Nicole Buckley UPDATED REVIEW: Noting that the owner responds to negative reviews unprofessionally—there’s proof of that below and on numerous other negative reviews from this month/year. In direct response to the comment left on mine: the issues were (1) causing me physical pain, (2) ruining the shape of my nails, and (3) rudeness—which continues in the owner’s response. I said I didn’t mind that there wasn’t time for a design. **ALSO: this shop appears to audio/video record its patrons to respond to negative reviews. Prior responses reference specific conversations and “seeing the camera”. Yikes.**
I won’t ever be going back to Vybrant after my most recent experience—and this is coming from a loyal customer. I booked an appointment for 3:45 on 12/3, and from the moment I walked in, the tech was extremely rude. I asked if I could do a simple design, and she said no; she didn’t have the time. That’s fair, honestly, especially during the holidays. But things went downhill quickly. For example: my hands and nails were in pure acetone for 20 minutes. That’s not normal, and it’s super painful. I had to ask to remove them after it got too bad to continue. Then, I only got two coats of dip. I’ve had dip manicures for four years every four weeks—and I have always have three coats minimum, regardless of the tech. This tech refused to do a third, then argued with me about my preferences. She even told me that I need to “special request” a third coat *before* my appointment going forward. Seriously? As a result of too little dip, my nails are flimsy and have virtually no color (you can even see the tips of my nails as if this were a French manicure). The tech later added an extra top coat to “fix” the fact that she didn’t use enough dip—but that just made my nails lumpy and uneven. In addition to all that, my nails aren’t even all cut to the same length. I’ve attached photos, and you can see that they’re altogether uneven, have no discernible color (was supposed to be a light pink), and are pocked with lumps/divots. Over the course of the service, the tech also nicked my cuticles and the pads of my fingers (?!) with her drill bit. Given how rude she was and how awful my nails look, I’m upset I had to pay the added 20% gratuity (though honestly this wasn’t worth the base $65 in the first place). I won’t be coming back, and I will be telling my friends—who I recommended try Vybrant in the first place—not to return. So disappointing.

Chelsea Osborn I have been coming here for years and theres a reason I always come back! The quality and staff of Vybrant are truly unmatched. My nails always look so so good, and last a long time (I am a bartender and put my nails through a lot). I honestly cant get my nails done anywhere else because its just not the same. Shoutout to Jade, Timmy, Jolie for their artistry on numerous special occasions in my life! I cant tell you how much I appreciate everyone at Vybrant for always taking great care of me, never rushing and going above and beyond to make my vision (and crazy designs) come to life! ❤️
