Tara Torres Im so glad we found Dr. Bo & his team when we moved to Lacey. Theyve been fantastic with my oldest since he was 8, & are great with my toddler since he got his first tooth. They have a little arcade/movie area for the kids and give "Bo Bucks" at each visit that the kids can use to buy things. Everyone that works there is kind & theyve all always made our kids feel so comfortable.

C M We love Dr. Bo! He is great with kids with sensory issues. He explains things without scaring them. The kids get prizes and there are arcade games in the waiting room. Its a win for parents and kids alike!

When I first went to Dr. Janssen I had terrible sensitivity but for the past years this has pretty much resolved. Dr. Janssen is caring, thorough and does what is best needed for the patient. Our entire family has gone to Dr. Janssen and she has seen a couple of our sons when they were younger for urgent sports-related knockouts of teeth and we are so thankful she saved their beautiful teeth! Warner Johannes Dr. Jude is a perfectionist dentist with honesty and integrity!! He was able to design and make my upper and lower prosthetics that another prosthodontist could not build, but still charged me for!!! I’ve had them for over 10 years and they still fit and function perfectly without wear on my other teeth!! His hygienist is excellent, as is his office mgr/scheduler!!!

Sonja Dyer Dr Jude and staff are absolutely wonderful. I was referred to him by my periodontist and I will not go back to regular dentist. Had to have a full upper arch on 5 implants. My periodontist and Dr Jude worked together and I am so happy with the results. For anyone that is needing dentures or implants, Dr Jude is the best. Highly recommend him to anyone who is in need of any dental restoration.

The receptionist (Sorry, I should remember your name), at the front desk is fun, always friendly and kind, and Always remembers my name. I hear her talking to Other patients and find her to be genuinely concerned with their issues The dental hygienist that takes care of my dental maintenance, Jewel, (I know I’m spelling that wrong), is really gentle in her approach with my teeth and Today, like so many times in the past did a thorough job of cleaning my teeth, making sure when I left there that my teeth were clean. And as Jewel does this dental work, all the while talking, and letting me know things that are happening in her life, which Is a calming effect, and makes sitting in that chair a lot more comfortable and easy to tolerate being at the dentist. Going to the dentist can be traumatic, but there is no other dentist that I would rather go to then Dr. Lasley, Who always pops his head in and check my chart and listens to my concerns, Always making sure that I Continue to have a healthy mouth. If you’re looking for a good (Dentist), I highly recommend this guy who has all the Whistles and bells and toys To be sure, I am Healthy.

USA Guam (GuamUsa65) First visit to the dental. Clinic was actually enjoyable. Dr Lasley spoke plain English and took the time to help me understand my treatment plan. Corrina was very helpful and walked me through billing and Ocio ( I hope I spelled her name right) was so good and friendly. Thanks … I’m glad I found a great dentist.

Chris Dods I got mildly sedated for 3 teeth being removed and some other work done along my first half of a cleaning. Not necessarily in that order. Point is they did 3 hours worth of work, I came home and slept it off and my mouth barely is sore! I’d say that’s rather impressive!

Maaike Batey Have been a patient here for 20+ years. Was told that a mouthguard for only the bottom would be $1400. I asked for a call back or email for some less expensive options. Crickets. Very disappointed. There was a couple other issues too long to rehash. Currently looking for a new provider. Dr wan and evalina are both great. Office staff need to be replaced.

Maddy Barnes The manager here has no clue what she’s doing and has the worst attitude, dealing with the customers like they’re something on the bottom of her shoe. The assistants as well as the hygienist also seem extremely overworked and overall the environment is very off.

A C Dr is great, assistants are great, the hygienist great, however it’s not worth dealing with the rude and entitled office manager.

Sara Vandeventer We are so happy we found Dr. Kim and we think he is so much better than other dentists we had before. He is so calm, so good in what he does, and he is not pushy at all for the treatments that may be needed in the near future. Always with good advice to take care of the current condition. I really enjoy the cleaning twice a year with Olha. She is very skilled and remembers the conversation we had prior. Always enjoy getting my teeth cleaned and chatting with her. Just like seeing a good friend.

Gold Leaf Sales I’ve had a lifetime of negative experiences with dentists beginning from childhood and for that reason avoided regular dental care for much of my adult life. I finally found my way to Olympia Family Dental and it changed everything! Dr. Kim and his wonderful staff are so gentle and professional and now I actually look forward to my bi annual visits. And my oral health has improved dramatically. Ola, their hygienist is especially great and makes visits as painless as one could hope for. I have been recommending them to all my friends and family

OlyNate513 In my opinion this is the worst dentist ever. They dont care at all. I have had the same filling break out 2 times in a year . Obviously not very good work. And now they are ok with me having a giant hole in my tooth. Maybe if the filling had been done correctly the first time or second time this would not be an issue. Avoid if possible! This place doesn’t do preventative dental. They wait until the tooth has to be pulled or a root canal. At least in my experiences I’ve witnessed I wouldn’t recommend my worst enemy to this place.

Jessica Bullington Horrible dental care. Finally changed insurance away from them and I have long term damage from the care provided at Willamette Dental. They are incompetent at best but possibly deliberately negligent.

The staff is incredible, the receptionists were lovely and quick, the nurses were very kind and precise, and best of all Dr Lim. He went out of his way to do some fillings I needed rather than send me to another dentist. I really appreciated the personal initiative he took to help me. Great place

Melissa Would not recommend this place. I was going to have my teeth pulled and get dentures by them but have changed my mind and will go somewhere else. I referred my cousin to them because we have the same insurance. My appointment was before hers but they pulled out her teeth and told me I had to go to Seattle because my insurance dont cover it. Me and my cousin have the exact same insurance so I dont know why they are lying to me. They need to learn how to treat their patients equal. I dont understand how they can lie to their patients by trying to charge me and then not charging my cousin.

Ash Venable Edit: I have never changed a review from 5 stars to 1 star until now. I stand by what I said originally about the staff being great but the quality of work is not good (and is not actually "guaranteed" like they tell you it is). DO NOT GET DENTURES HERE. Mine just broke for the third time in two years and that is not normal AT ALL. ESPECIALLY a break in the lower denture, which accounts for two of the three breaks. The first set of dentures I had lasted over a decade and didnt break until I dropped the upper one on the floor in my mother-in-laws basement, these broke the first time before they were even a year old and were never dropped. Not cool. Everything about my experience here was fantastic-- the people are all awesome, helpful and kind; the quality of work is above and beyond, 100% recommend this place!

Audra Snowden Words can not say how wonderful Dr Stover and his team are! I have significant dental anxiety, and everyone is patient, empathic and understanding of my fears. Dr Stover has a great sense of humor and has a kind, quiet way of putting me at ease. Not to mention the high quality dental care I receive, from cleanings to fillings, to crowns, etc. My insurance is no longer in network, but I will pay the higher fees to continue to see Dr Stover and his team.

The place has a family style atmosphere with a great sense of humor added, and Dr Stover always seems to have a great story to tell. We were financially prepared for one expense and relieved to learn what we thought was necessary was not. How awesome is it when a Dr. actually saves you money instead of helping you to the poor house just because they can....

He and his entire staff make me feel comfortable and well-cared for. They are professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. I certainly feel I made the right choice for my new dentist!

Pam Pride I have been a patient at Westside Dental for several years and assumed I was getting good care. The team had me on an every-3-month cleaning schedule. The last cleaning took only 20 minutes. I requested shifting to every 4 months. Dr. Winter reluctantly approved that schedule. I then had an interaction with one of the staff I considered so inappropriate and uncomfortable that I decided to change to another dental practice. On my first check-up the new dentist, Ingrid Hansson, told me my teeth were healthier than 95% of her patients my age and that a cleaning every 6 months would be more than sufficient. Why was I on a 3 month schedule at Westside Dental? I also referred my husband, an equally long patient of Westside Dental, to Dr. Hansson. On his first visit she said he was close to losing half his teeth because of the degree of enamel loss, probably from undiagnosed GERD. She advised he would need many crowns, likely 8 or more if he wanted to save his teeth. Westside Dental never mentioned this to him and led him to believe his 3 month cleanings was all well and good. They did say he would need perhaps 2 crowns within the next year and at a cost 50% greater than Dr. Hanssons office. I am outraged by this shoddy and over-priced care from this dental practice.

I have high anxiety around dental procedures and the staff work with me each time to ensure I know what to expect BEFORE the procedures. They check in to ensure I’m comfortable and give me every opportunity to ask questions or take a break if I need it. I never feel judged or like a burden, simply supported. Kayla Shannon is the BEST! I adore her. It was my first time there and I had such a great experience. They are super thorough in their care. Everything was state of the art and really beautiful. A very comfortable office. Theres quite a bit of street parking right out front. Im really happy with my new dentist too, Dr. Maynard.

The procedure was remarkably painless, requiring no post-operative medication. My recent cleaning appointment included impressions for a crown. While the cleaning effectively addressed my staining from tea and coffee consumption, the team proactively contacted me to offer a complimentary follow-up appointment to further improve the aesthetic results. This additional appointment resulted in the near-complete removal of staining, leaving my teeth noticeably whiter. Bruce Been to several of the chain dentist that charge twice the amount, and have unskilled dentist. I hate tooth pain more than anything. But this dentist office hands down has been my best experience ever in my life and I am almost 60. Had a tooth pulled today that another dentist from the chain dentist could not pull. And it was 100 percent painless and it was a top front area tooth. The shots didnt even hurt. I will be a life long customer. Thank you guys for getting me in so quickly and doing the job right.
