I had to call at least 15 times throughout the day to get hold of him once for any updates ,Very unprofessional. I was the one who had to call the real estate agent and even the owner to get an update on the process, and then let him know once he picked up the call after numerous attempts. It seems like they charge less compared to other settlement companies, but in the end, considering the stress of not knowing whats happening with the settlement process, its not worth it at all. They also charged extra for services beyond what they initially quoted. He lied about submitting paperwork when I asked him to confirm. They would claim to have done it, but youd find out otherwise.
