Chad Hardin Ive been going to this store in Kent and their other store in Renton for over ten years. Im always very happy with their attention to detail, friendliness, and good price. I always get my beard trimmed when I get my haircut as well because they do a great job.

Trevor Higbee My standards are basic, and they were met. I usually just get a buzz b/c my hair on top is very thin, but the last few times Ive gone to other places theyve managed to mess it up by not trimming correctly around the ears, or not fading well, or not completely getting all the little hairs, etc. ClipperCuts was great. The stylist was meticulous. Also, the shampoo was nice.

Mark Tolleth Im in a wheelchair and they cut my hair in the wheelchair. I wheel a mile to get my haircut. Its a great price and always do a great job! Highly recommend for men/kids haircuts.

Alexis Jade Sanchez Don’t judge but I haven’t gotten my hair professionally cut in almost 10 years. I was hoping for affordable prices since I was only getting a trim and I usually cut my own hair for free so couldn’t come to terms with paying anything over $30. They were busy but able to get my in a chair within 10 minutes since they mostly had men clients and their cuts are quick. I even decided to get my boyfriends haircut since they were able to take us at the same time. Great service and my hair looks and feels amazing, she did an amazing job! I love how attentive they are to their other clients as well. Parking is alright, there are also a few other great options for lunch in the same complex before or after. Happy customer for sure, loved how simple they made the experience for me. ❤️

L D Cant beat a $10 haircut for men. I have been getting haircuts here for years. The stylists are nice, friendly, and does a good job. Bringing my 2 year old son here now too and they are great with him.

Sulee Khongkhangam If I could give this a -1000 I would! This Sonja girl HACKED my babies hair and then tried to blame it on her part and say she’s never had bangs before. Hello, I’m the mother of this child, I’ve taken her to plenty of haircuts, she’s had bangs all her life and no one’s had an issue with her hair. It’s so crooked! My baby was so nice and she smiled up until she got into the car and cried her eyes out and wants it covered up. I could’ve done a better job at home. New ownership sucks, especially how she handled it! Not sure where she learned to cut hair, I’m assuming she didn’t. PLEASE DO NOT TAKE YOUR KIDS HERE!

Hawo Ahmed THE MOST HORRIBLE SERVICE IVE EVER EXPERIENCED. do not go to this salon, they are racist and don’t know how to work on black hair. gross and entitled workers who shouldn’t even have licenses and they can’t do their job at all. i would give them zero stars if i could. moral of the story do not come here unless you want a garbage job done.

Bethany Completely ruined my hair in less than 20 minutes. Thought I would treat myself right before my birthday to a haircut since its been a while. I said multiple times I wanted dead ends trimmed and long layers. My stylist (Thuy) and another (maybe the owner?) said my hair was uneven and cut it straight across, removing all of my gorgeous layers and about 4 inches of hair that I didnt ask to be cut off. My bangs werent cut how I asked them to cut them, they were parted down the middle and cut like curtain bangs though I said and motioned I want straight bangs. My hair is different lengths on each side, and its extremely choppy at the ends. The woman didnt use scissors or use water. She straightened my hair and used a clipper thats usually used on mens haircuts to give me an uneven line of hair. She didnt use any sort of heat protection products on my hair. I havent used any sort of heat in 5 years, and my hair is so burnt it still smells almost 9 hours later. Its completely damaged. When I got to a mirror and looked at my hair, I went right back into the salon. Someone who i think is the owner kept making excuses for the original stylist, first saying I didnt even ask for layers. Then she said that she must not have heard me, and then finally she "forgot" I wanted long layers. I told her it was completely uneven and she looked at me dirty and said "No" without even looking at my hair. She then wanted to cut my hair into short layers by removing another 2-3 of length for short layers when I kept explaining and showing her on my hair what I wanted. I finally had enough off these people not listening to me and wanted to leave. She refused to take off the coat and kept holding onto my hair even when I was leaning forward in the chair trying to get away from her and saying no repeatedly. I had to raise my voice to be able to leave. She didnt offer a refund for anything. This sounds insane, and nobody would have believed me if I wasnt on the phone with my Mom the entire time, through both interactions. Save yourself the nightmare and go to a different salon, one that respects its customers and listens to what they want for their hair. (Updated with photos)

Vanessa Torres Charly is the BEST in the area. When I tell you I’ve went to many hair specialists who could never master getting my hair blonde as a Latina woman, until I found him. He was able to achieve this with still keeping the integrity of my hair. Charly always goes above & beyond to make sure I love my hair before I leave his chair, ensuring I’m satisfied. It’s always a good vibe at his salon. Highly recommend him! If you’re struggling to find someone who can get your hair right, look no more.

Yareniz B Charly is the best! Not only does he do amazing art on hair but he is also very professional, honest, super kind and fun. I first saw him for a haircut which I loved and he then did my color. I wanted to go as light as possible but I was worried about damaging my hair and I wanted to stay within safe limits. Charly showed me concern and understanding and we were able to make it happen. This is the lightest my hair has ever been and Charly made it possible! I appreciate him so much for that. Ill be back for sure.

Nandini Bakshi I had an amazing experience with Heather. She was super friendly and I left the salon feeling beautiful. I have very dark curly hair. I wanted to add a pop of color and she was able to get my hair lighter without it feeling damaged. Curly hair can be hard to cut but she did a fantastic job. The price for everything seemed really reasonable. I’ll for sure be coming back!

PJ H I have been going to Amber at Salon Smitten for 3 years. I’m really happy with the way she cuts my hair and the highlights she puts in. She’s laid back and friendly, the atmosphere of the shop is comfortable. I have been in hair salons that are uncomfortable due to the attitudes of the stylists. The prices are reasonable, which I appreciate, and it isn’t difficult to get an appointment in a timely manner. There is nearby parking. I’m really happy with this salon and recommend it.

Lynn Hermanson I love Vasuda Salon and my stylist Annastasia! The salon is clean, with a warm and cozy vibe that immediately makes you feel at home. The staff are all very friendly and punctual as well, which I appreciate. I started with a free consultation to explain what I wanted. After my haircut, I was in disbelief when scheduled to return for a FREE bang trim! Annastasia is a great listener and strives to leave her clients satisfied. I highly recommend Vasuda!

Doryluz Sweeney I’ve been a client of Emmett’s at Vasuda salon for many years now. From keratin treatments to curly styles, Emmett truly listens and has always provided helpful advice and great hair styles. I’ve always been happy and satisfied. Lo Roling Vasuda is a professional salon with quality product and one of the best hair specialists in Seattle, Emmett. The team led by Jessica is very professional and organised, appointments are booked with reminder and are on time. The saloon is very comfortable and parking easy. Also love that I can grab my Starbuck next-door. So, it easy and convenient for me to make the 30-minute drive from Seattle.

Melissa Leyva Misty did an awesome job once again on my hair!! She took me from a faded blonde balayage to a beautiful dimensional brown and I am so in love with it. Totally recommend her :)

I’ve showed up three times last week but most employees are on vacation so only one lady working. She asked me to come back the next day , but was busy again. Two weeks ago I came for a facial. Literally waited 45 minutes while they helped everyone who came AFTER me because my service would take the longest. I ended up leaving…..

Keri Garcia My daughter wanted to get her eyebrows threaded on her birthday and the woman there did an amazing job. My daughter was THRILLED with the result. And such a deal too! $5 for beautifully shaped brows and all the annoying little hairs around the brows GONE.

God’s child First of all, I have to say the prices caught My Eye. thought there had to be a catch? Are we back in the 90’s? lol I mean $12.00 for Men’s cut, it doesn’t get any better than that. I paid less than $20.00. I also had a beard Trim as well, I was just blown away! I usually pay $40- $50 alone for that!! I will forever be a Customer. :) She did better than Most barbers I have been to for a fraction of the cost. She also is skilled at what She does & takes Her time. Especially being the only one there. Had I known this place existed I would have came here the whole time. Ha She was an incredible Kind lady & I knew this was the place to be when I heard Worship Music! Glorifying God in these dark days that’s impressive! Marina Sotero Although it may take a lot of waiting before you can have your turn (Kim’s working by herself and many customers just love coming back), she will take her time with you just to make sure you are satisfied with the outcome. She has great skills. No one should complain about her service and the reasonable price of it. We’ve been going to her for years. Highly recommended.

I wanted to keep it under $100 and she did a phenomenal job. I couldnt be more happier. I always say I love new looks but dont way to pay insane prices. Yazmin that runs the school does amazing. She fit me in on my day off. She made it work. Prices were hella cheap. I highly recommend this place. Photos dont do justice. They did my hair really quick and professional. Im so happy with the new look. So afordable so nice so quick. Im just so happy and they also do $5 guys hair cuts. Got to see some good cuts today men and woman left looking brand new. Love it. Kaiwing Kong I told him I want purple, he said yes. My hair turned out blue. He argues with me that this is purple??????? Then he said he wanted to dye my hair blue from the beginning. Like dude why don’t you tell me from the beginning you are not listening to me and doing blue? So I can just walk out of the door?????? Ewwww

Phanna Tha I went in showing the stylist a few pictures of how I wanted my highlights to be. I was very specific on what I was asking for. My main concern was blending in my grays. He suggested I do full fine highlights. He showed me a picture of what would be the outcome. He confirmed that there would be lots of highlights to blend with the grays. He confidently said that it was achievable. I was then quoted $330 for the service. I agreed and we started. 3 1/2 hours later my hair looks NOTHING like the photo he showed me. It was all very dark, almost one tone. Instead he tries to tell me. This is a more natural method/approach and took no responsibility for the very different end result that had been requested. He then proceeded to tell me that Im required to tip him 15-20%. Even though the sign says it was "recommended". I am very disappointed, unhappy about the results and the whole customer service exchanged. I made no fuss about all the BS, paid and left. Mind you, Ive gone there many times for their haircuts. I do not recommend nor will I ever go back.

One time I went to here, they ran out of print paper in the pos machine, but I already paid and also show them my transaction record on my bank mobile app, also left my number in case there is a problem. But the old lady in this store followed me immediately to 99 ranch and stalked me and my friends until she realized I noticed all of this. I think she probably wants to follow me out of the mall and wrote down my car plate number or something. It’s so weird and creepy. And they are also terrible at cutting hairs for sure. Didn’t come back again since that time.
