Shayne Huson Dr. Ly was very good in the beginning and when he would order things or tell me to go schedule with the front end staff (Whitney) and his office manager, Erica or to call them I would have all kinds of issues and be treated so horrible and like I was a nobody and they would tell me the opposite of what he was asking me to do every time. I brought this to his attention and explained to him that I was having trouble with his front counter staff and he told me he wanted me to be like his undercover boss and let him know what was going on, but that’s what got me in trouble as soon as I did tell him, he turned on me and made it out as if I was the bad guy. I feel like he played me against the staff and then in the end he dropped me and left me with no care after spending thousands of dollars using my insurance and almost $1000 out of my own pocket. When I texted him about this concern he ignored me, which showed me how professional he was. Also, he had me come in on the weekend a few times, which was very nice as he was trying to help me, but he had his partner and girlfriend help him and I’m not sure if she was even a licensed dental assistant and allowed to be helping. Very unprofessional in so many ways.

Jamie Beckford George and his wife are The absolute best! George has done everything in his power to make sure that my new partials fit correctly and are comfortable. I am so grateful to have found him. I have already sent a couple family members to him and cant wait to see how excited they are!

anthony This clinic is the best around for dentures. They were able to have my husbands new teeth ready within like two weeks when the other places in the area were trying to make him wait at least three times as long and seemed to be focused mostly on profits. Also the owners/operators are really nice people, actually the entire staff. They make you feel very welcome and definitely care about their patients. Plus supporting local small businesses is essential for the economical health of the community. So glad we went here. Would recommend to anyone.

Johnson I spent the weekend eating cereal and potato chips and I had my salad and I had steak and I had several other things I haven’t been able to eat for quite a long time you see I was hit by a car 2 1/2 years ago and my dentures splintered on the bottom the top also broke in 5 pieces but I put them back together they were broke out of my face and I didn’t have any for quite a long time and I found this denturist in Centralia they made my appointments quickly. I got in there quickly. They made my impressions and three weeks later here I have teeth I cannot tell you how awesome these people are because you have to go in and check it out for yourself they’re efficient they’re genuine. They’re kind they diligently got The papers into the state Even if you have to drive a long way to get there to have them do your denture do it !it’s worth the drive . Best part is no waiting on mail…. George makes the dentures right there in the office. I’m very happy with my teeth. Thank you Desiree Swan and George

Nikki Storms My dentist retired and my care was transferred to Dr. Walker. I have a pretty large fear of dentist, so I was quite nervous for my first appointment. He fixed chips in my front teeth and made them look as good as new! He also did a wisdom tooth extraction. With all this, I spent less than one hour in his chair, but never felt rushed or dismissed. He did such a great job, was very calm and soothing, and his staff made sure I understood the aftercare. Not a word I thought I would have used, but the whole experience was lovely! Thank you!

Don Johnson I have always been very apprehensive around dentists. When I found Dr Walker through a friend and went to have work done on my teeth , him and his staff made me feel so comfortable. Kristi Voie I just established with Dr. White. His receptionist was very polite and helpful. The dental assistant was efficient. Dr. White was very thorough and has a great way of explaining issues with teeth and gums. The hygienist listened to my concerns and fears about pain, and she adapted methods that worked great! I had no discomfort during my cleaning! I will be establishing care for my husband and son right away. Best experience in many years!

Angie Cant say enough how much I love going here. Dawn and Laura at the front desk are so helpful, friendly and accommodating. Mike is gentle, kind and does excellent work. The hygienists are great--my kids even enjoy going to get their teeth cleaned.

Heather Beaird I called Dr. Coles office for a dental emergency. They were able to get me in, and to address the issue on the same day. Every member of the staff that I encountered were friendly. Dr. Cole explained every step of the procedure and asked if I wanted to make an appointment to address my non-emergent needs. They explained the costs before the procedure so there were no surprises. We have been supported with excellent care - going above and beyond expectations: My brother (visiting from Texas by RV) had a sudden tooth emergency. Dr. Cole communicated with us outside of business hours and spared him from a miserable journey home. I have chronic dental/oral issues caused by severe dry mouth. Dr. Cole, in coordination with my rheumatologist, was able to refer me to a local oral surgeon for a lip biopsy that yielded confirmation of Sjogrens disease. Autoimmune diagnoses are not easily acquired - this is a game changer in terms of my future health and dental plan of care. Shelly advises me about my dental insurance so I can receive optimal benefits. The dental assistants and hygienists are top notch. About the bad review: last yr Dr Mercers wife was Very ill & they had parents death etc. Due to Mrs Mercers illness for the last 4 yrs or so she is no longer able to take care of ALL the insurance hassle to get paid so things have gotten very rocky with Dr being able to cover all bases. Please have compassion& understanding. He is pushing himself SO hard to do all he can to help everyone possible.

I could never get suction before and I got suction this time and they are super comfortable. After finishing this 12 week program, I was able to jump right into pursuing my dream job as a dental/orthodontist assistant.

The school has a calm, pleasant atmosphere and the course work is designed to help you succeed! As a mom with a very busy lifestyle, I have found it completely doable. Saturday classes fit my family’s needs as well as my own desire to further my education. Highly recommend!

Kayle Church NWSODA is such a great school! It has given me the opportunity to learn a new career, for a very reasonable price. The school is hands on in every aspect. The teachers of the school are actual Dentist and Dental Assistants that have been in the dental field for years. The school can move at pace of the individual student. NWSODA is an open enrollment school, which is great because you dont have to wait to enroll like most of the other schools in the area. One of the best parts of NWSODA is the length of the school term, the course is only 12 weeks long on Saturdays. So if youre looking for a career change or have been interested in dentistry you should look into NWSODA as your school of choice!

Richard Sowards Good luck trying to get in to see your Dr. Either their computers are down and they cannot make an appointment for you Then promise to call you back to make an appointment but never do. Or theyre either in training Or just flat out wont answer your calls This is getting worse by the months that pass If you actually get in to get to see your doctor things are great but staff is terrible And Im thinking management is horrible its not the 1st go round with this place.
