Colleen Hoefer I had written approximately 1/2 of my review. Now it is gone , so I will write another.. I would never want to scar someones reputation if it wasnt for the horrible, experience that I endured, and that extended 2 years in length. I Received snap-on dental implants from Dr. Sighne , approximately 2 plus years ago. I wasnt sure if I wanted to give a review, but it has been eating at me ever since it happened. Speaking of eating I was never able to eat with the denture in. It didnt fit. Even when Dr. SIghne attempted he would use great force to snap them on. They always hurt and left painful soars. I was to discover later, that the placement was way off and I needed 4 not 2 implants.I tried so hard to make them work, to no avail. After about a year, I had grown to feel hopeless and saddened. I tried to talk to the Dentist about any options and I started to cry a liitle for the 1st time in front of Dr. SIghne. He became nervous as well as agitated. I said I was sorry but I was so frustrated! He said that I had better conduct myself in a more dignified way, and if I couldnt control myself, that I should not come back . I was shocked. I was not some loud blubbering idiot- I had shed a few tears. After that day I was treated by the office Manager, Sharon I donteven know if she had the credentialsto do so.. When passing Dr. Sighne in the hall or at the front desk, he wouldnt say hello or even look at me. I couldnt believe it! I had done nothing wrong. Sharon attempted to reline , and file the denture,etc. Finally telling me I needed to go get a second opinion! After a year and a half! I did. I paid $175. for it, I had a written report from the Dentist and eagerly called to share the results with Family Dentist. I couldnt get through, and after several attempts at communication discovered that I had been blocked! Unbelievable, I had my daughter call,and my sister- who accompanied me to my appointments call. They were told that I should pursue the 2nd opinion and they had done what they could and I no longer was a patient with them.. After I had paid in full, suffered, and endured pain the entire time, and just wanted to eat and have some nice teeth I was told that they were done with me! I got a hold of someone who was part of the Dental assoc. he helped me to receive part of my money back. I should have received a lot more than I did , but I just didnt have the strength. I was facing surgery and was tired and needed rest. I had been so hopeful... what a terrible experience, Unprofessional, and just mean.

Sarah Hendricks I wish I could post ZERO stars for this man. I went in to have a cavity filled and for as long as I can remember, its hard for any dentist to numb the top of my mouth. The cavity was on a tooth that was on the top so he stuck me three times trying to numb it, then got mad when I said I could still feel it and said "This is as MUCH as Im legally allowed to give you, so if this doesnt work thats just to bad." Then he got to work on filling it, but when he was drilling I was in pain. I kept making noises to alert him that it was painful which most dentists in the past would quit and figure out how to fix it, but he got MAD and said "You know, the noises dont really help much." and he kept drilling. He is by far the worst dentist Ive ever been to, and I havent been back since. Also, he was gossiping with his hygienist about his daughters love life in college the entire time, which I thought was pretty unprofessional, and also probably why it hurt so much. You cant really focus on what youre doing if you are talking the whole time. If you are a sadist, then this guy is your man. If however youre like most normal humans and dont like pain, steer clear of this guy.

Anti Sally Located in a newer Professional Office Building the Dental Practice has a welcoming Office Staff. The waiting area was comfortable and very clean. The back part of the office, where the dental work is done had seating for treatment with a view of a green belt area full for trees, it was calming and beautiful. All of the equipment looked like it was new, clean and well organized. Not for one second did I feel uneasy. Everyone was very professional and treated me with respect. The DDS and Assistant were kind and informative about the whole process before things were done as well as during. The entire experience I had in the Dental Office of Kevin Yoder DDS of Port Orchard, Washington, Kitsap County was one that I enjoyed! I highly recommend Family Dental Associates for your dental needs.

Bryan Bakotich Everybody in the office was really nice and helpful. I told them I tend to get nervous when going to the dentist and they made sure to keep me comfortable and really explain everything that was going on so there was nothing to be worried about. Dr. Yoder was very professional, but also laid-back. He explained everything that was wrong with my teeth and gave me a clear plan of what I could do differently at home to help fix everything myself and avoid needing the drill. The office is very clean and has a nice view from the exam rooms. I would recommend this dental office and Dr. Yoder to any family/friends that are looking for a new dentist.

I was talked out of seeing a different periodontist by my dentist so that I would avoid another exam fee. I waited .....and waited until I was finally seen. It was a very quick appt- but I find out weeks later Yasman Sanais office charged me a SECOND exam fee. Unbelievable and feels like a scam!!!When questioning the receptionist who called attempting to collect a ridiculous amount for a second exam fee she smugly says- thats ok- we will just send you to collections. AVOID- choose the OTHER Periodontist in the area so you arent taken advantage of.

Melinda K. Morse Started going to this Dentist several years ago. Had several dental concerns needing addressed. Their flexibility on Payment Terms was a plus at the time. They had a package which included X-Rays, Cleaning and a Percentage off of Work needed done, however, the Price was high & they wanted it up Front and never followed through with some of the Care it was to include, like X-Rays and Exams. The Fillings in nearly every tooth they Filked have fallen out and they charge to re-do, when their Fault to begin with. They did a Front Tooth Crown, very Expensive, it lasted a few months and it broke off at my Gumline while out for Dinner with my Family on my Birthday, ruining my entire Birthday and very embarrassing, while eating Salad. They tried everything they could to justify their actions. I brought my Sister as my Witness because they did this before. I had to see an Oral Surgeon, pay for Extraction, Implant, this Dentist should have paid for all that, he did not. All he offered was to pay for the Crown, but, charged me for Post which he definitely should have paid for. When the Pandemic hit they werent taking Patients for a bit. As soon as they were, they couldnt get me there fast enough to put that Crown on so they could charge me for the Post. They did other Work i.e. Extraction, Root Canal and gave no Pain Medication, when the Novocaine wore off, I had severe Jaw, Head Pain, once suffered all night, the other time, suffered and insisted the Dentist prescribe Pain Medication close to my Home. I have always used Oral Surgeons, Endodontists, what a mistake that was. I accidently missed an appointment with the Hygienist because I put the Appointment Card in my Purse, this Letter comes discharging me from their Practice. I was to have a Temporary Plate while my Implant healed, after the Implant, the Oral Surgeon said didnt fit, the entire time had nothing. It goes on and on and on, there are alot of good Dentists in the Area, steer clear of these people.....their Dental Assistants are also quite rude, my Sister is my Witness

Boyd Shelby I like to think I’m usually a pretty calm and understanding consumer and patient.. but when it comes to dental work and surgery I get very nervous and anxious! Bless the staff at Dr Tellingtons office for their understanding and patience when it came to my nervousness before and after surgery. I can’t thank them enough for all they have done especially Dr Tellingtons transparency and thoroughness when it came to my procedure. You guys are all awesome at what you do!

Elisa Bond After having some questionable experiences elsewhere I was nervous when I had to have another tooth pulled. I told my dentist about my prior experience and she said lets send you to a different surgeon. So she referred me to Dr. Tellington. DR. Tellington is amazing. The whole team was amazing. From the consult to the extraction. 100% reccomend if you need work done they do it well. Today I had the extraction. And they where great from the moment I walked in the door to when they pushed me back to my car. I was a little nervous and they helped me through it. They also played music specifically for me which I got to choose (Tom McDonald)if I need more help I will definitely be back to Dr. Tellington.

Dawne Reynolds I have been seeing this dentist for 5 ot 6 years now. There have things that just dont add up. But today is the topper. I called because my taste started being off. I had an orange last night and it burn my mouth like if I drank really hot coffee. I didnt think too much about until I had lunch today and the same thing happened with a chicken sandwic. So I looked it up on the internet and it said to call your dentist. So I called my dentist and they were so helpful NOT they told me they couldnt help and to call my doctor. I THINK ITS TIME FOR A NEW DENTIST
