G H I have been a patient here for several years. While there have been some challenges with previous providers, Dr Jen made it right. Professional, courteous, and fair. The new office is built to exceed industry standards. They can even mill crowns in house now. Also, they have awesome people like Jessica.

Mila Cozac Have been coming here for years and now they are at their new location. Beautiful building. Good location. Never had problems with my cleanings. I wouldn’t recommend getting too much work done at the same time. I did that and it was hard on my jaw and caused TMJ for a couple of months. Otherwise I have no complaints.

Janette Rich Been very happy with their ease of getting scheduled, the knowledge & friendliness of the Hygienists I have seen. I have seen 2 dentists there as well, and they are nice as well. I just wish they would give a toothbrush & toothpaste after cleanings.

I also decided to not continue to plan for treatment with how unpersonable I felt the Dentist himself was towards me. I felt immediate distrust from this practice after my initial visit and cleaning. Cat Norton Its been a year since I went here and it keeps bothering me so I wanted to leave an honest review. My initial experience with this dentist was positive as the staff was all very nice but I quickly started to get uncomfortable as my appointment furthered. They told me I had 15 cavities that needed fillings which felt like a crazy amount but I listened and got them filled the same day. At the beginning of the appointment they asked if I had any anxiety about the dentist and I expressed that I didn’t necessarily love the dentist and it makes me a little anxious. When they went to do my fillings they didn’t adequately numb me and i started feeling some serious discomfort and pain. When I brought this up they told me it was just anxiety and getting fillings is not painless so there is nothing they could do. The rest of my filling were so painful and I almost started crying as they continued. I have gotten filling before and NEVER have felt a thing besides the initial poke from the numbing shot and some buzzing. This was NOT normal discomfort and was very painful. Ever since my appointment the fillings have been giving me some discomfort and pain every-time I eat despite this being a little over a year ago. I can also feel where every filling is as they are not smooth and feel like edges and holes on my teeth. I also noticed I now have a bigger gap in between my teeth that food gets stuck in so I have to be extra diligent when flossing after every meal. Overall this was a horrible experience and I regret ever going to this dentist since I now have more problems with my teeth then I started with and I am almost constantly feeling discomfort.

Caleb Maxwell Plz dont waste your time if u need actual work done on your teeth!!!!! I cannot wrap my head around how this place has so many 5 star reviews? So let me give you my experience along with my families! For me i needed to much work done apparently, and they wouldnt pull a tooth that was killing me because they told me i qualified to go a emergency route with a hospital. And they would help me get my teeth done and they could help me finance it like a hospital. So okay sounds good and waited 2 weeks in pain. To get sent to OHSU school of dentistry.........anyone can go there and they dont work on u unless u pay up front and zero financing!!! Wasted my time and didnt help me at all!!!! Then my wife, said they wouldnt do anything until she gets her wisdom teeth removed....so they scheduled her to see a surgeon.... So she goes to that appointment. they tell her none of her wisdom teeth need removed because all but one had already been removed like we thought.... and they couldnt do anything... because they only do surgeries. So she has to find another dentist to fix her teeth because she needs one removed and because of that they wont do her other cavities or cleaning............. Now today my grandfather went in to get a checkup before a knee surgery..... Found out he has a infection okay so one would assume they would give him something.......nope told him he had to go to someone else to get looked at??? So tell me what the hell does this dentist even do??? All i have been able to gather is he takes people charges their insurance for the visit and only does the things that pays the most otherwise he just kicks them out to someone else and charges their insurance for a worthless appointment!!!!

Shobana Prasad This is my 1st time at New Image Cosmetic and Family Dentistry. The location is good. Office is beautiful. Staff amazing. My hygienist greeting me nicely, amazing person, knowledgeable and caring. She kept me informed on what she was doing on every step. She was very gentle. I enjoyed my cleaning and assessment with her. Dr Blake is knowledgeable, caring and supportive. He cares about patient’s comfort and the atmosphere. Visiting this dentist office was the best choice. Chris Bloom I had many friends use this clinic. So when I needed some expensive work that needed to be done, I wanted a consult. I got an appointment within 10 days. The office is comfortable with a lot of parking. The staff is very patient and caring with the geriatric population. Dr. Alex is competent and matter of fact. You cant beat the price! About half the cost of other dental offices. They do seem to ask to see you more frequently after a procedure than most practices, but I take that as keeping an eye out for any problems, which for the elderly, they might not be able to keep a watch on. I will continue to access their excellent services.

Jade Marie Exceptional service and care. I have a slight phobia of going to the dentist and I have to say the office was clean, comfortable, and I felt welcomed from the moment I walked through the door. The secretary greeted me with a smile and got me checked in. The dental hygienist (sorry didn’t catch name as I was nervous) was so nice, she took good care of me. She was gentle, took her time and handled my anxiousness without getting upset or rude. She was confident, thorough and I could tell without a doubt she knew what she was doing. Then the dentist (Andrey Vorobets) came in and he was also kind, and didn’t make me feel ashamed, embarrassed, or uncomfortable regarding my lack of dental care. I do brush my teeth daily and take care of my teeth to the best of my ability, but haven’t been to the dentist besides emergency services in over 8 years. He went over my X-rays and explained everything clearly. He was not rushing, pushy or trying to make me do anything I didn’t feel comfortable with. In fact he let me know I was in charge of my dental care and moving at my own pace. When the dentist finished up the insurance administrator came in to go over my care plan and billing. She was also nice and explained things well. My insurance is in-network so the prices were affordable and I was able to move forward and get started on deep cleaning right away. I left feeling hopeful and optimistic about getting my dental hygiene back on track!! With all this taken into amount I would recommend anyone to Padden Dental. Especially if you are like me and have anxiety or stress regarding going to the dentist.

Melanie Monks Favorite dentist Ive ever had! The front office is just as great and important as the back and they all do exceptional work! Ive always felt cared for above and beyond. I now live in Portland, but this is the one medical service my husband and I wont switch to anywhere else as long as were within a reasonable driving distance. Worth it!

Belle Villet I hate to do it, but I had to remove my first 5 star review I left. My 3 year old daughter fell at the playground & severely chipped off two of her front teeth. I called this office immediately to schedule an appointment to get her teeth checked. I could tell the person who answered the phone was not in the office because there was road noise as if they were outside or in the car. They seemed totally distracted & asked multiple times why I was scheduling an appointment when she has a teeth cleaning in April. Then when we finally get to the appointment the next day, the dentist Dr Kyle seemed way too overwhelmed. He told me he had another patient he had to get to asap, so he could repair one of my daughter’s teeth, but the other one didn’t have an exposed nerve according to him. He gave me no options, basically just this or nothing. So I had him repair the tooth because I felt pressured by his lack of available time & he told me to simply not have my 3 year old eat with her front teeth anymore until she’s 6 and has teeth falling out. I was incredibly unsettled & upon looking at my daughters teeth myself could 100% see major nerve exposure on the tooth that he said was fine. I got a second opinion from a pediatric dentist following the appointment with Dr Kyle & they were appalled that he did not address my daughter’s other tooth at all. Basically, due to his lack of care, the exposure caused a lot of inflammation & an infection in my daughter’s tooth which is now actively dying in her mouth, & the tooth that was “fixed” was apparently leaking and not protecting her tooth at all. She now is scheduled for an emergency root canal & they will also cap her other tooth so it is actually protected, which was not offered to me as an option during my discussion. I would not suggest anyone with small kids come to this office because the amount of attention you need with little ones seems to be much more than they can give.

Jihan Al-Baqsami I’m so glad I found this place! Dr. Julie is awesome. She took the time to go over my issues and made recommendations based on my exam with her. I really appreciate that because as a patient, you can receive so much information and not know what any of it means. If you’ve been there, you know what I mean. Jasmine, the dental assistant, was kind and made me feel comfortable during the exam. Last but not least, Sam and Sofia in the office were also kind and made sure I left the office with everything I needed. Thank you all! :)

Rachel Jobin Doctor Julie and her team are accommodating, friendly, and intentional. These are all qualities in a dentist and office that you want. I lost a crown that I previously had and they were quick to call me back and get me on the schedule right away. A dentist who is passionate about lifelong learning in her craft and who doesn’t burn out on teaching the patients about what is best for their oral health is hard to find, but we found her! Thank you Harmony, you brought just that to my day, as well as a little fun, since I left with a $10 coffee card as well. :)

Marisol Elizalde I went in for a broken filling and got it replaced the same day Dr Julie was great and I didn’t feel a thing. The staff Sam, Xochitl and Jasmine were very friendly and made me feel very welcomed. It was the best experience I have ever had at the dentist.

Richard Beilsmith My experience with the hygienist for teeth cleaning was professional and pleasant I would give him 5 stars, however the front office lady not so much, not worth a star. She wanted me to complete updated information, I told her that I did it in the computer when they emailed me that request weeks earlier. She said they did not get it, to which I replied it thanked me when it was completed, but just like in the past within a few days I get the same email request, even if you fill it out again, same thing happens. I usually get 3 requests and mentioned this the last time in which he was 3 months earlier, to something was wrong with their email info request. My wife who sees same dentist has had same issue as me and she also mentioned it. My low rating here is because of the her response " well your the only one with that problem". Wow, great customer satisfaction response. I signed the dam form, but gave no information. Excuse me for pointing out an issue and basically being blown off.

Elizabeth Hunter Ive been coming here a few years now and have always had good experiences. The hygentists are friendly, accommodating and knowledgeable. Today Marisol did my cleaning and she was a lot of fun and had perfect suggestions for at home additional care for my teeth that i will actually stick with. The doctor is also fantastic. He will work with you and your needs. He explains issues, procedures and possible solutions clearly, and bonus, he has a wonderful sense of humor. Even the reception staff have always been inviting.

Edgar Garibaldo I recently became a new patient here. I was honestly surprised at the level of attention the staff provided. The dental hygienist Marisol took her time and was very thorough. I really appreciated the attention to detail and their efforts to do great work. I have other appointments coming up and I feel that I am in good hands here. Jean Stammet Am a senior using a walker. Staff watched over me assisting getting door access in an out. While l awaited my transportation, they asked if l needed water or anything. My transportation proved to be tardy in my dropoff, and when l called to notify them of a probable late arrival, they were ever so eager to find how to work around it- without admonishing me at all for a problem not if my making. As it happened, l arrived on time!!! My hygienist very complementary on my tooth care and made sure l was set up in 6 months. Meanwhile, my cell pinged as it followed my next appointment being set and thanking me for being a patient. And as usual Dr. Roman have me a sincere greeting and assurance that, as a conscientious patient, l was doing well. Hats off to all staff for creating a caring atmosphere!!!

Taylor Bennett-French Best dentist Ive ever been to. Had a tooth extraction, relatively cheap without insurance and made me as comfortable as possible. They got me in quick and got me out quick. Pain was bad but they numbed me good.

Aurelia I was here to get dental work, and they agreed my insurance was fine, but then they wanted to sign an agreement that said that I agreed that they would not accept my insurance. When I questioned this, they angrily said (including cursing me out) that I "should just sign the form like a normal person" and that it was "not worth it". I think I understand what was going on now, but the person was so amazingly rude and unprofessional that I couldnt in good conscience trust him to do any work on my in the state of extreme vulnerability that dental work entails. Just a VERY rude person who has absolutely no business seeing patients. Update: they confirmed that they wouldnt charge me for the visit but didnt put it in writing. If they do charge me I will see them in small claims court -- they had a very confusing "finance" acknowledgment that said they would charge 7.5% interest a month for any outstanding balance.

Deena Cunningham worst experience ever, Dr Jenson was the best, but now is going to retire,so I tried out the new owner Natalya juson.i have had at least 10 teeth extracted in my life with no problems.this time was the worst continual dental pain I ever had. she had me raise my hand when pain got unbearable and she stopped she stated tooth is very loose and ready to go.this happened at least 10 more times. I felt every thing she did. so now I will be like Dr Jenson retiring from mill plain dental except on bad terms
