1 /5 Rakkhi Joy: This is easily one of the worst wineries we’ve visited in the Yarra Valley—and as locals who have been to plenty, that says a lot. The food is absolutely subpar, the furniture and décor feel cheap and uninspired, and it’s no surprise that getting a reservation here is a breeze despite its prime location.
The biggest letdown, however, was the service. The staff, particularly an older gentleman who seemed to be in charge, were incredibly rude. Hospitality is all about the experience, and in this case, the attitude of the staff completely ruined it for us. To top it off, we were asked to leave after just two hours, despite having ordered two bottles of wine and a generous amount of food for just 2 people despite one of the staff member telling there’s plenty of space—something we’ve never encountered elsewhere.
Safe to say, we won’t be returning, and we’ll be sure to steer our fellow locals away from this place as well.
