Harrison Adams I had avoided the dentist for several years until a tooth became too painful to use one side of my mouth. I came into Lee Family Dental simply for proximity and insurance coverage. I had to send my insurance twice, once over the phone and once over text, I also had to fill out the patient forms twice, not sure what happened on their end in both these cases but its forgivable, at least they wanted to be sure everything on file was correct. I had no wait at all, they were prepared on-time. the waiting room does have an uncomfy vibe in my opinion, a little dry visually and tense but since I didnt need to wait long its fine. could be improved especially for kids. while my concern was the hurting tooth, the staff have their own priorities when it comes to overall dental health. internally I objected but in hindsight Im glad they cared enough to provide a comprehensive exam. when it came time to address the tooth, the dentist was very meticulous in diagnosing the exact problem. using pressure, cold exposure, photos and x-ray analysis. the tooth had a couple fractures and we decided that the best route would be to core and crown the tooth. I am a bit phobic of dental work and the staff was very helpful and discussed my options, but in the end we went ahead on the understanding that I could take a break at any time during the procedure if I needed to. the temporary crown was unfortunately one of the worst experiences of my life. before I left they asked if my "bite" felt normal - but there are a couple problems with that question. first of all, my mouth was numb from anesthetic. second, I had not used that side of my mouth to chew for over a year. impossible to tell them if it felt normal. apparently it was NOT correct because I spent the next 8 days in serious pain, it reminded me of having braces tightened but it wasnt improving. I called them on the 7th day after the weekend and they offered to have me come in that morning for the permanent crown (I came in the next day). this was a very painful process, no anesthetic this time (to ensure it is fitting). the dentist was commited to doing a good job and paid no attention to my moaning, which actually made me feel more confident in him, before I had not felt too sure after the pain of the temporary. he was very detailed in his work ensuring all the excess cement was cleared away and filed down some areas of the crown to create space. it has been 24 hours so a little soon to be 100% sure of the results, but I am convinced that this is a reputable dentistry and the work is good. the zirconia crown is strong so the tooth isnt bothering me even without a root canal. I hope it ends up being a finished job I will update again with any issues.

Lenny Kay I’ve been seeing Dr. Lee for over a year now and both him and his office manager, Laura, are simply kind and professional. Besides all the standard things you’d expect from any dentist, they are easy to get in touch with, quick to reply, always follow up and overall, they make going to the dentist just a bit nicer overall. That’s the difference really, and I can honestly say that after having seen numerous dentists over the past 53 years on earth. Highly recommend!

Mark Kollasch Oakes Family Dentistry does a great job! Their hygienists are kind, gentle and caring. Dr Oakes does a great job, explains procedures in easy terms and has a great sense of humor, which puts you at ease. He too is careful and gentle when doing even the more involved procedures. Don’t think you will be disappointed with this dental service provider.

Cheyenne Samano I have been here maybe 3-4 times now and they are awesome. The hygienist is empathetic, personable and helps to answer any question. The dentist is never pushy about anything or tries to upsell us on anything especially without taking insurance into consideration. The admin also does her due diligence to work with our insurance. I really appreciate all of their hard work and making it a comfortable experience.

Victor victorious DR Mo Saleh is as honest as no one could imagine! I had the impression that I needed an implant! But he suggested another solution which was $3000 cheaper! I was astonished by his honesty; everyone in his office was super nice. They treat you with respect and love. I live in Beaverton OR! The drive to Vancouver, Washington, was much worth it! I strongly recommend him as my friends recommend him. I loved the crowns for my front teeth

Lisa Forkner The clinic was high-class, clean and well run. The staff were pleasant, gentle, and professional. My smile was in good shape from the beginning but they gave me the princess smile of my dreams! I opted not to be sedated during the crowning procedure but looking back I would recommend sedation during the procedure. They are quick to respond to any questions and I would strongly recommend them for cosmetic dentistry.

Armando Cuevas Dr Norbu and Erica are amazing. Just had our initial appointment and we were amazed with the whole experience. Firstly, they were both so kind and informative. Ive never gone to a dentist and known what was going on Secondly, the whole facility is unlike any Ive ever been to. The VIEWS are amazing, but also they have TVs in the ceiling so you can watch even more relaxing views while they work. And the background music is so relaxing. It really feels like you could be sitting in your backyard and getting healthier. 10/10 experience Will do again.

Ive been going for 3-4 years now and just had my first 2 fillings though I certainly could have gotten them sooner. So, in general, friendly, knowledgeable staff and consistent experience. I recommend to anyone who needs to find a new dentist.

Holli Poirier I used to see Dr. Kelstrom when I was a kid and the office was called Apple Dental. As I grew up, my insurance was no longer accepted by his office so I changed dentists. When I had my son, I could tell when he was 5, he was very apprehensive about going to the dentist he had been seeing since he was 2. I immediately cancelled his upcoming appointment and contacted Dr. Kelstroms office (Now called Hazel Dell Dental Care). I didnt even think to take him anywhere else. That was 10 years ago, and he still goes here, even though Dr. Kelstrom has now retired. Dr. Jensen is just as wonderful. My son hasnt had anxiety about going to the dentist in years. Im so appreciative that Dr. Kelstrom found a dentist just as awesome as he is, to take over his practice.

They made sure to help with the pain and infection first, then pulled the two teeth. I would highly recommend Vancouver Dental Care. I am definitely going back!

Sequoia Hobson This has to be the worst dentist I have ever been to. The front desk staff was cold and unwelcoming and the visit its self was terrible to say the least. I went in for an extraction and I told the lady several times that I was not numb enough and was feeling a lot of pain, she continued with the procedure anyway and left the room without a single word to me when finished. A week after my extraction I returned due to severe pain in my gums and was sent away with no resolution and told there was nothing she could do. I decided it was in my best interest to get a second opinion elsewhere and I am thankful I did because they found an infection in the extraction area and were able to get me the antibiotics I needed. I would avoid this place at all costs.

She explained every step and checked to make sure I was Okay during the extraction. I appreciated the patience the entire staff had with me since my last dental experience at another dentist had been horrible. Everyone was also extremely conscious of cost and what insurance would cover. It was really refreshing to have a doctor who is mindful of insurance’s limits. Also, I actually ENJOYED my cleaning!! It was the most pain free cleaning I have ever gotten. The hygienist Sabrina was very good. Will come back here as long as I can.

In addition to having my teeth regularly cleaned Ive had a couple crowns replaced. They make the crown on site while you wait. I really like that as opposed to getting a temp and having to come back.

I felt more relaxed once he had diagnosed the problem with my denture and pain. I have made a new patient appt to establish a regular dentist. My dental Hygenist was Kramer and the 2nd time Albina they both did an amazing job very thorough gentle and detailed. They definitely deserve a raise. Dr. Lewis actually checks out everything once the cleaning is done and makes sure all the things that needs attention gets addressed and they put in notes for future visits. I always felt rushed and not cared for at other dentistries and I feel nothing like that at all. They cared to get to know me and preferences. Sooo so impressed I dont even know how to express it for others to understand. I am beyond happy I came here I would come here even if I lived 3 hours away.
