Scheduling is always very easy with weekends available as an option. Lynn was very patient and accommodating to my daughter who accompanied me to my appointment. Dr. Lohia helped me understand the steps to reaching optimal oral health.

Bridgett Jack I recently had the pleasure of visiting Everett Modern Dentistry after being a loyal patient to the Snohomish Modern Dentistry for years I was thoroughly impressed by the entire experience. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm smile and a friendly atmosphere. The staff was incredibly welcoming and knowledgeable, making me feel comfortable and at ease throughout my appointment. And I explained to them how bad my anxiety is in a dental chair, they made sure I was well taken care of! Sara, the front desk/billing specialist, was exceptional!! She was friendly, efficient, and went above and beyond to make sure my visit was seamless. She answered all my questions, scheduled my appointments, and even helped lower my bill when she saw how traumatized I was when I couldnt afford all the treatment. She even offered me a warm blanket and tissues when I started crying!! (Remember dentist=PTSD for me from my teeth getting knocked out twice as a child) Her professionalism and kindness made a lasting impression! You dont find that kind of personal care at doctors or dentist these days.... But you will find that here at #EverettModernDentistry Dr. Lohia was equally impressive. She is clearly passionate about her work and takes great pride in providing quality care to her patients. She was gentle, thorough, and explained everything to me in a way that was easy to understand. She even let me drowned her out with my music knowing that helps my anxiety! I felt confident in her hands and left the office feeling satisfied with my treatment. Not only that but she addressed one of my most self conscious areas even when she didnt have to!! The facility itself is clean, modern, and well-appointed. It has a relaxing atmosphere that helps to ease any dental anxiety. Overall, I highly recommend Everett Modern Dentistry They are a team of dedicated professionals who provide exceptional dental care in a comfortable and welcoming environment. I would not hesitate to return for any of my future dental needs!

Kathy Pappert Ive been a patient of Dr McGinnis for years. Every single time I visit his office I get the very best care. Dr McGinnis is exceptional. He has a nice way of putting me at ease. No one gave me a hard time for taking 10 years off. The whole process was easy, and no pain. They took great care of me, and thankfully no issues! I will continue to come back here every 6 months!

Zhanar Newton I would like to recommend Gentle Dental for their dentistry services. The staff is professional and friendly, which creates a welcoming atmosphere. Additionally, their prices for orthodontics are quite affordable. I am pleased with the results Ive achieved using my aligners.

Chelsea Meyers The one star is for the staff/assistant being nice and helpful. I do not recommend this gentle dental in regards to the dentist though. So I go to the one in Lynnwood. Had extractions done. Worried they were infected. Lynnwood was closed so I got in with Everett. Appointment-infected per the doctor. Recommended oral surgeon. Got that scheduled. Said they would send meds to pharmacy. Called me half way back to my job saying they were having issues sending them and wanted to give me physical ones to take to the pharmacy. I drove back. Gave me two scripts. One for pain meds and one for antibiotics. Pain meds were the same I had with the extractions. The same one! This is very important. It’s in my chart. Wrote them on regular paper (I didn’t notice but that’s not my job) and my pharmacist said she had to rewrite them or send them over. So after driving back to where I live to my pharmacist I now have not real prescriptions. So I Called the dentist. Now all of the sudden she is concerned about me having a reaction to the same pain medication I had with the extractions. Told them I had this medication and was fine, asked why they sent it with me then?? They said they didn’t know. I didn’t have a reaction with it. I’ve had it before. I was told they would call me back in a few minutes since they close soon after talking to the Doctor. 20 minutes go by. I’m at pharmacy in a lot of pain and figure I’ll go the er if she’s going to be stupid (why hand me a fake prescription then turn around and say you now don’t want to do it?) but still need antibiotics for infection. Called back and ask if antibiotics can be at least sent over so I can start tonight since they close soon, receptionist tells me doctor will call me back/hangs up on me. What on earth?! I don’t usually leave reviews to be honest but this was ridiculous. It’s now pass closing and I won’t be able to get a hold of them. So I have 2 infected extraction sites with infected bone and concerns about blood flow (per them!) and no antibiotics. Here’s to hoping the ER will help me since I work all week and don’t have time to make another appointment with the other gentle dental. Honestly this is bullshit. Update: now I wish I could do 1 star. I watched them schedule me for the oral surgeon. Yet have arrived today at their other location for the appointment (and I confirmed it was this location with Everett 2 times) and have no appointment. So…stay far far away from the Everett location. I don’t know what is going on there but it clearly is not working.

Theresa Gwaltney As a person who was terrified of the dentist my whole life, my experience here has been nothing short of a miracle. They do everything to make me comfortable, bring the fear down to zero, and make it great. I will never go anywhere else. They are great!

Chelsea Bianchini We liked them at first but in June I complained of a pain in my tooth so I went in and found out I would need a root canal only problem was they told me it would take up to a month to find out what my insurance was covering. At the end of July I called (again) to check where it was at and they told me they would check and call me back. It’s now November and I’ve called and left messages with zero call back. We have now switched insurances and picked a new dentist

Osiris Smith I had given this place 1 star before because of their lack of social skills as well as the service being poor. I had my teeth cleaned, it was done so fast and with very little detail. Felt like I was rushed in and out. They have gotten better. The dentist was sociable and seemed to do a good hob cleaning this time

Mrs Williams I have been complaining about my teeth biting my tongue for two years and it has finally been noticed by my dentist today, on the other hand the receptionist was exceptionally excellent. She took her time to explain everything that I needed to take care of, cost, etc. She went above and beyond.

Jeannie Manning I am so pleased with this dentist. She filled three cavities and I did not have any pain at all. She understood how nervous I was from my last experience with the dentist. One of the most important things that happened is that there was a small part of the tooth that needed to be sanded down and when I called she was just about to close but she opened it up and let me come in at the last minute to send that little piece down. I dont know very many dentists who would take a personal call to help me out like that when they are about to close. I will be forever grateful for Everett Smiles family and implants

The first time I walked in, I was a bit nervous, but felt as if I belonged from my first interactions with everyone. They learned my name pretty quickly and it was a good feeling to think they cared, and they do. Sparkle32 offers Invisalign, if it’s something you’re interested in. It actually does work! But yeah, it was such a great dental experience and I wouldn’t have changed it for anything.

T Roach Everyone was very pleasant, from the front desk, to the dental assistants and Dr. Chin. This was the best experience I’ve had with a dental office. I had two crowns and multiple fillings done here and the procedures all went well and have held up nicely over time.

M majik7 Went here for the first time, recommended by a friend of mine. Met Dr. Luu, whos been there few years so Im assuming hes a little new compare to the other Doctor. Years ago by a different dentist, I had a tooth repair done where I had a chipped tooth and got it repaired. Few months ago the same tooth got chipped again and needed repaired again and came here. For the location, its a pretty old building but the receptionists were very nice. Once I got seated waiting for the Dr. the assistant nurse name Eva (I think) was easy to talk to. Once Dr. Luu came in, took a look and repaired it without a problem. Very friendly people, easy to talk to, communication was great and left without a complaint. I would recommend this place! Will be back for check up soon.

Steve Hailey I have minimal mobility and am in a wheelchair. The entire staff is very accommodating, helpful, and empathetic. Although we could not have the tooth extracted that was scheduled, I was comfortable with Doctor Nguyens judgment call to wait until another visit to do so. I am incredibly grateful to the two women in the front office, Doctor Christine Nguyen and her assistant. All Willamette Dental Group staff I have interfaced with over the years have been fantastic.

Coming from a difficult experience as a child, I have had a lot of trauma surrounding my experiences in the past. Everyone has provided me with a positive dental experience from my first appointment. Samantha, the hygienist has gone out of her way to make sure I am as comfortable as possible for the maintenance allowing me to keep my teeth and gums healthy. Kaylyn Rose Wonderful dentist service! I have to say I am very impressed at their level of professionalism and cleanliness. I was happy to find out that despite me being about 30 minutes late for my new patient exam apt, they still took me in for the remaining time scheduled . The lady hygienist that helped me was very kind and thoughtful. She made me feel comfortable and at ease. Secondly, the financial manager guy really took his time to Answer any and all questions that I had about the many different payment options that I had available for the work I needed. Which was helpful! Lastly, I Was pleased to find out that my visit for that day which included detailed scans of my Mouth/teeth and another workup exam the dentist and hygienist did together was completely complimentary ($500 value). Great visit all around they went above and beyond the “normal” new patient dentist visit! I look forward to my upcoming cleaning Appointment. They definitely have earned a five star rating from me.

Jelly Beans Was looking for a new dental office in the area to go to, so I wanted to try this one closer to home. Dr Kevin is very nice, friendly and knowledgeable. It was until they gave me an Asian lady whos a hygienist, rushed through the cleaning and exams and kept telling me to do this and that, I cogent even breathe. Lady gave me more anxiety than need and was very unfriendly. I wont be returning due to that experience and a comment she made about my teeth that was not so nice as well. Its unfortunate because I actually like dr Kevin who is very friendly.

k d I was seen there today for a single tooth extraction and it was a great experience. I was extremely anxious about this so I was given sedation and the care they provided during my appointment was very good. They dimmed the lights, had soft music playing and even gave me a blanket to stay warm. Dr. Dang consistently monitored me while waiting for the sedatives to start working. Once he started working on my tooth it went very quickly and they even wheeled me out to the car when I was finished. They only take my insurance for extractions but if they took it for other things then I would definitely make this my permanent dentist. Thank you to Dr. Dang and all of his staff for taking such good care of me and not judging me for not having the best teeth and for being very anxious. They also were able to see me very quickly!

I knew each step we were in n the next steps as well. I was made comfortable,they are aware, responsive and kind.funny , personable too! I have a history of getting quite a lot of anxiety before visits. I was able to use meditation breathing and todays 2 crowns was successful! I highly recommend this Dental Office ,as all the staff I have met are just the nicest people.

David Danley I have used Bond Family Dentistry for years and have been impressed with their excellent service. Most recently, I went in for a tooth with a crown and had broken at the gum line, and was seen by Dr. Mehr who took part of his day off to extract the embedded root. He was very careful to minimize trauma during the procedure, explained clearly what he was doing, and was available for follow up. Highly recommend him and Bond Dentistry.
