Manifesting Magic Had a couple sore teeth, Made an appointment today prior expecting something could’ve been done at the appointment. I arrived an hour early in case of paperwork They were over 30 minutes after my appointment time At this point, I am notified that there won’t be any work done today. Then I spent about four minutes with the doctor and I am told that I Need three surgical extractions and implants are US$4000 per tooth. Seems rather insane that you go to a dentist and don’t get work done the same day much less the cost of an implant you might as well just have full dentures. I could get past some of the cost of the icebreaker for me was that when I asked for the prices I was told that I would get them upfront when I asked for the price is upfront. I was basically told that they would text them to me. I still haven’t received anything. I feel like it’s just a scam to get your money. I paid out-of-pocket to spend two hours. Waiting to speak for four minutes. And then be sent on my way. Perhaps next time ensure that work might be done the same day…

Ron Murphy One of the girls was nice enough but for the second time in a row, things just do not work out with gentle dental. 1st time Bonney Lake, Scheduled an appointment, did really well, had to go back for a deep cleaning, no record of my appointment even though I had a card and could not be seen that day. Now Meridian Gentle Dental, made my appointment, confirmed they take my insurance, went there 15 minutes early, they had our number written down wrong, 1 hour later told me I had to be registered to go to that office. I found a new dentist though, verified everything, told them what I needed done, all should be well. Gentle Dental probably has good dentists but work on your staff at the counter, one of those girls was kinda rude but whatever.

Charles Oliver When a patient expresses that they are in 10/10 pain, have already been seen at urgent care and come to your office with a sense of urgency which you confirm via xrays… it is cruel to make them leave your office still in pain, casually taking over an hour to send a prescription and more importantly send a prescription that could not be filled, TWICE.
Resulting in myself being in pain all day and forced to return to pick up a hard prescription because they have no idea what they’re doing.
Even when I picked up the hard copy they didn’t even put a quantity, which I had to have them correct to avoid further issues.
As a medical provider you should make your patients care a priority, which they simply don’t. I had to do all the leg work to call around to various pharmacies to make sure they could fill a simple prescription, coordinate them being canceled and verify, retrieve everything all while in excruciating pain. My initial appointment was at 8am and I still don’t have the prescription 8hrs later.
