needed for my jaw, goes above and beyond with her follow-up after each of these visits, and while I NEVER want to have to get another crown, if I do, Im glad I have Dr Ramsey in my corner for this!!!! Seriously, you cannot go wrong with Wheatland Family Dental!

Gaile Dr. Choi and her staff at Mission Family Dentistry are a great dental team. They make sure that we know about up-coming appointments and will make sure my daughter has taken her antibiotics (d/t a heart condition) prior to an appointment. They provide a comfortable dental experience with thorough cleanings and check-ups. We are pleased with the excellent care we receive. Thank you, Dr. Choi and staff!

Melissa McFadden Dr. Choi and her staff are wonderful! I had a really sensitive tooth that another dentist had worked on without any real relief. Dr. Choi was able to see me quickly and completely resolved the issue. Shes one of the most gentle and thorough dentists Ive ever been to. I would highly recommend her and her staff!

Chuck Webster The staff are extremely nice but the length of time it takes to get the dentures is ridiculous. It will be 11 months before I get my permanent top denture and everyone I have talked to said they have never heard of how long this has been taking. I paid out of pocket $850 for my temporary denture and still waiting for the permanent one. Everyone that I have talked to said the dentures that they got at the very beginning are their permanent ones. The temporary denture does look nice but I am really frustrated with the constant travel for an appointment that lasts about 10 minutes. I would not recommend. Nice people though.

Charlotte Sumano This place has changed hands, and theyre doing an incredible job. I once again cracked my denture, and to add insult to injury, a front tooth fell out, which I swallowed. The former guy did such a poor fix the last time that I hated to go back. But its the only denture place in town. Jessica, who is both personable and knowledgeable, took care of me. She took my terribly damaged denture to Tri Cities. She did a remarkable job! She managed to reenforce the denture in such a unique way that its like new. Incredible work. I recommend Jessica and this business without reservation.

Tammy Dr. Alkanan and staff are friendly, considerate and passionate about their clients. Though dentist/periodontist are high on my anxiety level, Dr. Albanian and staff help in keeping that anxiety down. Thank you!

Pam Baker My son as well as my daughter have been patients of Dr. Laizure and his team for over 25 years. Dr. Laizure is not the cheapest but he is by far one the best out there. I have always recommended Dr. Laizure simply because he is so thorough and knows what he is doing. From filling cavities, pulling teeth, cleanings, exams etc.. I have no complaints, he is a master at his craft.

Daniel Heath Rude and untrained staff don’t know how to bill. When you try to work out and even offer to do the billing for them they become even abusive and intolerant. They are dishonest, make false claims against you and when the doctor is asked to resolve he is as bad as the staff. This is a horrible business, dentist and human being who designed to bill inaccurately and cheat my spouse out of the reimbursement she is entitled to by their deceit and deception. Taking advantage of a poor disabled woman living on very little. Sorry POS.

Jeremy Thompson This dentist office was a god send to me about 8 years or so ago. They helped me when other places said they couldn’t. Will be hopefully seeing them again soon. If you are contemplating if you should go here then don’t because you will be more than happy you did. They treat you like you are family.

Charlie Peterson The first time, I had them do work it was a simple tooth extraction and everything went great staff was wonderful and still is. Second time I visited however again to have a tooth extracted, the dentist took it upon himself to extract a second tooth with out my consent or even clarifying that he intended to take two teeth out which would have been a no had he done so. Needless to say I am very displeased and will be seeking compensation. If they brink you a thin, awkward guy with glasses, who is kind of stiff and doesnt talk much, named Kyle to work on you, request a different dentist immediately he does not know how to communicate with patients properly and is the one who felt the need to take an extra tooth out of my mouth without permission.

They are going to be able to save teeth that other dentists said they would pull. They discussed the plan for my next appointments in a confident way. Other dentists Ive been to tell you what they are going to do. These guys made sure I was confident and informed about my choices of treatment. I experience. Lot of anxiety and I left this place calm md happy. Thank you to everyone who contributed in my appointment.

mark mcgary Peliminary to an appointment, two extractions, upper ..age 14, I visited in person to make provision for a mild pain med. Daughter. I was told zero meds or prescription was available and made to seem ignored in my concerns. I canceled the appointment and I would not recommend this provider. This is not an adequate response to a difficult dual upper extraction. A zero. I suggest an indifferent care provision to your child. Seek more caring providers.
