Jane Fox Love Gledhill Dental.
Ive been a patient since it was run by Dr. Chapados and has been the only dental clinic Ive been to for 30 years. No reason to change, IMHO.

I am not frustrated about my use of wireless earphones—I am frustrated by the lack of follow-through from your team. After my appointment on May 15th, I spoke with someone at the office who assured me that my concerns would be passed on to upper management. I was also promised that I would not be assigned to Brittney again due to my negative experience. Yet, nothing was done.
Now it’s November, and had I not followed up regarding my appointment today, I would have shown up only to discover I had been assigned to her again. This shows that my concerns were not taken seriously. To make matters worse, I was informed that there were no notes on my account documenting my call, my request, or my concerns.
I waited patiently for months, respecting the years I’ve spent as a loyal patient of this office, only to receive no action or acknowledgment. Now that I’ve posted a review, it seems the office suddenly wants to make things right. This lack of genuine care and accountability is unacceptable.

I have been a loyal patient at this dental office since I was a teenager and have always had a positive experience—until I encountered the hygienist Brittney. I’ve dealt with anxiety since I was 18 and take medication to manage it. Doctor visits are stressful for me, so I use wireless earphones to listen to music during appointments. This has always been permitted by other hygienists, as it doesn’t disrupt the process; I remain alert and responsive to instructions like rinsing or closing my mouth.
However, during my appointment with Brittney, she abruptly told me, “Okay, time to turn off your phone,” as I was selecting a playlist before we began. I found this unnecessary and dismissive, especially as a 25-year-old adult who has never had issues with this practice in the past. It felt disrespectful and infantilizing.
I raised this concern with the office management, and I was assured they would follow up with me. Months later, I received no response. To make matters worse, I discovered today that I was scheduled with Brittney again, despite my explicit request during my previous appointment to avoid being assigned to her. This demonstrates a lack of consideration for patient concerns and loyalty.
Listening to music during my appointments helps ease my anxiety, which is something Brittney was aware of, given the initial intake procedure where my anxiety and medications were noted. This situation has made me feel disregarded and undervalued as a patient.
For those considering this office, be aware that patient concerns are not taken seriously, and promises to address issues may go unfulfilled.
