I went in after a few years without seeing the dentist and they have been supporting me though a multi-year journey of getting my teeth and gums back to good health. Gwen, my hygienist, is great at giving feedback and pushing me to floss better and is always checking in on me and my family (she even made us baby blankets for my daughters). Can’t speak highly enough of this wonderful family practice and great team! Won’t go anywhere else!

kevin bailey Wes Nomi is a fantastic dentist. Hes very careful and gentle, you hardly know that hes working inside your mouth. Hes very open to discuss treatment options. The people working the office are very caring and pleasant. I have recommended him to friends and family.

I was told by my former dentist that the only solution would be to have a root canal and crown for my molar, followed by Botox injections to help relax my jaws. I came to Dr Huynh for a second opinion. He was extremely thorough in his examination, and truly took the time to explain what the issue was, and the treatment options he would recommend. I did not end up needing a root canal or the Botox injections but I did need a crown. The entire process was seamless - Alissa at the reception went above and beyond to help liaise with my insurance, Dr Huynh always made sure that I was aware of what the treatment plan was, and Ivy, his Dental Assistant was the friendliest who always made sure I was comfortable. I felt that the entire team always had my best interest and were never pushing for unnecessary treatments. Im a happy patient and would 10/10 recommend Bellevue Hilltop Dental!

Fiene Cyrus (Seattle Realtor) Jonny is an excellent dentist! The studio in downtown Bellevue is in an excellent location with easy parking. Super clean office with the newest tech in the industry, makes the experience much more pleasant when compared to older dental offices. Not to mention the handholding through each step, even a basic cleaning, which I appreciate very much - as I never was a super fan of the dentist. I look forward to it now! Definitely check them out if you’re in the market for a new dentist, need a second opinion, or want top notch dental service.

Dr Ip is great - high quality work and explains everything very clearly without over-explaining. Hes very patient and it never felt rushed when I had questions. The entire staff is friendly, welcoming, and always looking to go the extra mile to make things as easy and pleasant as possible. The TVs on the ceiling to watch while reclined makes the time go by faster during procedures. If youre looking for a dentist, look no further!

Kathy Mangrubang My brother and I have been going to Premier Smiles of Bellevue for approx 3 years now to see Dr. Thai and Dr. Nam.. They are conveniently located next to the Factoria AMC Theaters. We truly trusted our prior dentist who had to retire early, and we knew he would only turn over all of his patients to a very qualified team after he had done extensive much research. I have been very happy with the new team and I have now had 3 old crowns and a filling replaced as well as my regular cleanings. They both do excellent work. I have NEVER felt that they have "pushed" for unnecessary work, but instead have monitored certain issues over time and had clear communication with me after my cleanings. When an area needed to be addressed, they fully explained their reasoning and were able to point out the issue in the historical X-rays of why it should be addressed. In my personal background/experience, 30 years ago my previous dentist of 20 years retired and sold his practice. At my first (and last) cleaning, that new dentist immediately told me that I needed $5000+ of work done (very unnecessary as I suspected) so I was on high alert (so to speak) in doing my research about the new dentists taking over my recent practice change. I am very happy to report that I have found that Premier Smiles of Bellevue to be an excellent team. It was a bonus to have brothers as now there is always a built in backup as they work different days. Its also nice that they have young families (who I met at their open house) which means to me that I will be retiring way before they do. Kathy M.

The hygienists Ashley and Perla were so lovely and kind, calming my nerves with fun discussion while being as fast and gracious as possible with my X-rays and exams. Dr Huynh was so friendly at first introduction, willing to answer and explain his process every time I asked, and his singing along to the office music made me smile and feel reassured by his experience. Z C Terrible experience with Dr. Edward Lm. I’ve been his patient for the past three years, but after my most recent visit, I will never return. During a routine cleaning, the assistant completed the prep work, and I was then left waiting over 30 minutes for Dr. Lm to show up. When he finally arrived, he spent less than 30 seconds examining my teeth before declaring I had a new cavity and began scheduling a follow-up without offering any explanation. When I asked a reasonable question—whether this cavity was new or missed during the last visit—he snapped and said: “I said twice it’s new. Don’t blame me for getting cavities, blame yourself!” I was shocked. I never blamed him—I simply asked for clarification, and his reaction was defensive, disrespectful, and completely unprofessional. If a patient can’t even ask a clarifying question without being insulted, then this is not a dentist worth trusting. His dismissive attitude, lack of communication, and clear disregard for basic patient respect are unacceptable. I strongly advise others to think twice before choosing Dr. Edward Lm.

P. L. Stay away from this place! They didn’t listen to the patients; instead, they did what would make them money. They told me I had to do deep cleaning, which they would make money on, or they would not see me. So, I switched to another dentist. The new place said I just needed regular cleaning and didnt need deep cleaning at all! My teeth are great now. I am glad I switched to a new dentist and didnt go through the pain from Advanced Dentistry Northwest!
