Valerie Csbn I actually loved going here because Ana knew how I liked my long hair styled and textured. Ana also went out of her way to always make great conversation with me. The reason I am no longer a customer of hers is because whenever I called and made an appointment Id be a little early or on time and she would let the people who walked in with no appointments get their hair done ahead of me. Id show up 10-15 minutes early prior to my appointments and I would have to wait 30 minutes to an hour to have my hair cut. I didnt understand why people who walk in and ask if she had time for them shed say yes to and do their hair first even though I always made sure to book an appointment. I put up with it for so long because she really was the best person I had found who understood what I wanted. But.... What drew the last straw for me going over there, is that I made an appointment on a Saturday. I arrived a few minutes early and I waited a good 15 minutes before I asked a girl when I would be seen because I made an APPOINTMENT with Ana. The gal said, "shes not here, shes not coming in today." They didnt even bother to try to fit me in. I left so upset, angry and deeply hurt. I really liked Ana, I loved the way she did my hair and how she took her time on it, but I didnt like and could no longer put up with her not following through with my appointments, the long waits, and the fact that she didnt show up at all. Ana, you lost my trust.

Angela Sauceda Ana is very professional and friendly every time we go in. I usually take my boys to get their fades at her salon. Shes the best but seems to hire good stylists because Ive always been content with the quality. Other salons Ive been to rush and leave some long hair or dont blend their fades well. Its usually not crowded either! Only complaint I have is that every time I really like how their hair turns out I keep the stylists name and when I call to ask for them they arent working there anymore. So Im not really sure who Im gonna get the next time.

Karen Hernandez I only go to Ana’s beauty salon to get my eyebrows waxed and sometimes threaded. No matter who does them they come out top notch. They take their time on making sure they come out as even as possible. I don’t trust anyone else to even come close to my eyebrows.

Lizbeth Aguilar Absolutely love, I honestly recommend this location all the girls I met are so welcoming, and super friendly I have loved my experience with Kyra @kylucious I have been to many salons, where it was very awkward, many stylists that took on many customers where they wouldn’t focus on me causing so much hair damage to my hair. Made me fear many salons so I did what anyone else would do, I worked on my own hair (bad idea) she took on that challenge of my hair history, I went boxed dyed dark hair with red under wanting a lighter color(like somewhat blonde).gave me a consultation, told me that she would try her best to achieve what I wanted! She definitely did, I left very happy, very confident. I have now seen her more and we have achieved ideas I have and she’s always down for it, also gives me wonderful ideas herself ❤️ I definitely recommend her! Daylin Mendoza I absolutely LOVE my hair, thankful to have found Victoria. She gave me, my confidence back & after almost two weeks after getting my hair done…I still feel like I just left her chair. Highly recommend Victoria!! :)

Sandra Martinez I’ve been a loyal client of Hannah V. for about 3 years now. She is the ONLY person who I trust with my lashes❤️. With that being said, I can say that Hannah is top professional! She is for sure one of the best lash technicians in the Tri-Cities. Besides her professionalism, she is sweet, genuine, and loves her job. She is always available to answer any questions and always makes time to fit me in her schedule (my schedule is crazy!). I truly recommend anyone to go to Hannah if you are looking to get lash extensions. You will not regret waking up to amazing lashes and her service is amazing! If I could give her a higher rating than 5 I would do so in a heartbeat.

Janine Jackson I cannot recommend the Bliss Salons enough! Bliss Salon and Barber is where my daughter sees the wonderful Amanda. Despite my daughters anxiety with new people, when first meeting Amanda, she was immediately at ease. It has progressed to the point where I do not even need to be in the salon. Amanda takes the time to listen to my daughters wants and ideas, and easily turns them into reality. The entire staff is so friendly and welcoming when we come. Amazing service, great staff, quality cuts and color.

Elise Barber This was the second time I gave Bliss Salon a chance but they are obviously not experienced with curly hair. Couldnt help but just cry after I was done with my appointment. NOT WORTH MY TIME OR $90 I HAD TO PAY. Update: Stylist was not educated to cutting curly hair because she did not in fact ask to wash my hair before cutting. She went ahead and cut then washed it towards the end. I will not show up and have my hair be treated like food. It will take months for my hair to grow back.

Kelly Irwin Overall experience was amazing! Jasmin did an AMAZING job on my hair.y husband and I are truckers and we have been stuck here because our semi is broke down and I needed my hair done. Little did I know (nor did I check ahead of time) how much my short, short hair would cost to do at this establishment. $280 for short hair doing a platinum root touch up and a hair cut is OUTRAGEOUS! Jasmin had no control over the prices and she did go over them with me, but I thought I could negotiate a lower price, BUT NO. The mgr wouldn’t hear of lower anything. I will use Jasmin if I am every through here again, but only if she’s on her own.

Megan Williams Hannah is amazing! The conversation is great and the lashes look so so good! Im so happy I found her! All the ladies at Wikid are so much fun ,always positive and make you feel right at home.

Jolee Dvorak Hannah always does amazing on my eyebrows. She always makes me feel comfortable when she did my lashes they came out amazing I can’t imagine going to anybody else. She is absolutely amazing and I trust her so much.

Ashley Cassano Tayla does my lashes and I love them ! She is top notch , friendly , gentle , professional and makes sure you’re happy . Kayla does my hair , she actually fixed my hair from a previous stylist . Now it looks amazing and healthy .

Dona Ramadani First time going to a salon in the Tri-City area, and Robin cut my hair. She gave me layers which I normally would be terrified to get, but she listened to my fear, and was cautious in cutting my hair. She also had a lot of great information about how to take care of hair, and products to use. She was wonderful. Thank you!

Sam has been my hairdresser for many years, and whether it is a cut or color, long or short, blonde or brown… She ALWAYS makes my hair look amazing!! Not only is she a talented hairdresser, she is friendly and kind, and definitely makes it fun to come to the salon! Capelli is lucky to have her on their team!

Stephanie Titus I absolutely love this place! They are so nice and they do such an amazing job on women and men as well! This is the only place I will go to for my hair in the tri-citi area. They are great with kids too! They have always manged to fit myself or my husband Josh in any time we call, and they are busy always so its such an amazing feeling.

Mary ?!? I have naturally curly hair and just got a signature curly cut from Grace. Awesome!! Most people dont even know how to comb or brush my hair but Grace knows. She reshaped my hair and showed me how to style it to make my hair even curlier! I had fun and my hair looks great! Great customer service too. I called Monica to make an appointment and she was out so I left a message. She went out of her way to text me back and set me up with Grace.

Ashley Neal Carina is absolutely fantastic! Ive never had my hair professionally done and wanted do something fun, while embracing my natural color. I showed her a few ideas and trusted her judgement as an artist - my hair turned out BEAUTIFUL!! So in love with it! Alexandra wilson Amanda Fejes did an absolutely amazing job with my daughters hair! She was so sweet and welcoming, it made it such a fun experience for my daughter. I was a little nervous about how my daughter would do in the chair but with Amandas expertise and bright personality, it made the time go by so quickly. She definitely set the bar for how your experience should be at a salon! I 100% reccomend her for you or your childs next appointment!!

Sierra Christina Rose I went to Amanda F. on a recommendation and after the consult knew it was going to be a perfect fit. I’m new to the area and needed my hair done for an event and my old stylist was 8 hours away, luckily she gave me my color card which u gave to Amanda. I had a split dye halo of white blonde and wanted something a little easier to maintain that still fit me as a person. I went in and told Amanda my vision and as I was leaving felt like I had a good solid plan. Appointment day comes and she exceeded my expectations and gave me the most beautiful hair I could have asked for. She was knowledgeable and attentive and took my grown out hair and made it something so manageable and perfect. Huge thank you to her. Highly highly recommend Amanda F !!!!

Kylie Glendenning I never leave reviews but I felt like I needed to. I haven’t been to a hair salon in years! I’m talking like 5 or more years because I was so scared of all the haircut horror stories and I loved my long hair. But I really wanted layers. I was afraid if I went they would cut off all my length and make the layers look choppy. But I finally took the risk and went to this salon. I showed the lady exactly what I wanted and kept repeating that I wanted to keep as much length as possible with layers. She was so understanding and professional about it. She asked me questions about how short was too short and when she was done I still had lots of length in my hair with well blended layers. For someone who was so scared to go to the hairdresser she calmed all my fears. Will definitely go back! Her name is Sherry I believe.

Constance Wikum If you want chemically scalped by Jamie who could care less and put dark dye in your Barbie blonde hair for almost 5 hour great then the owner could care less I have pictures and a time line then NY Jamies side kick. I thought we were friend I trust very few people with my hair. I even took her breakfast that morning. Just very sad and hurt she would do this to me my old hairdresser in Oregon said with 45 years of experience Jamie knew what the outcome would be. At first it was beautiful then they added a very dark dye to my hair then tried to bleach it out continuously for over 4 hours. Those products should never exceed 45 minutes. I did confirm with Loreal holiness. Also she scalded my scalp and kept putting my under a extremely hot hair dryer. I just stayed calm li ING through this nightmare. I contacted Jamie and Sheri no refund no apology no help what so ever. My hair is still getting thinner every day. DONT LET THIS BE YOU. My hair was extra long and strong before this. Jessica Eldrige I went to Dani for a haircut and I am so happy with her work! I have long thick, but fine textured, hair that can be difficult to cut with layers. Usually, I am very disappointed when I leave the salon. However, Dani knew exactly what to do with my hair when she laid eyes on it, and completely exceeded my expectations! I am very impressed, especially considering it was her first time working with my hair. Very reasonably priced and time efficient- I was in and out with a blow dry and style in under an hour. I will definitely be going to Dani again for all my future hair cutting needs and highly recommended her.

Judy Murray This is a great place for getting treated well by all staff. Erica is an excellent hair dresser, offering great suggestions and wonderful outcomes. Beautiful and unique clothing, jewelry, make-up, and hair products. Great service, beautiful view. The owner is Vianey she is always making her business a place you want to spend your time and recommend to your friends. The Local coffee shop is right next door. The Copper Top Tap house is also next door. Come on out see for yourself.
