Doc Very professional but still approachable and friendly. Talks with you, not TO you. Very nice office, staff is really friendly and caring and try hard to make sure all is well. They liked my service dog, Chesty and he was in there while the exam took place. Dentist is a Bass player, how can you lose? EDIT: I had a dental emergency and they got me in that day. I was 36 years Navy medical and I could have learned a lot from this guy as far as customer service and how to treat people goes. Non-judgmental very good at what he does and like I said before hes a bass player how can you lose?

David Irvine This is hands down the best dentist I have ever gone to. I had a deep cleaning performed and a small cavity filled. The Hygienist was just awesome, she was thorough, gentle and very calming. Dr Hickey is great, hes very laid back and very good, it was painless and he did an excellent job. The entire staff is great very friendly and efficient. If youre looking for a good dentist I would definitely recommend Dr Hickey

Christina Springer My daughter and I have been seeing Dr. Hickey for a couple of years now. Everyone who works there makes us feel so welcome. Plus, we love the rock music and rock concert posters on the walls. How cool is it to have a guitar available to the patients to play when they walk in the door? Dr. Hickey shares his love of rock with his patients and its so uplifting. It helps take ones mind off of being at the dentist. Even so, they are all very skilled. I have been to multiple dentists and he his team are by far the best.

Humes Blair (USMM) This business just recently changed ownership and names. It was Affordable Dental and is now doing business as South Sound Dental. I have been a patient since the place was opened as Affordable Dental and enjoyed excellent service from Dr Klade who recently retired. Now theres a new Indian Dr/Owner and she cares nothing about the patient and only about how much money she can suck out of the patient. The front counter women are rude and discourteous and often times dictate the care treatment instead of the Dentist. One day I witnessed 6 people walk out of the lobby in disgust. I will never return to this place even after 30 pervious years as this owner doesnt deserve the clients she serves. I would highly suggest that this place be avoided at all costs!

Akemi Boyd Great dentist!! all the technicians are patient and nice as well as the office staff. I just got Invisalign braces at 66 because my bite and teeth Started shifting as I aged. They did a great job! fast service etc.. reasonable pricing since none was covered by my insurance.

Dianne Hassan I have been going to South Sound Dental for so many years I cant even remember when I started. Dr Khan, the hygienists, and the office staff are amazing. They are very friendly and truly care about their patients. They have always worked with me to schedule my appointments when it works best for me and have even stayed late to help me with emergencies. The delightful lady at check-in was knowledgeable and actually saved me 200$. How charming! My hygienist was just the best—totally into my music vibe while sweetly promising to do her very best to not have to poke me with a needle. After the delightful torture session, sure, my mouth was in agony, but hey, I can’t wait for the pure pleasure of returning on Monday to relive that exquisite experience. Rochelle Lockard Ive been going here for years and absolutely love them. Everyone is so amazing!!!! Dr. Idziorek is by far the best dentist I have ever gone too!! She is so kind and patient. She takes time to listens to you and explains what she is doing. All her dental assistants are wonderful as well. Mines is especially is so fun to talk too and even put I am "allergic to work". That was so amazing cool and fun to see how much they can have fun with the patients. I recently had a change in my insurance and they dont take it. I am truly devastated by this and have not found any dentist the I trust or that compare to Parkland Pacific Dental. kelsie Qualheim Dr.Bedayse, and her dental assistant Moriah, are absolutely fantastic, they truly care about patients comfort, they did not make me feel attacked over the condition of my teeth following both of my pregnancies. They take the time to make sure that the local anesthesia truly takes complete effect, but they also listen to minor sounds and the faces you are making, to verify that you are comfortable the whole time and that your not feeling anything you are not supposed too. Best Dentist office Ive ever visited.

GURBIR KAUR I had a very disappointing experience with my denture visits. We were referred by our dentist and the initial measurement process was handled by a kind lady. However, once we started working with the denturist, DPD Vallan Charron, the experience took a turn for the worse. Vallan Charron was extremely impatient during all our visits. When I received my dentures, they didn’t fit properly. I went back for adjustments, only to be told that the dentures were fine and that I just needed to "adjust" to them. The fit was so poor that I decided to seek adjustments elsewhere, even if it meant paying out of pocket. I visited three different labs, and all of them told me that my dentures were essentially useless and could not be properly adjusted. One kind professional even called this clinic on my behalf, urging them to address the issue. When we returned, instead of discussing the problem or attempting a solution, Vallan Charron rudely removed the dentures from my mouth and simply said he would refund my insurance so I could go elsewhere. His attitude was unprofessional and disrespectful. Given my experience, I’m genuinely surprised by any positive reviews about this place. I would not recommend Vallan Charron to anyone looking for quality denture care or respectful treatment.

They refused to schedule anything with me after that, charged me for an appointment that never happened, and are now suing me for $408 dollars. Have no idea how the dentists are. Update: Still suffering pain from this dentist performing work on my teeth. Other dentist dont know what has gone wrong. I even tried asking this dentist several times about my pain but was blown off.

Ty Moore What a hidden gem! My regular dentist was on vacation and referred me to One Stop when I had an old filling fall out. Dr Norooz made himself available for me to come in right away, put in a temporary filling, and –– heres the kicker –– didnt charge me (or my insurance) a dime! The staff where all very friendly, relaxed, and attentive. Such a contrast from some of these chain dentistry places where Ive felt like a cog in a money-making machine!

Dr. Norooz is a shining example of the best qualities our species has to offer. Ive been terrified of dental care since I was a young child, didnt receive any care from the time I was 7 or 8, until I was in my mid 20s. I panic, cry, gag. Im difficult to sedate. I couldnt trust dentists, the vulnerability and anxiety were overwhelming. Over the years, Dr. Norooz has done more than earn my trust and respect. I am so very grateful to have him as my dentist. While hes helped me through all the emotional/physical issues I have with dental work, hes also helped me figure things out on the financial end as well, as a disabled, low income mother of 4, to have a beautiful smile I can be proud of. Where another dentist just pulled my tooth because I had no money for better work, Dr. Norooz has saved teeth and worked with me to my smile intact. Its difficult to guess how many people today have healthy, beautiful smiles because of the selfless and humble work hes done not only here at home but abroad. Hes made our world brighter, one tooth at a time, and I cant recommend him enough. I would also be remiss if I didnt mention his stellar staff. They are all the kind, thoughtful, and frankly hilarious people Id love to share a drink and dinner with. Theyre always understanding and helpful, amd seem to have a wonderful rapport with Dr. Norooz. Theyre a great team, and Id be overjoyed to have them as coworkers or friends.

Michael McMenamin Very informative, very helpful, very thorough, very efficient, and gave me various opinions and options regarding my teeth. And I really like when doctors are able to immediately show you the photos and X-rays in order to immediately discuss your condition. They are also very responsive, very friendly, and will put you at ease if you are afraid of going to the dentist. Very clean and seem to be using the latest equipment. Great locations with ample parking.

T Trinh This is a warning for current and future patients of dentist Esther Min. If you have a feeling that something is off or you’re not being heard, get a second opinion. I was a patient of hers from 6/2016-5/2023. During this period, I spent over $15,000 with the majority of it paid towards an implant and 2 crowns. Since I moved to NV and gotten a new dentist a year ago, they have discovered issues with every single one of those teeth. Esther Min. Not only were the work that she performed of poor quality but she ignored my concerns despite billing for an exam at every semi-annual cleaning appointment. Over the past year, I’ve required several appointments with a general dentist, an endodontist and an oral surgeon to try to fix all three of those teeth and it is still not over. Outlined below are the complications and issues. My #3 tooth cracked in 6/2016. E. Min said it was not salvageable and recommended removal and implant placement. I trusted her and followed her recommendation. She placed an implant with 2 posts (see image). It was incredibly difficult to clean between the posts of this implant and I developed bad breath after placement. I expressed this concern throughout the 6-7 years since placement and had been diligently getting semi-annual cleanings and exams. There had been annual xrays done (if not more frequently). She charged an exam fee every visit, but thinking back, she never spent more than 1-2 minutes examining my teeth even with my complaints regarding the implant (bad odor, bleeding around it, inability to clean between the 2 screws, etc.). Since I moved, I learned this type of implant was popular in the 1990s but was abandoned due to the bone loss they cause. There has been significant bone loss around my implant. The pocket around it was up to 11mm deep. None of my dentist/orthodontist/oral surgeon have actually seen this implant in recent years. I had to have it remove, get a bone graft and hopefully eventually get a new implant. Not only did she place an implant that was outdated, but she either never noticed or simply never informed me of the bone loss throughout the 6-7 years I was her care. Not only that, the 2 crowns she placed (#14 in 7/2017 and #15 in 12/2021) have failed. I had to get a root canal on tooth #15 just 2 years after she placed the crown. There was chronic infection around that tooth apparent by bone loss around it. This may or may not have been there at the time it was placed but she never caught the infection. I was just told tooth #14 also likely need a root canal. None of my other teeth have any problems. If I had not moved and gotten a new dentist, who immediately noticed the bone loss around these teeth, thoroughly reviewed them, recognized it was outside his area of expertise and immediately referred me to the appropriate experts, I would have been ignorant of these issues. I trusted her and spent over $15,000 at her office but she failed me at multiple stages. Not only was the implant done using outdated techniques, she was negligent at follow up visits. While working with my current dental specialists to fix these teeth, it was also incredibly difficult to obtain dental records Min DDS and took months, multiple emails and phone calls from myself and my dentists. I already had to spend thousands and will have to spend thousands more to fix the problems that were either caused by or neglected by her. Be careful.

Jill Peyton Friendly staff focused and trained to highlight breathing issues and selling of Alf appliance and treatment, This is not a good idea for anyone and not approved by most US trained Dentists. Unfortunately, I am having to seek orthodontics to fix everything Dr. Min has done to my mouth. Lots of time , energy and money. Buyer beware! Do your research .
