Allysen Fisher I’ve been to so many estheticians over the years and Karla is hands down one of the best! Her facials are incredibly relaxing but also results driven. She also has really great products that work and don’t break the bank :) highly recommend Upskale!

Rosa-Felipe Quiroz Karla is amazing! She does exceptional work. Before Karla I did not trust anyone with my brows. I will not go to anyone else. Not only is she great professionally, she is an amazing human.

Nancy Luna Karla has been amazing since i meet her. And trains well others. Amazing facials with her and Sunshine. Nice relaxing place.

Leilani Chichenoff We had a couples massage and it was great! I love the stretch out of the arms and neck and the whole massage together. I had Kim and I forgot the name who my partner had. Kim did great!

Brynn Butler I experienced the Japanese head spa twice with Heidi and 10/10 recommend! A thousand times again, and I will absolutely be going back! I was so relaxed and my hair turned out so Shiney and soft both times! Revive and thrive was worth every penny and top tier! Very please with my visits!

Jocelyn I got my first massage from Kim today! It was absolutely amazing, I felt completely relaxed, felt very comfortable she communicated with me the entire time and made sure everything I needed addressed was met. She answered all of my questions, walked me through the entire process explaining what each technique helped with. I left feeling so much looser in me back, hips, and neck, my shoulders and arms don’t hurt nearly as much to move or turn onto my sides. Would absolutely recommend to a friend and will be booking again!

Maria Bautista Jessica did amazing on my set, probably the best one ever received. Will ask for her every time now. I didn’t get the woman’s name who did my pedicure but she was amazing. so nice and relaxing. The girls are great in there.

Alondra Gonzalez I recently visited and had an amazing experience! The staff was friendly and attentive, and they did an excellent job on my pedicure and gel nails. The salon was clean and had a relaxing atmosphere. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for top-notch nail services!"

Sara Cross I came in with a horrific set of acrylics I got done elsewhere, thankfully they were able to fix them and make them beautiful again! Before and after pix! Amazing job. Everyone there super friendly and nice. Affordable. I cant thank them enough.

Marissa Ginghina Heidy did an amazing job with my hybrid lashes! She is very knowledgeable about lash styles and how to map them to compliment different eye shapes! Everyone there was kind and welcoming. The salon is very clean with a chic atmosphere. Im excited to keep getting my lashes done here and to try the nail services! I highly reccomend Gloss Nails and Beauty Spa!

Taylre Iverson The first two nail salons that I tried in Yakima did a really bad job, lifting after a few days and not listening to the shape I wanted. I found gloss nails on Instagram and decided to try them. She did an amazing job! The owner is incredibly passionate about education so they are always updated on current trends. She is also ridiculously artistic and has done some amazing designs on my nails.

heather hall Sully started with the removal of my old nails and put on the shape and size and Itzayana finished the design. They are both so nice and very skilled. I appreciated being able to make a an appointment and have them ready when I showed up. I can confidently say this is the best my nails have ever looked and I highly recommend them and this businesses. I also treated myself to a pedicure with Samantha who is the sweetest!

Anita Mendoza Always get what I want when I come here. Have been getting my nails done by Joe for a few years now. Walk in welcome but I suggest to make an appointment for a quick in and out. Almond shape and design for a decent price

Cosmic Vision Went to get birthday nails I payed over 130$ for I got extra long nails and they refused to make my pinky nail the same length they left my pinky nail super super short it looked horrible and they argued with me that all the nails were supposed to be a different length! I kept insisting they make them all the same length the girl got mad and frustrated she ignored me and one of the guys came to see my nails and said they looked bad in front of my face The girl got frustrated doing my nails because the snow flakes weren’t laying flat she literally got up and left and made the guy who said they were ugly design finish them I never felt like such a bother to someone while paying for their service! They were so rude and disrespectful I never went back again if I could leave 0 stars I would

Fatima Valencia Joe (think he’s the owner) has perfected his craft. I only let him apply acrylic to my natural nails. He’s the best does exactly what I want. Thanks Joe.

Alix Guerrero Took my daughters in for one full set and 2 manicures. They didn’t clean or prep before starting on any of them. Both of my daughters colors look sloppy and spotty. The polish goes all the way up into their skin past there cuticles. My full set are uneven and extremely bulky. On top of it all the place was completely unsanitary and disorganized, very dusty. Was not welcomed or greeted when walking in. I did not feel like we were welcome and it was dead silent. Definitely will not be going back and will find a new place

Gina Many The give great pedicures with long massages. They don’t really have appointments, but it’s worth it given the quality of pedicure.

Teresa Espino I had went in with 4 people 3 pedicures 2 acrilic Nails on may 5th and I paid 50$ for a short set with gell Polish I hated the results she messed up from the start with the wet and powder u can tell and its not even shaped right dont go all but one person had issues

Jodee Blake For some reason my card declined and before I could provide a different form of payment they ran my card 2 more times. This resulted in almost $200 hold on my card. It was a Saturday so it wasnt reversed until Tuesday. Also 5 days after 2 of my nails broke off. They are not consistent in what they charge and dont tell you ahead of time what the service is going to charge so you can decide if you still want the entire service.

Veronica Lamas Walked in on a Saturday morning and was seated right away. They were very professional and were pretty quick! They know what they are doing. I love my set!! I am impressed! I will be back.

colleen silva Very thorough at cleaning & working with nails. I am especially impressed with their treatment of damaged toenails. They clean under the nail…not just the top. They are very good at treating hangnails too. I hesitate to go anywhere else for my nails.

Naomi Paul I enjoyed going to JayDay Nails. I felt comfortable and relaxed. The people working there are very friendly and have wonderful smiles. I had the basic Pedi/Mani. I usually use regular polish but the gel was the same price as regular, so I went with the gel polish. I didnt do anything fancy because my nails were short to begin with, so I went with a glitter gold polish. Im very pleased with the service I was given. The people working on my nails took their time; I didnt feel rushed at all. Overall I give them a 10/10.

Dronning AvNord Spent 90-180 each visit $$$$ I went to JayDay for two manicures and one pedicure. I will NOT be going back. The pedicure was painful, because for some reason the woman dug into my toe VERY hard and made it bleed. I got a full set of acrylics nails and by my second manicure I had nail fungus under the set that was visible and the nail tech did not offer to fix the problem or take off the set. ( I had not had nails in years so the fungus was introduced at the salon) they took off the old set by peeling them off which is NEVER ok. They were NOT sanitary and I will be reporting them to the licensing board. I cannot express my dissatisfaction with their service and cleanliness enough. I gave two stars because the nail manicure and pedicure polish was exactly what I showed the nail tech. Other than that, not the best experiences.

S M Very nice staff! Did a great job on my nails. They get very busy so I recommend coming at a less busy time. Two weeks later and my acrylics are good with just a couple of areas starting to peel off. Online it says there is a way to book but I got a message saying that they cancelled the appt and the online booking is not working. I recommend calling and if they don’t answer try calling again in half an hour.

Justyne Smith Only nail place I go to in town. They moved but still high quality and have added steam to their already amazing pedicures! Love the wax! Makes my feet feel so smooth. Never have had a bad experience here.

Monica Taylor I’ve gone to NYN every 2 weeks like clockwork for the last 6 years and they are fantastic! Tim, the owner, does an incredible job and I can’t go to anyone else because I’m spoiled by the speed and quality of his work. I just went to his new studio today and it’s really comfy/cozy. They have done such a great job with the new space. I can’t recommend them enough!

Lilu Madrigal-Espindola I went to go get my nails done, I showed her what I wanted and she told me I cant get the same length because it wouldnt " look good" on me. I ended up have the ugliest nails Ive ever gotten in all my years of getting nails, they only look tolerable to look at because of the charms I brought from home and they still charged me $75 for coffin design and charms. The first picture is what i wanted and second is what i got. Theyre chunky, unevenly shaped, poor application on the acrylic and doesnt even reach the cuticles, I got burned and hurt by the drill a couple of times but thats okay. I dont see why my nails were $75 when that was the comparison.

Edenia Urenda I came here with my husband, we were looking for a new place and we both loved it. They worked fast and very efficiently. We both got pedicures and a manicure. The staff was super friendly and the gentleman gave a great massage. I wear lots of heals so the pressure on my feet was perfect. We both work with our hands a lot so they got some love too and we were not sorry. Theyre was another man here as well and he was also very happy with his pedicure, said it was the money well spent, and we agree.

Debra Yergen A local nurse practitioner (friend) recommended that I schedule a pedicure with Charlie because he gives such great foot and calf massages.! My feet were sore and he applied the exact right pressure.

Corrine I have never been so disgusted with a place before. It started with them putting me and my mom across the salon and when my mom asked if we could sit closer she said “no”, no explanation nothing, so we shared a look and only after she noticed that look she said we could sit closer. I sit in my chair and there is ZERO conversation other than the usual, what shape and length, she then proceeded to glue on the press ons and i noticed two of them were horribly crooked. I brought it up to her attention and she pulled the usual, “no thats your nail.” I said no it wasn’t and then i kid you not she tried to rip it off. After all of this i just said “no we’re done here.” She then proceeded to roughly take them off, I was burnt multiple times from the sander and she left my nails looking horrible and sore.

Gabriela Daniels Me and my step daughter decided to go for her first time today. And let me tell you I was a little jealous. Not only did we have amazing nail service and artists but we also got to see a salon filled with music and dancing. As we all know not all of our favorite nail artist can’t always talk up a storm due to some language barriers. It was amazing to dance up a storm and hear everyone’s happy voices. If you are looking for a warm and inviting nail salon for any occasion this is the salon. Felt like we were in a Disney movie. And we got our happy ending. Thank you Taylor.

Elizabeth Riddle Slowly going down hill over the last year. They have a punch card and rewards system, but wont honor. How many punches do I need on my card? 50? Before I get 10% off? My last visit, in the hour that I was there, not one but two customers came back in upset that their nails were chipping within a week of their last visit. Icing on the cake for me. Owner will keep tips from his hard working employees. Do better.... sir. Definitely wont be back.

Shanna Bailey Ive been coming here for years and made the mistake about a year ago of using Impressed nails and the adhesive destroyed my nail bed. I finally grew them back and repaired them enough to go see Tom and not only did he make my hands beautiful again, he didnt cause any pain while using the dremel despite them being crazy sensitive from all the damage. Ive learned my lesson trying to save money by doing them myself! Thank you Tom for making my nails beautiful so I dont have to hide them anymore. Youre the best!!

j morton I had read the reviews for this nail salon before I decided to go. It was kind of a mix some negative some positive. So I decided to go and check it out myself. I went on a Monday 2:15 pm. It was quiet with only 2 other clients getting a pedicure. I was met with a friendly hello and asked what I would like. I asked if they had time for a regular pedicure, a nice man said yes. The other nail techs were talking to the clients, laughing and just having a good time, the music was relaxing and I got good vibes there. My nail tech was nice, and efficient. I got a foot and calf message and foot scrub and all the normal pedicure stuff. I had good and relaxing time, the pedicure was great. I’ll be a returning client.

Samantha Albert I had such a great first experience with Erin at A La Mode Salon in Yakima! She is so sweet and made my facial treatment incredibly relaxing. I truly appreciated her kindness and care during my visit. I can’t wait to come back and try more of their amazing services!

A I received the Himalayan salt stone massage by Renate. She has a calm demeanor, very professional and it was a wonderful massage. I could tell she tailored the massage to the problem area in my back. Overall the experience was great from the massage, check in with front staff and salon environment. Highly recommend Renate and this spa.

Misty Sheppard We had to make an appointment but they were very professional and accommodating. I was able to have adjustments made for my colors and design from what I originally asked for with a wonderful attitude fromy nail tech. My daughter also got some extravagant nails for herself and they did a spectacular job! Would definitely recommend and will be revisiting myself.

Allison Miller This is the second time i have been there for a fill and to fix a few nails. They are very welcoming and do a very good job. I love that they will actually engage in conversation. I was recommended by a coworker and Im so glad i went because Im pretty sure this will be my spot. I highly recommend.
