Sarah Barkley Outstanding service and elite professionalism! I love going to Polished, Tamara and her team are always a highlight of my day whenever I’m there. Their skin products have helped my skins stay healthy and hydrated in our dry-dry climate.

Johnson Jennie I received a lash lift and tint for $100, but unfortunately, I wasn’t happy with the results. I had hoped for a natural look similar to other lash lifts I’ve had in the past, but this didn’t meet my expectations at all. When I called to inquire about lash extensions, I was informed that Tamara only offers them to certain clients, which I found confusing and off-putting. It felt somewhat exclusive and made me uncomfortable. That said, I did enjoy the eyebrow shaping service. However, based on this experience, I will absolutely not be returning or referring.

Debra Moon Tamara is great and she is always professional and if an earlier appointment comes open her communication is timely.

Abraham Guzman Had a great experience today! Our Barber Danny cut my son’s hair. She was very professional and did very good work on my son’s haircut. Great attention to detail. Amazing taper fade. Danny knows her stuff. Go see Danny!

Sean Dillon Terrible haircut. Called ahead and asked for a good barber that can do a fade and explained the IMPORTANCE of a wedding coming up. Walked in and they acted like they never heard of me. Handed me clearly to the new Guy. Showed him a picture of exactly what I wanted. Wasn’t a request to perform brain surgery. Just a low fade and a trim. The person did not know what blending was. If you want to add customers don’t hand them off to the new guy. Unreal.

Binning Maria “Mrs.binning” The worst hair experience went to get my hair blond and it took Adis the owner over 7 hours to get my hair not even finished and she was wasting time texting one her phone and was trying to rush it payed $300 and at the end and left me with a dark patch on my hair it was embarrassing having to go to work like that and told me to come back and when i went back she had someone else do it and left the toner for ever to were my hair wasn’t even blond it was grey like how unprofessional and she took so long she damage my hair so bad i saw people walking mad out of there because they got bad hair cuts completely ruined my hair dont go here she is only there for the money we are walking money for her.

Tom Barnes She did a great hair cut, and was fast. Both dont usually go well together.

Josip Jason (Box) Accommodated me in between appointments last minute, which was great. Skillful stylist. The shop could use quite a bit of refreshing and patchwork... but other than that, no issues.

Rachael DeMarco I was not greeted when I entered the salon. I waited for 10 minutes while the person working cashed someone out and went back to talking to her friends. I was so disgusted with being ignored as a paying customer (especially when I called before arriving) that I left. I went out of my way to get my threading done here and Im so incredibly disappointed that I was treated like I didnt matter. Dont go here unless you are friends with the person working and speak Spanish apparently then you will get service. Bad way to run a business in my opinion.

Sasha S You will lose over 50% of your eyebrow hair if you go here. I stopped by in July and I’m still trying to grow them out.

Wesley Kert I walked in & was helped promptly at the counter. The employee said the wait would be 10-15 minutes. It was LESS than that. The woman who cut my hair asked me how I wanted it cut. I described it and she did an EXCELLENT job! I am VERY pleased! I havent been there for a little while, but I will definitely be returning again! Very pleased.

Teresa Mata-Cervantes I need everyone to know how amazing Jessica is as a person and hair stylist. Her balayage skills are top tier and she is the sweetest. Everytime Ive gone to get my hair done by her its a 10/10 job. Her prices are very affordable. Ive never paid more than $200 for a haircut and full balayage.
