Mary Gaines Dr. Draper and his amazingly helpful staff make coming to the dentist enjoyable. He is so caring and gentle, I had an implant done and the whole process went so smoothly. I would highly recommend him to all my family and friends.

UniverseSinking2011 Dr. Draper and staff are so top-notch that Id give more than 5 stars if I could. And Im someone who taught train-the-trainer courses on customer service (i.e., I trained others on how to train people in customer service). The processes, charges, scheduling, insurance billing, steps to be taken, probable length of time for various appointments, imaging, etc. -- every detail conducted and explained in a positive, concise, clear, friendly, and professional manner. If I were still teaching customer service, this office would be a prime example of excellent practices. DM

Thorough information, efficient, very knowledgeable, caring (including a night call from doctor) and everybody very pleasant. I feel leaving friends who have been so great to my care.

Sky Pie after so many terrible experiences with dentists I am so relieved and happy to have found this dentist. hes nice and gentle and he did an awesome job! I made my appointment and got in and out in less than 24 hours! and this may sound strange but it really bugs me when dentists give me crap about my tongue piercing. he didnt say a thing about it. :)

Jacklyn Anderson I have been going to Dr. Berners office ever since I can remember...approximately 27 years now. He is wonderful! I remember getting my wisdom teeth (all 4 at once) removed by him and he was very gentle. I highly recommend him to anyone!

Susan Cook Love Dr. Berner and his right hand person Lea Ann! The atmosphere is soothing, Lee Ann is knowledgeable about everything. And then there is Dr. Berner - he puts your at ease right away and NO PAIN! Then -when he referred me out to an oral surgeon, the oral surgeon highly complemented Dr. Berner, saying he really knew his field and trusted him. Love this Dr!!

Kozi Colberg Front office staff were warm and welcoming when I came to the clinic. The BH manager went out of his way to facilitate the care I needed and remained until my questions were answered. People often find the time and energy to voice complaints but I believe their rates would be even higher if more folks took the time to report the experiences they had. Mine was a positive experience and I will return when its indicated. Thank you OakHarbor BH.

Ryan Togstad The office staff are completely rude and have no idea what they are doing and the same goes for the billing department. The counselors are also not properly trained at all have no idea what they are doing and a complete waste of time! They have no idea what. They are doing and dont have proper training and dont know how to help people exclamation. Mark the only good thing is that psychiatrist. The psychiatrist is wonderful otherwise every other part of this clinic is an absolute joke and a complete waste of time! If you want good counseling, then DONT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH SEA MAR BEHAVIORAL HEALTH IN OAK HARBOR WASHINGTON! THEY ARE A WASTE OF TIME, UNTRAINED AND A COMPLETE WASTE OF TAX PAYERS MONEY! THE OFF STAFF AND BILLING PEOPLE DONT KNOW THEIR ASS FROM A HOLE IN THE GROUND, AND THE COUNSELORS ARE NO BETTER!!!! SUCH A WASTE OF TIME AND TAX PAYERS MONEY!!!! SEA MAR BEHAVIORAL HEALTH IN OAK HARBOR SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN!!!! WHAT A JOKE!!!! These people are so unprofessional and rude and they let the clients get in a relationship with the counselors how does that work? Isnt that against the law for the FCC? The counselors get into a relationship with their client that theyre supposedly counseling when they secretly get in a relationship together? This place is an absolute joke and a waste of federal funds! These people need to be put out of business because they dont know how to run their type of office properly!!!!!

Hearth & Home Cannot say enough great things about this practice. Dr Derek is a great dentist and really cares for his patients. All the staff there have shown so much compassion and kindness. 100% recommend.

John Fischer is an excellent dentist and a man of compassion. These two characteristics make his clinic a wonderful place to receive dental care.

Kaleo Zoberst This is the kind of guy Dr. Fischer is... I wasnt even a regular patient of Dr. Fischers. I recently lost a crown, and could not find ANY dentist in Skagit Valley who would re-fit it quickly. All the offices I contacted either said "No new patients" or wouldnt schedule me for weeks. Not only did Dr. Fischer get me, a stranger, right in, he spent a lot of time making sure my old crown was re-fit absolutely perfectly. When I say a "lot", I mean he made 40-50 tiny changes to my bite that other dentists didnt bother doing at all. THANK YOU, Dr. Fischer!

Alena Yurevich The worst dentist experience. Nothing was bothering me before I came to the office. It was a yearly exam and then they have gave me an initial plan for routine feelings which included 3 appointments. Dr. Hope was working on my teeth. The manner was rough and rushed. On the first appointment Dr Hope decided that she will change the plan and decided to work on 5 teeth on one appointment. She started working on a lower tooth, but there was bad pain when she was drilling so she started working on other teeth half way through the lower one. Everything felt extremely rushed and very rough. She performed work on front teeth, then proceeded to lower tooth. She didnt adjust or polish lower tooth since she was focused on the front teeth and kept redoing the front, only after I asked her to look at the actual picture of what they looked before she did. After I came home the pain started, continued to get much worse with every day on all the teeth she has performed work. I came back next week, asking for a different dentist at this point because I didnt want her to perform any more work on my teeth. Again, these were routine feelings. They had to correct the bite and polish and adjust all the teeth she has worked on. I kept bringing up a concern about a lower tooth which was in a lot of pain, they just kept telling me it was a bite issue. I went to a different dentist, had to do X-rays again, and now this has turned into a root canal on the lower tooth. The other teeth she has worked on are always in pain as well. At this point I had already been to the dentist 4 more times because of the sloppy work she has done, and now up to a limit on my insurance plan. Dr Hope I am really hoping when you have a medical issue a person that performs any medical work for u does exactly the same job for you you did for me. Absolutely nightmarish experience.

The staff went out of their way to make my family’s first visit to their office as smooth and painless as possible. Scheduling was a breeze and they easily worked around my kids’ schedules. Highly recommend.

Mark D Absolutely wonderful experience! Driving to my first cleaning appt with Dr Norris and, ironically, the crown on my lower left furthest back molar came off. Also, a new chip in my right front tooth had recently developed. Dr Norris cements my crown back in, fixes the chip in front tooth and cleans my teeth all for less than $150...made my Friday...thanks Dr Norris, Sumr, Jenna, and Barbara...truly appreciate the full and quick service!

Hanna Dickson Two of my kids have had both cleanings and cavities filled and I have been very happy with everyone I have met. They do a very good job putting both my kids and me at ease. They talk through everything with my kids! My kids love going and getting balloons. Highly recommend for any nervous kiddo patients!
