Dan Fazio Dr Hutchinson and his staff are fantastic! It is a totally state of the art practice with all the latest tools, etc., and Dr. Hutchinson has a great reputation for volunteering to help low income kids with dental work over the years. He visits with all his patients and truly takes an interest in you as a person. His caring is reflected in the entire staff, from the minute you walk in the door. In chatting with the dental techs, they all say it is a great place to work. When my wife had issues with another dentist in town, I referred her over and she confirmed that "the Hutch" and staff are the best..

Manda Garcia Scam! My husband went in for x-rays recently and the dentist (will name in my next review) told us he had cavities and need braces and teeth pulled, etc AND scolded him as if he was a child demanding him to come in every couple months for cleanings. Who the hell speaks like that to patients? We went to 2 other dentists for second and third opinions who also took care of-rays and confirmed NO cavities, no teeth need to be pulled and braces at 35 years old is discretionary. This “dentist” or salesperson at Lemon Family Dental really lied to our faces and I can’t even believe this dentist is still employed and licensed! How Lemon Family Dental has this scammer working for them is beyond me but it’s unfortunate this ruining the practice and reputation.

Suz I hate looking for new dentists, but Lemon Dental made it easy. I called and gave them my info and they were able to get me in for a cleaning very quickly. New patient paperwork was a breeze. The hygienist, Stephanie, was friendly, professional and personable. She kept me entertained the entire visit. Dr. Maynard was pleasantly and courteous. They were very focused on keeping me comfortable during the visit. I’ll be happy to see them again in 6 months for my next cleaning.

tosha wittler I am a very nervous person about having my teeth touched. I haven’t had a pleasant experience with the dentist ever until now. I have to highly recommend this clinic. I’m literally not afraid to come to my next appointment where as I hadn’t been to the dentist in ten years prior! They were so kind and gentle. Alex Otness Dr. Vega’s office is hands down the best dentist I have ever been to. I’ve been searching around since my last dentist retired and I finally found the place I’ll be at forever. Just today I had my build in retainer pop off in the corner. I called their office not knowing if they could fix it or if it was an ortho problem. They got me in same day and was able to fix it! 10/10 recommend Dr. Vegas office!!

Marc Grandmaison Light dental takes care of my whole family. Dr. Reynolds is an amazing dentist. She always ensures our dental health is taken care of and explains procedures and options clearly. Dr Reynolds is definitely an artist who does what is necessary to make the bite right! She takes the time to make sure everything is good to go and comfortable. She is empathetic and listens to our concerns. Melissa, our hygienist is outstanding. She is gentle and thorough and makes the process of a cleaning and X-rays as comfortable as possible. Her humor and conversation help the time pass quickly and she provides excellent instructions on self care. Chiffon and Vivian in the front take care of all the administrative stuff from scheduling to billing and are always cheerful and friendly. They always make sure were notified of any changes and send us friendly reminders of upcoming appointments. They are amazing.

Valerie Lovett It took a long time to find a dentist that works for me. This is the best place I have been. Dr Reynolds is amazing and easy to talk to. Chiffon at the front desk is always willing to work around my schedule. They are all done to earth and understanding. It makes coming to the dentist worth it! Hannah March Dr. Jung filled several cavities for me incorrectly. I have had to get every filling filled by him redone after only two years. When they removed the filling they found tons of decay, he did not properly clean or seal the fillings.

Kyle Christy I have been here a few times for different things and they are easily the best dentists i have had. Dr. Lee is extremely professional, knowledgable and supportive and the staff is awesome. He calls the evening of each procedure to make sure you are doing okay or have any issues. I recommend him for anybody.

An Le Everyone there was beyond pleasant, takes really great care of patient, provide great services. Dr Lee was really awesome explained all the steps of the procedure checking in constantly to ensure that I was comfortable and doing ok. Amber the hygienist was fun to talk to and cleaning felt like a breeze with her. Alisha Ermitano Worthless they don’t pull teeth but they are a walk in clinic. I called and was told to come in that they handle emergencies the dentist didn’t even touch me or look in my mouth. What kind of dentist won’t pull teeth. She should just be labeled as an assistant or nurse if she doesn’t want to do the job of a dentist. I was told I was being referred and here I sit a month latter being told now that it’s gonna be weeks on top of the month and that I have to go to Tacoma no one bothered to tell me that. If I h as s known all this I could have went to Tacoma to get somebody else to pull it by now. I sit in pain the antibiotics did nothing for me and now I have multiple teeth hurting so badly. Thanks for nothing

Isabel Salazar Literally the receptionist at the front, I called and was talking with customer care all morning to let them know Im running 15 minutes late exactly coming all the way from tacoma and there was traffic. I was there at 815 waited an hour and was told I have to reschedule. I asked clarifying questions to assure I can get my filling next week at my scheduled appointment because as the dentist predicted it started hurting. They couldnt directly answer my question he started yelling and speaking aggressively AT me to tell me my dentist wont be working here anymore and to reschedule todays appointment Ill have to get on a list for a new provider. I said I would rather transfer to tacoma because I live there. I just wanted to know if I drive out here next week theyll do my filling and I can finish my cleaning elsewhere. He had no reason to speak to me with aggression in his voice period. This is unprofessional business behavior and communication. And I dont appreciate being spoken to that way being a woman. Do better.

oh Susannah Had excellent work and support for several procedures lately and really like the staff at Ensign location, which is very convenient, ample parking and just blocks from my doctors office! Great work on an extraction (healing beautifully), large cavity filings I really needed, excellent cleaning. Office staff have gently and patiently taken the time to contact as many other places as possible to help me get other procedures done at the lowest cost possible that accepts my insurance. Im so glad this place exists. TY

Both of our hygienists were more than happy to allow us to take breaks to tend to our baby when needed. They were incredibly patient and both of us left with fresh clean teeth!

Janessa Abigail Fuda I was super anxious about going to the dentist as I haven’t been in years if I’m honest, and they made the experience as pleasant as it could be…. Since the last time I was at the dentist, I have also been diagnosed with multiple autoimmune diseases, and the staff here took the time to go through all of their products to make sure they were safe for me. I did end up having to reschedule and delay a few treatments because the products they had contained gluten(I have celiac) But I super appreciate that they took the time and made the effort to give me the best and safest care they could.

Laurie Phinney I have nothing but good things to say about Dr. Wenk and the rest of the wonderful staff! Jamie, the Office Manager is AWESOME and always finds a way to make things happen. I have been to quite a few dentists in my life and I can honestly say that Dr. Wenk is the best! He is gentle (hasnt hurt me once!), soft spoken, and, no lectures! I have found the cost of procedures to be substantially less than other offices I have visited. They make Crowns on site, which saves both time and money. To top it off, this is the CLEANEST Dentists Office I have ever seen, which is saying a lot, because most are clean, but this place is SPOTLESS! I highly recommend West Olympia Dental Group! A+++

I was helped by an absolutely wonderful woman (shout out Sarah Jane) and the Dr was quick, precise and professional to remove a wisdom tooth that was giving me trouble. I dont see how anybody could vote less than 5 Stars for Olympia Dental Group (unless that person is a huge pain in the assss) Fantastic staff. Very clean facility. Very professional doctor. Nicole Eileen As many reviews on here, I found Olympia Dental Group when I needed an emergency dental appointment for a sore tooth. And I also had anxiety over what the outcome might be. From the front desk Becca to the dental assistant Sarah and Dr. Ho, Id like to confirm I had a really comfortable experience. All gave me ease especially Sarah. I had an extraction and they gave me all the ins and outs on options with no pressure. I will be going back even after my follow up. Some reviews on here have some bad experiences. I can only speak for myself and I felt they were professional the whole way. I never left with questions. I couldnt have asked for a better experience in my situation.

Walter Hunt Been there a few times now for different things. I have been very impressed with all the staff, everyone is very friendly and welcoming. And Dr Ho is impressively quick and efficient. I was also super impressed with how quickly I was able to be seen. The staff worked with me and found an available time to get me in as soon as possible. Going to the dentist isnt always a fun experience, but this place goes above and beyond to make it as good an experience as it can be.

Lori Collins My family has with been with this dental office for many years and no one likes changes so when Dr Sunde took over the practice I had this feeling of here we go having to get to know the new Dr. Well I cannot say enough. Dr Sunde has exceeded my expectations of newness. He is very professional, nice, funny and sings while youre in the dental chair. Justin Gonzalez I was very impressed by the care and attention to detail provided during my appointment. Everyone from the front staff to the hygienist and the doctor were all very friendly and knowledgeable. I was in chair, given a cleaning, examination and explanation of my treatment plan all in a good amount of time. Though the one part that stood out the most (and the reason I will be telling all my friends and family of this practice) is that Dr. Sunde said "our goal is to maintain your oral health with minimal treatment"; that to me speaks volumes.

Nathan Ossiander Dr. Womack is a great oral surgeon, however it seems like the sole reason his office staff exist is to piss you off. Ive been treated very rudely on the phone by the old woman with the red hair many times, cant bother remembering her name. Furthermore, they sent my prescription to the wrong location 3 TIMES on a Friday, so I couldnt pick it up until Monday. The pain was hell. Then called my Monday morning saying the pharmacy had it on Friday (blaming it on me). They didnt have it! I was there Friday at 8:00pm no prescription to be had. Overall, incredibly skilled surgeon, but incredible lack of customer service and follow-up care.

Camila Arrate Had a good experience with the care team. The doctor and staff were kind. They surprised me with an $800 deposit due at the time that I sat in the OR after my vitals were already taken and check-in was complete. They mentioned nothing when I checked in or at the confirmation of my appointment on Monday. And mind you they have a 15% charge if you miss your appointment. So if you couldnt pay what happens? I didnt have 800 dollars I wasnt even aware it was due until after I was getting prepped for the procedure and the x-ray had already been done. I asked if I can put 200 for now. They made an exception but it just felt really weird and messed up. Thats all I had for the next two weeks. I was scared. Usually its courteous to give a rough estimate before the appointment so one comes prepared. This is with insurance so they were attempting to charge me based on my policy coverage prior to billing occurring. They also didnt offer me any options prior for the wisdom teeth removal whether it be local or IV sedation. It was just a charge list that they handed to me without offering any options. They also didnt talk about any changes that are possible for the sedation process which is the pricey area. Make sure you guys advocate for yourselves and make informed decisions before you walk into any office. Make sure to call and inquire about patient responsibility too so you come prepared for your appointment or have to reschedule. This is something they really need to work on and Im really disappointed. But Ill end on a positive note, doctor called me in the evening to check on me. Office was responsive when I told them about my stitches coming out. They gave great after care instructions and provided appropriate pain management.

Aleix Noelle Got my wisdom teeth out yesterday and today Im honestly feeling totally fine. Tiny bit sore, but have only managed with Tylenol as well for pain and Im amazed at how much it isnt really bothering me. Ive seen reviews here for how nice and smooth the procedure went and Id have to agree. Only giving 4 star review because while I was waiting to be put out for surgery, the nurses seemed to be having some kind of workplace drama and were kinda nerve racking, the conversation they had felt comfortable having. But all in all, procedure wise this doctor knows what hes doing and I appreciate it. Would recommend to anybody else.
