I even asked if they were in need of a cleaning service. There is no excuse for this. I hope they can get it figured out.

brittney nutting I really didnt want to have to make this review, but they have left me with no choice. This by fair has been the worst dentist I have ever had to deal with. At first I had a good feeling about the staff and we came up with a game plan for my kiddo and they were able to get us in fairly quick. But things have turned really fast. From the very beginning we have been lied to about the financial plan. We were told that insurance would cover a pretty good amount and that we were gonna be left to pay a few hundred dollars after the $300 deposit we already had to put down to book the appointment. My child also needed an anesthesiologist, so they informed us that they would be reaching out to collect payment but didnt inform us they charge $1100 for 90 minutes and an additional excessive amount for every additional 15 minutes. Their anesthesiologist also told us they would submit a reimbursement claim to our insurance which they never did . Whatever We got over that hurdle and let it go because we just wanted our childs teeth to be fixed. Two days before my childs appointment we received a phone call that they checked with our insurance and the price dramatically jumped from a few hundred dollars to a couple thousand dollars at this point we were pretty upset given the fact that we had already put a 300 dollar deposit down to them and had to pay the anesthesiologist 1100 dollars right away and had been waiting almost a month for the procedure to be done so we yet again got over that hurdle. The dentist then tried to remove the 4 front teeth of my 4 year old child because they said there was only a 40 percent chance of the procedure being successfulI I then told them absolutely not and to go along with the original plan on putting a filling over my childs teeth then this is where staffs attitude began to change. I got the cold shoulder and felt like I was disrespected the rest of the time of the appointment. At the very end we had a payment plan set and stone on the total amount of the procedure and what was going to be billed every month and I thought everything was going to be ok after this point and yet again it hasnt been. A month after the procedure, we got a call to inform us that our bill was going up and additional costs were being added. We werent quite sure what these costs were, but at this point me and my husband were just so fed up, we just said whatever I guess add to the payment plan. Another two months goes by and we get a text message from them stating that we owe them another additional amount but yet again isnt explained on what. My husband and I have left several voicemails. We have emailed several times and we still are getting ignored. They will not return our phone calls. They will not answer our emails. And we also just got the summary back from insurance. What was billed to the insurance and what was covered by insurance and what was left for us to owe. The numbers on our insurance Versus the statement that they gave us are over a thousand dollars difference and they refuse to give us answers on what is going on, and we cannot get ahold of them by phone or email for the past two months. Im really hoping they see this review and decided to get ahold of me to get this finical issue sorted out. Needless to say I would never recommend them to anyone I know because you have to be stern with them about whats right for your child which seems to get them to backlash you and if you decided to do their in house financing it will constantly change and make absolutely no sense and causes way more stress then its even worth.

Eli Pemmant The past two years for our kids has been a head ache, in a past appointment they failed to process our insurance and had to pay, last month they were in and supposedly scheduled us in May for crown work without disclosing all the costs, and day of we get there to the alleged appointment to find out there was a "clerical" error and the appointment was never made. Would not recommend this office despite its pleasant outwards appearance.

Andres Amezcua Made an appointment at 12:30 pm. Checked in at 12:00 pm . After that I was left waiting 45 minutes, before I had to say something to one of the front desk about the fact that I was waiting. After they placed me on a room, I waited an additional 30 minutes on the chair to be attended and commenced my care, from my perspective, the doctor is over booking himself, creating a sense of madness in the place, a sense of un organization,, and lack of proper attention. He in other words is over extending himself, I love the staff like the doc, but he is biting more than he can chew at times, you want to feel neglected, this is definitely the place.

Mallory Padilla Ive been seeing Dr. Pham for about 5 years. Ive struggled with fear of the dentist my entire adult life and have never felt more at ease going here. Ive had extractions, root canals/crowns and fillings done without any issues. Both the Dr. and staff are kind, gentle and compassionate. The office is immaculate and Ive never had any worries about cleanliness as I have in other offices Ive been to. Whenever Ive had urgent issues theyve always been accommodating and get me in right away to address my concerns. I highly recommend this office!

T H Front office staff did extensive research with our insurance to get us the best treatment available to us. Dr Pham worked with us to plan today’s visit and set up a future plan. Best Dental experience ever! BTW…the dentist we’d gone to for over 15 yrs totally shut us out when we asked for a different plan that didn’t cost 1000$ for a cleaning.

Charles Huskey The expression “ bad experience “ doesn’t cover my experience. The first appointment I was gagged by the teeth guards while taking X-rays of my teeth repeatedly by two separate staff members. After the fillings were placed I experienced pain/pressure in my ear throughout the week . When I made an appointment to have the problem fixed I was berated multiple times for not calling or coming in the next day. I had no time to come in for an appointment to fix a problem they created. After getting the filling fixed and bite adjusted a film was left on my top right molars in the back. It was not explained to me why it would fill like that until I had to come in again and ask what’s wrong with my tooth. Upon requesting the most experienced they I was told they don’t have hygienist just assistance and the most experienced assistant was the one who berated my second visit.and again today. I had one more filling to complete but canceled my appointment because of having to come back to fix a problem created by them two separate occasions.

Sally Neiland I have dental anxiety and had a great calm experience. I had a large cavity filled and felt no pain at all. The staff are all great and my dentist and assistant checked on me and made me comfortable. I will recommend this dental office to friends and family.

Trisha Ayers They took great care of me! Sadly, I have neglected my oral health and I had to have two teeth pulled. They were kind, non judgemental and I never had a post procedure pain after my numbing wore off. I am not usually that lucky. I am so happy to have found them!

LaDawn Bland This is an exceptional dental practice. The receptionists are courteous, helpful, and very good at thier job. I spend most of my time there with Diane, who not only does a great job cleaning my teeth, but makes it an enjoyable experience. Dr. Hixson has done some dental work for me, including replacing ancient fillings that were failing and giving me my first crown. He does incredible work, and makes you feel at ease while being worked on. If youre looking for a new dentist, you cant go wrong with this office.

Savanna Graff Ive been going to Dr. Hixson since I was a kid and now as an adult I drive out of my way twice a year to see him. Hes an amazing dentist with a great sense of humor and the hygienist staff is stellar as well.

Open-Craig Kobayashi After my dentist of almost 40 years retired, I tried several dentists as replacements. In all prior cases I spent much more time with the dental hygienists, and I only spent a few (less than 4) minutes with the dentists. And, I was assigned new hygienists on each 6-month visit. Dr. Hixson has EXCELLENT hygienists, assistants, and office staff who are friendly, professionally capable, funny, and nice to be around. And during my visit Dr. Hixson personally handled many tasks which had been assigned to non-dentists in other offices. Net result: I had both a complete 6-month service AND a replacement filling done in 75 minutes!!!! And Dr. Hixson personally and perfectly handled my replacement filling with precision! I’m recommending Dr Hixson to all of my family and friends!

Carlos M. Valverde Dr. Lee was the orthodontist of my two daughters and my wife. He has done an excellent job with all three of them. Great communication, personable and willing to explain the treatment process, outcome, expectations and so on. Then, after seeing their results, I went to see Dr. Lee for his opinion on my own orthodontics treatment options. At first, I was not expecting to be able to have the treatment because for many years all other dentists have told me that the treatment I needed it could not be done. I had more than one problem including a dental implant on my front tooth that can’t be moved. This made the treatment options even more limited. After talking to Dr. Lee, he worked around the implant and went above and beyond his own part of the treatment to work and communicate with my oral surgeon and prosthodontist to achieve the best treatment outcome possible in my case. His commitment to excellent treatment and his willingness to work with a challenging case like mine, made it possible for me to have the treatment done. His great professionalism and dedication to improving his patients quality of life through his treatment made a positive impact in my oral health, but also in my personal life. After twenty plus years, I am finally able to have my teeth looking and functioning properly. I give Dr. Lee and his staff a review of five stars only because there are no more stars to give him. Excellent work Dr. Lee, Thank you!

jaime abistado jr Doctor robert and his staff are amazing to work with from the start to finish of my treatment. My experience was a night and day difference compared to smile direct ( which i had before). His aligners are more comfortable, no sharp edges and a lot easier to speak while im wearing em. If you are thinking about getting mail order aligners. Do your self a favor and call doctor robert, you would save time and money.

J Nunn I’m not a patient of Dr. Robert Lee, but I recently had the opportunity to interact with him and was truly impressed by his professionalism and approachable demeanor. Even in a brief encounter, his respect, clarity, and warmth stood out. It’s clear he brings the same level of care and dedication to his work and to everyone he interacts with.

Mr H Both the doctor and her assistant were great at explaining my xrays and the issue requiring intervention. During the procedure, they were very focused on the detailed work, but also so concerned for my comfort! Given the complexity of the procedure, I was totally blown away by how gentle they were. This was far and away the most relaxed I have ever been during a dental procedure. If the thought of a root canal procedure makes you anxious, rest assured. It was the longest and most complex, yet the easiest procedure I have ever had due to the amazing skill and care of my team.

Bailey Brown Dr. Etemadi and Melissa were so great! They both were so accommodating and made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire visit. I can’t say enough positive things about Cascade Endodontics and the staff. The doctor was very thorough, took the time to answer any questions, explained what he was doing as he went, and the visit felt like it flew by. I would recommend them to anyone I know and although I don’t plan on needing another root canal ever, I wouldn’t hesitate to go back if I did!

Arika Pearson Best dental experience ever!! I get extreme high anxiety when it comes to even stepping foot in a dental facility let alone having to get a treatment done. The Dr. and his assistant made me so comfortable and made sure to do everything to calm my nerves. If it wasn’t for having to keep my mouth open I could’ve easily fallen asleep during my root canal because I was that comfortable! Would recommend this place to everyone!

Katie Henry Thank you! I truly appreciate the sensitivity and care this office showed me when I came into their office as my epilepsy medications ruined my enamel and all of my back teeth have fallen out and unsightly cavities are on the front teeth. One is even cracked. I was embarrassed at the poor condition of my mouth and everyone, from the reception desk to the dentist himself made a concerted effort to make me feel at ease and not ashamed. After x-rays and a thorough exam, the doctor decided I needed an oral surgeon who could do implants and dentures. I also had one tooth that had absolutely been KILLING me. It was actually just the root, but it felt like burning shards of hot glass and the root itself and the gum tissue around it was massively infected. The doctor took his break time and asked a couple of patients so he could take care of a dental emergency. Both said yes. Less than a half hour later, the utroublesome tooth root was gone and even through the anesthesia, I could feel a positive difference. I had no post-op pain, just sweet, sweet relief. Since the root was, in his words, spilling pus into my mouth, he also prescribed a strong antibiotic. I was just SO impressed. I really liked my former dentist, but he was too far of a drive and his costs (I looked around for comparison) were too high. Plus, his office manager was really quite rude, not only to me, but to my father when he called. She was really ALLLLL about the money.

Janet Travis Lakeview dental clinic provides exceptional service. I had some dental work that needed done before I had surgery in May, and they got me booked the next day in a cancelled appointment and were able to complete the work in one day. I had three fillings and a crown that were completed. The office staff is very welcoming and efficient and the dental staff and dentist ensure you are comfortable during the procedures and that you are getting what you need for your best dental health. I have been a client there for many years and really appreciate the care they have provided. They are up to date in their technology and their dental techniques and continue to excel in their work. They are the best!

Pamela Valentin Shannon did my cleaning and was so informative and encouraging. No complaints ever on the level of dental services or their competency. I have noticed changes in their billing and payment processes over the last year.Things seem more corporate and costly than when I probably due to their acquisition by a large company a while back. The experience now is different.

Amazing experience from start to finish from the front desk staff to Dr. Barrineau. When I came in for the procedure, I was asked what type of playlist Id like to listen to. Never did I think I would be tapping my toes while getting my tooth drilled, but it was such a pleasant appointment. Their staff really seems to enjoy working together, and I even got a little care package, little touches like this are so meaningful and show the level of care for the patients. Thanks!

Bill Viola Root canal... not fun... at all! However, if there was ever a place you need to go to for the best possible experience for this very uncomfortable procedure, Dr. Wan and his staff are the exact team of professionals you must have on your side! Hands down the best experience (considering) I could have imagined. They took every possible measure to ensure my comfort all while ensuring the dental work was topnotch and perfect! While I am not going out of my way to require another root canal, if, and dare I say, I need another one, Ill be at Washington Endodontics with Dr. Wan and his amazing team.

Faith Everyone here is absolutely wonderful. They did my brothers work and were amazing. And as for me, I get some serious anxiety and theyve been nothing but kind and supportive, making sure Im as comfortable as possible. Even when I have to cancel an appointment because the anxiety is getting the best of me, theres no judgment and they dont mind rescheduling. Stephanie Morgan I cant say enough about Bourne Orthodontics. We have been going here for a few years and we are now finally at the beginning of my daughters braces journey. Everyone in the office is personable and caring. Their communication is wonderful as my 11 year old always knows what to expect. Weve also had to go in a couple times for help and they are always quick to get her in and fixed up. Dr. Bourne always stops by for a chat even if your not scheduled to see him.
